They give you placards for dine in, but they don't deliver? Where's the robots? It's very clean here, and service is quick. No homeless and there's even hand sanitizers next to the automated kiosks. I understand you hate your job but you CHOSE to apply and work there you're not being held against your will. When we let worker know who had red hair looked to me a teenager told us non chalantely to park in 4. This is a super busy McD's with 2 lines of people in the drive through and a ton of customers inside ordering and waiting for food. I don't see too many McDonald's with the indoor playground but this place had one. You could order through the kiosk or through a real employee. I was starving so got myself an Egg McMuffin. The order took about 10 minutes with all the customers they had. Service was still quick. The Egg McMuffin was fine after I removed the Canadian Bacon and gave it to my husband. Visited 10/4/2022 6:30am Needed a quick Breakfast bite and sip. Went with The Sausage McGriddle Special, (2 Sausage McGriddles for $3.50 this month) and a Large Carmel Frappe $4.69 The McGriddles were very tasty with the Maple Syrup built into the Pancake Bun. 4 Stars. The Carmel Frappe is Excellent and is my go to Frappuccino. Much Better made and flavored than Starbucks and at 1/2 the Price. This store gave me great service with a smile. The sandwiches were hot and cooked to perfection. The caramel frappe was made perfect cold and delicious and creamy smooth. I will be sure to stop here again next time through Indio. read more

Not open 24 hours. Was able to place a mobile order at 7:15am, after waiting 15 minutes we call and they said they don't open til 8am i asked them to cancel the order because we couldn't wait and are traveling and they said i have to do it through the app. It's been three weeks and still have not received a refund. Also, when i would call the restaurant they would answer and not say anything, just leave you on the line. Awful. I ordered off the app that quoted a 2min wait. The older lady who works here with the dyed blond hair and glasses, with visor with lots of pins/buttons shouldn't be in customer service. I ended up coming inside to wait with my dog because the weather was scorching hot, and I was waiting for a long time. The older lady worker snapped at me after I kindly asked about my order once. I get that they're busy, but no need to snap at me. I'm beyond frustrated and will never come back to this location. After the 30 min wait, I saw that half my order was missing. Came by the other day for breakfast and it was a lackluster experience. The entrance to the restaurant was behind the corner and was awkward at best. There was also a bag of trash in front of the main entrance. The parking lot was littered with rubbish... Inside the restaurant, there were tablets for self-service ordering. Employees wore a uniform t-shirt, had plexiglass behind the counter and seemed to be double tasking of being a kitchen crew and cashier. The employees also took off their mask when they spoke with customers?!? Ordered the sausage egg McMuffin and it wasn't very good. The English muffin was cold and didn't taste too fresh. We stopped by to pee. Nothing else. Just a quick run to the restroom and we're done. But the urinal's covered with trash bags. So I try the commode. I walk in and realize.....something's missing. Something important. Like toilet paper. The dispenser's not empty or vandalized.......It's gone. I can't imagine being desperate and running into the commode, plunking down on the seat and only then discovering this deficiency, so I go to grab some paper towels. Nope. That won't work. No towels, only a hand dryer. So a miserable dude with an aching stomach might find himself in this restroom without a single thing to clean himself up with?? That's just gross. And cruel. And totally unacceptable. So I went to the dining room and grabbed the closest roll of paper towels and a hand full of napkins and set them on the changing table inside the commode. I've heard that if you want to get an idea how a restaurant's kitchen is cared for, look at the restroom. My boyfriend and I stopped here on Thanksgiving while waiting for his car to finish supercharging during our trip from California to Arizona. I got the Buy 1 get 1 for $1 deal. I ordered the fish filet and 10 piece chicken nuggets for less than $6. Ok. I have to say, this was probably the best tasting McD's experience I've ever had. The chicken nuggets were so perfectly crisp. Big fan of this location. Too bad it's too far from home for me heh. Just an fyi - The lobby is currently closed due to covid. I came here a couple of times during my recent road trip out to Gilbert, Arizona. While I waited for my car to finish charging at the nearby Tesla Supercharger station, I came here for a meal. Each time, I placed my order on the mobile app. I've found that ordering on the app tends to cut down on mistakes with your order. The dining area was clean and pretty empty during each of my visits. When I was here for dinner, there was an older lady employee that was really nice. She went around to each table to personally check up on everyone. You rarely see that these days. read more
