Today I decided after not going to this McDonald's for 3 years I decided that I needed to have dinner I needed to be quick so I stopped to order a sandwich. I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder with cheese combo. No lettuce or tomato or cheese for that matter. More onions than I've ever seen on any Burger in my life from McDonald's. On top of all of that half of the fries were in the bag. The container was hardly half full of french fries thanks for reminding me why I don't eat at McDonald's I was going to call the restaurant but felt that there was zero need of doing that because all they would want to do is try to give me another meal I assume for free. I ordered Two medium fries at 11pm, in the drive through. Understandable if I made this order near closing time and the staff either dont refill the fries with fresh fries. But reading through several other reviews of how stale their fries are, I must agree. I'm one of those soft fry lovers, and when I thought I had a soft fry, it was stale. Not a single fry out of those medium containers was fresh, not even at least one soft fresh fry. One fry even was crunchy like a chip. My boyfriend and I had a previous issue with this same location. They messed up his order without putting cheese on a Cheese burger. The ingredient is in the name, Cheese Burger. And they took over 30min to fix. Outrageous, that's all I have to say. read more

They got our order wrong and it took about 20 minutes to get the right order. I ordered a Big Mac on a regular bun, when I got the food I had everything but the bun. Was in the neighborhood for an appointment so figured grab some food while we wait.... And went with the safest bet that I could think of which is to go to McDonalds and boy was I wrong. You would think that if you have gone to one McDonald, you have basically gone to all considering that McDonalds prides itself from a food consistency and a customer experience perspective! Well your wrong and I found that out myself when I visited this location (drive-thru). Holy cow, the service is rough there and when we got the food, the fries seemed stale (which is SUPER surprising) considering MCD is known for its fries and someone forgot to salt the stale fries so no one ate those including the kids who absolutely love McDonald's fries. The chicken sandwich looked like that someone started putting it together with the sauce an all but then either forgot to add the rest or basically did not really care. By far the absolute worst McD's I've visited in my entire existence. There has yet to be a single time I have visited this location where either the order comes out wrong, the wait time is overly excessive, the management is rude, and the employees are in the dark and could really care less about their jobs. I take into consideration the current times we are in, but this location makes zero effort to ensure consistency, quality, or professionalism. The view of the pond across the street is lovely in the morning and the staff are very nice and attentive - even the young adults that work here! I was blown away that they have chocolate dipped cones.... Canada needs to wake up and add it to their menu! It's located in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood. So me and the girlfriend just came through this drive through and even though I have had a good experience here in the past tonight was not. A heavier set gentleman in poofy black jacket with a Nike backpack on handed us our food and was talking to his co-worker while doing so and said "you f***ing wish". I waited two minutes in the DRIVE-THU to get a shake for my brother for his birthday. I would then pull around the building once while a fight was going on in their parking lot. I was on my way home from a meeting and wasn't even planning on stopping but I saw no line in the drive-through and I thought I would get a quick snack as I'm trying to hurry home. My wife was taking care of a 2 week old newborn child and I needed to hurry home to let her get some sleep. I ordered my food, paid with no indication that I would be waiting extensive amount of time. I went to the window to pick up my food I was told to pull forward. I was given no indication the length I would have to wait. After waiting 12 minutes and at no point did anyone give me a update I decided to go into the restaurant. I asked for the status of my order and received no help, no update. Move forward five more minutes I asked if my food was coming and they told me it was coming. 7 minutes more I asked one more time and I was told it's coming. Oh by the way I ordered one McChicken and one double cheeseburger, not a large order. Also at this point I counted 8 additional cars pulled over waiting. With no end to waiting in sight I was forced to get back in my car and drive off to get home to my wife. I paid at 9:09 and left around 9:40 with no food. The decor is wonderful, it's very inviting and bright, however the service is awful. My wife and I were waiting an hour for 2 McChickens and 2 McDoubles on a slow day. Sad sad day... every time I come to this location my experience and service is different but usually my order is correct. I chose to come here over another nearby location because of that. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets and two fries and when asked for what sauces I wanted I was told that I could get two per 10 nuggets but then I would have to pay extra. I asked for 8 sauces since I hade 10 nuggets and fries. I think we all pay enough for fast food to not get nickels and dimed on sauces. Needless to say.. Ever since this place has reopened it has been a mess. You would have better customer service in a prison cafeteria. Ordering on the kiosk is pointless because they don't have multiple options that they offer. Trying to order through the drive thru is pointless because they have two ordering lanes and it always seems like the person taking the orders can never balance the lanes properly so you end up sitting there while 2 or 3 orders go ahead of you. This last time that finally put me over the edge to leave this review was another terrible experience. I had to order on the kiosk because nobody was at the counter. The only way I figured out that anyone was working there was when someone had to come out from the back to tell me that the items that I ordered were unavailable. After reordering and receiving my food I could tell that there were items missing so I stood at the counter and waited for someone to help me. Nobody came until I had to slam my hand down on the counter to try and get someone's attention. Finally, after they had been staring at me from the back, someone came to the front. I showed them my receipt and let them know what was missing. All they had to do was turn around, grab the already made food and put it in a bag. They acted like I had asked them to do 50 pushups and remake my food with a blindfold on. They grabbed the food, put it on the counter and then walked to the back. No apology, no bag, nothing. No manager to even raise my concerns to. That is the last time I will be going there read more

I have been through the drive-thru the last two times and I was forced to pull ahead and wait both times nearly 10 minutes. 10 minutes is no longer fast food and is certainly not a drive-thru if you have to sit and wait. Today was the last straw. Young girl at the window became frantic and calls her manager over he won't move forward she said. The manager said that I needed to pull up to the number two sign.when I refused he said that I was being inconsiderate of the people behind me. There was absolutely no one behind me. after about 5 minutes of sitting there and him explaining how inconsiderate I was being. Instead of just getting my quarter pounder that I ordered. He was blaming the quarter pounder for me having to move forward stating that it would not be fresh if I didn't pull ahead.
