This McDonalds is in a ideal location. It is literally across the street from the 113 precinct nypd station house. This might be the only McDonalds I know that is located directly across the street from a precinct. So to me this is one of the safest McDonalds. You wont here stories about a lot of lottering and people being harassed at this location. I have been to this particular mcdonalds numerous times and it wasn't bad my order was correct and the staff seem pretty nice and courteous. This spot is in a decent area and it has a drive through and a big parking lot.it is located in middle class of queens .this location is considered spring field gardens. Or st albans these particular neighborhoods in queens are considered to be decent ones. This McDonalds is not very big but not that small either. For the community over there this a major McDonalds. I had to pick up a delivery order. The store was empty. Girl that works there with braids had a nasty attitude the whole time asks me what order iam waiting for, says theyre making it then watches me stand there for like 10 minutes then asks again what iam waiting for then says someone came to pick up the order and went with the other girls and was smirking and laughing about it. I will never come to this location again!! Disorganized and rude employees (with the exception of 3 out of 10 of them). I placed a mobile order however before I could get to the window, my grand children asked to go to the restroom. I went inside and informed two people at the counter that I would not be at the drive-thru and would need to collect my food from the inside counter instead. I tended to the children then went back to the counter only to find out that my food was never made. I was chastised for not going to the drive through and was heckled by the employees for being upset that the two people I spoke to initially never relayed the message to those at the drive thru. In fact, one of the older female employees repeatedly yelled "oh boy" when I was speaking with one of the ONLY employees willing to help me. Disgusting! To add insult, the other employees we're cracking jokes acting out my complaint while my grandkids and I were standing there. NEVER WILL I RETURN HERE!! read more

I live literally down the street from this McDonald's and I NEVER received TERRIBLE customer service like this. Pulled into drive through ordered my meal. Got to the window realized i ddnt have my wallet. Told the young lady(fairskinned short young woman with noticeably large eyelashes) in the window im gonna pull into parking lot and come in(knew i had money in my car) ddnt want to hold up the breakfast line. Order was 8dollars and 15 cents. I walk in to the McDonald's ask the young man or woman(not sure of gender dont want to offend) at the register about my order. He or she walked over to the lady by the window(who now has a straw in a small hot beverage cup and is currently drinking by the drive through window) He or she returns baq and says "the order is gone and we dont keep it" I say "I literally just ordered it and I told the young lady I was coming in" He or she then replied nastily "the order is gone and we dont keep it" So he or she RETAKES my order. Im waiting and waitng... The young man or woman yells out 39! I wasnt aware I was number 39 I ddnt even know there was a number system in McDonald's BUT this cashier did and said absolutely nothing to me. I then ask him or her is this my order? He or she looks at me with annoyance and says "i dont know what your number is LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT!" At this point im annoyed look at my receipt and I am 339 but why couldn't the cashier say ma'am here's is your order. I get my order and leave. Where has CUSTOMER SERVICE GONE? One of the worst Mc. Donalds I have ever been to. I'm not sure what they are doing different but the food is never good. The sweet tea is too sweet to drink and is often the consistency of syrup. They often run out of key items such as hot chocolate or tea. read more

Wow can a place not improve. Some places read reviews and at least try to improve. My experience was so bad I wrote a letter to McDonalds. A pregnant employee was in lobby on phone talking about her personal issues. That's ok but it was not a private conversation. She was talking with colourful language about the dad going to jail being no good etc. I was going to complain to manager she i told was one. A truck cones in with delivery they debate who will check it in. Then another employee complains and tells guy getting off you have to do. I'll go backwards with my observations as the first is the worst. 1) The MANAGER of the store when I visited (1/16/20 at 2PM) was filling orders without wearing gloves (scooping and filling french fries). When I pointed this out I was met with a blank stare. 2) My order was incorrect and the cashier tried to blame me to the manager telling her she repeats every order to the customer.... ummm I never order cheeseburgers so, sorry, I ordered a 2 HAMburger meal and you did not repeat the CHEESEburger order back to me or I would have said it's wrong! 3) I asked for the key to use the restroom and the cashier told me (and the manager heard the entire exchange) that I had to ask the manager. Manager pretended she didn't hear and continued to fulfill orders GLOVELESS. I asked her directly if I could use the restroom and was told it was closed to the public after being ignored 2x. Okay, arbitrary with no explanation but if that was the case don't ignore the first 3 times you knew I was asking to use the restroom. Literally the worse McDonald's I've ever been to. I've been here multiple times since moving into my place in Jamaica since it's basically right next door. They are usually very slow and mess up your order by forgetting things. Although recently they have improved the accuracy of orders. Go to this McDonald's for a very average to below average meal. The place usually isn't clean and there are always employee's doing nothing or distracting the workers from doing a better job. I have frequented this exact locatin throughout my whole life. This place is alright. The staff here is very friendly and they bring up my food in a timely fashion. The only reason why i would not give this location a five star rating is due to the fact that they do not have any ketchup dispensary which is very inconvienient to me since i love ketchup. The customer service at this store sucks royally. I go here because it's close but I will walk to the Linden Boulevard location from now on. The front counter crew is rude and unprofessional. I witnessed one of the staff named Naomi totally ignore an elderly couple that requested to use the bathroom. I felt so bad for them. We linked eyes and just shook our heads at one another. When Naomi got ready she then got the key and opened the bathroom for this elderly husband and wife. All I could think about is if this were my Mom and Dad. One of the managers also gave me a FREE meal last week. He took my order and never told me to swipe and disappeared from the counter. I didn't see him again until today. I ordered hotcakes with a hash brown and round egg which came up to $6.71. I told two of the crew members Naomi and another girl with braids and a tattoo on her neck that he didn't tell me to swipe. They just looked and kept working. I actually waited like a geek to pay for an order they could care less about. So you know what? I finally left! Who does that? On another visit I ordered a strawberry shake which I go there for at least 4 times out of the week(the very nice twins that work there know this). Well the girl with the tattoo on her neck made a vanilla looking shake with a drop of strawberry at the bottom. I asked her if she could make me a strawberry shake and she gives me another vanilla looking shake and asks if I want the extra for free. No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want a STRAWBERRY milkshake. She ignored me and continued expediting other orders. I asked if someone was handling the order and she muttered that she didn't know. I summoned a manager on duty and she made me a STRAWBERRY shake. There is no employee morale at this location. The crew is totally different at Linden Boulevard and far more professional. It leads you to wonder what kind of management team there is. read more
