Terrible we order food from here and One bag was jam packed with 99% of our food and the other had 2 fries they had no hot chocolate and waited until the 2nd window to tell us they were out of frappes and shakes and their ice cream machine was broken anyways we ended up going to kwik trip for hot chocolate and when we got home the Jam packed bag ripped spilling our food on the driver seat and we will NEVER go here again read more

I think this is the friendliest and most efficient McDonald's in Janesville. The staff are always so polite and make you aware of wait times. The curbside pickup is a very smooth process at this location specifically with a third drive thru window and their stalls. The inside is connected to a gas station so it's a little full with loiters at times. Usually pretty good about not messing up orders. read more

I have slowly stopped myself from going to every McDonald's bc of how crappy they do their job. The cooks are dirty, the food is slow, they mess up your order littely every time, and the managment sucks. I used to go to McDonald's about 4 times a month and now its every 6 months to a year. They just need to discontinue the franchise, bc even the one on court street is the worse McDonalds in this damn dimension. So I was late for my therapy group and I wanted to get them all nuggets so I order all my nuggets and I pull up to the pickup window. The lady that served us at first was plain disrespectful her name was shanda. Good food. Always hot and fresh. The drive through gets really busy especially mealtimes. But, sometimes they work really fast through the drive through only problem. The staff work really hard and fast for the drive through, but they sometimes forget and work really slow for the walk-in customers. read more

Quit allowing your own employee's and the gas station employee's to stand by the entrance to SMOKE!!!! If people using your restaurant are allowed to use the gas station entrance none of us should have to walk past or through the nasty smell. I visited this location early in the morning to use the free wifi & have breakfast. McDonald's food is McDonald's food, generally (I have a weakness for McGriddles), but the staff here was pleasant & attentive! I stopped at this store to get a quick bite to eat. I ordered a sausage bisquit well done and a hashbrown. Over 5 minutes later, it's still not done. I asked what was taking so long? The manager replied it takes longer for well done. I said 5 minutes? He offerred to refund my money. I agreed strongly. He said, "I don't like your attitude, I'm not giving you your refund. Time after time we have gone to this McDonald's. It's close to home and college so seems perfect location. Too bad the service SUCKS! The drive-thur is the worse. Not only are they slow.... Tuesday, Oct 11 about 5:50 PM I ordered a McMuffin and Biscuit, egg, cheese and sausage sandwiches. When I got home, they gave me instead a Biscuit, egg, cheese, bacon.
