I would recommend just to go pick it up and for CR Chicks to do a better job of keeping food warm until it can be picked up and maybe finding another delivery service.

I visited the McDonald's on Donald Ross Rd and was really disappointed. The location is great, but the service was not. The crew was slow, and the overall attitude felt rude and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, the manager was even worse--very dismissive and unprofessional when I tried to address the issue. Customer service makes a big difference, and this experience didn't meet expectations at all. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both speed and attitude read more
