So let me just start with that I saw this had bad reviews and was nervous! However when I placed my order it was quick fast and easy nothing complicated no weird questions and they clearly understood me. As I went up to the window to make my payment think I repeat my order and then tells me how much it is paid him and I moved onto the next window. So on the next window the individual hands me my tea and politely asked me if I would move up to spot number one until they have my food ready. I moved up and I start to think I'm gonna be here a while. As I am waiting for my food it's a maybe a minute and he walks out and apologize for the wait which was not that much of a wait to be honest! He has me my bag and walks away and says have a good night. I'll look in the bag to make sure that they gave me my condiments since I forgot and to my surprise this is the first store that actually gave me the condiments. I'm not sure what goes on at this location but it's always so slow. I wait in the drive thru, I wait inside, even when I order on uber the driver seems to wait so long at the location to get the order. My food was cold. We chose to dine in rather than the drive thru because of the promise of hot food. We're only 2 minutes away but you have to have hot fries when you got to McD's. First off you have to order thru the kiosk. That's ok I guess because no one understands customer service these days. As noted, my fries were cold. Great service and highly accommodating. My brother, who is allergic to meat, was able to order a cheeseburger with no meat, much to our delight. Worst McDonalds ever! On average the quality and ambiance are adequate nothing to complain about there, as good as you would come to expect by any McDonalds you encounter across the country. But the service is atrocious. When I say service let me be clear it's not that they're rude, but instead the incompetence is earth shattering. 9 out of every 10 visits results in a order error. Either the cashier or cook screws up the order or the order filler misses something. And after numerous complaints and returns to fix orders, they're still incapable of fixing the problem over the last 16 years! The only reason I put up with it is because it's conveniently located, but I feel obligated to let people know they will make a mistake, check your orders! read more

I went to drive-through at 9:20 at night. The person that answered the drive-through kept putting cars on hold. And wait 10 to 20 minutes in between car. Was very rude and belligerent. We use to go this MCD every weekend, but they remodeled it several times, and now only take orders from the POS in the dining room. It takes tool long to use the POS, so we no longer go to this MCD. There is just something satisfying about that crappy $1 burger or a box of McNuggets and some french fries. I don't think I used to be McDonald's fan, but after spending a lot of time in Asia, McDonald's became a bit of a reality check after one too many meals at the night-market. So this is my local McDonald's and it's a pretty clean and tidy place. At the moment it's getting some sort of face-lift, but the drive-thru is as busy as ever (I typically just park and go inside). So on this visit I did try the mango pineapple fruit smoothie and it was pretty good. Not nearly as sweet as I was expecting and surprisingly refreshing. This is a nice and clean McD's. They've got an amazing McKid's club at this location every Thursday at 10:30a, hosted by Ms.Terry Polk. She does a wonderful job teaching and interacting with the kids. The play area is in good shape and the kids love to play on it. The employees at this McD's are also very kind and friendly... they usually try to say: "Welcome to McDonald's!" as you enter (or something along those lines), and also bid you a nice farewell as you leave. There's an older lady that works here, too, that is always very kind to my kids. Great "small town" feel to this place, where it seems like they get to know you (especially if you show up each week for kids club). :) read more

Grabbed a sandwich from there and found a hair in it. I called and the manager and I spoke to her, she was polite and took care of me. I came back to replace the sandwich, I didn't want a refund or even a whole new meal just a new sandwich. They made it promptly but I realized that no one was wearing gloves while touching all of this food. Like no one! I saw a woman grab a hamburger bun with her bare hands to run it through the toaster. Everyday fast food drive through,either really good experience, ok experience, or out of mind terrible experience. The McDonalds on rufesnow overall is a decent fast food place, good food quality, speedy drive through( not all the time ). Although, I have been through some pretty bad experiences with this specific restaurant. Some employees slack, are rude or don't know what customer service means. I'd give this McDonalds 5-Stars except for their poor Internet connection. This place is clean and recently remodeled to include high quality comfortable seating with plug-ins at each booth. The service is excellent and employees very friendly. All that said I'll be heading over to Starbucks where I'll be spending $$ there when it could have been here because they have reliable Wi-fi. This place stinks!!! Literarily we went in and rushed back out, smelled like pop!! Then I had to deal with kids crying

I live right down the street so my kids are always seeing McDonalds and wanting to go. Needless to say, I have been to this store more than a three dozen times. I have to say that three times out of ten they get my order wrong. Most recently was yesterday when I asked for ranch dipping sauce and was given BBQ. Additionally, I asked for sweet tea for my happy meal and was given sprite. On another occasion I got all the way home before I noticed that they didn't give me my large fries and when I went back they acted like I was running a scam and insisted on seeing my receipt that I had thrown in their drive thru trash. I still go there because of convenience, however, I will be more diligent when checking my order. read more

Why am I doing a review for McDonald's? Because I think we all eat there at one time another, so I thought I would review my local McDonald's. First the restaurant is clean and I've never had a problem with my orders at the drive thru. I can't say that for all McDonald's. The burgers and other menu items are the usual fair, but the fries are to die for. Sometimes I just get the fries and a milk shake for lunch. The breakfast menu is where they really shine. I have never had a bad breakfast. The food is always hot and orders are ready quickly. I recommend this location over all the others. read more
