I know it's only Waffle House, but this is NRH|Keller you'd expect more... I came in to get a simple scrambled egg & cheese biscuit. The girl that took my order first had an attitude and then told him the wrong egg and he had to remake it, but it took foreverrr. I had already paid and saw they charge for a "service fee" and "Togo fee" on top of the tip, I was annoyed from jump. So I'm still waiting & instead, they took care of everyone else and left me last. I'm the only person of color in there & am just uncomfortable and ready to go I ask the "manager" the older woman for a refund and she was just so unprofessional. I come here a lot, not anymore. I was at this location at 9:30 this evening and the second shift manager. Matthew was very rude to me. Refused service to me. Because I made a complaint against him months ago. I would strongly urge other customers to not visit this location and go down the street to IHOP on N. TArant Parkway buy their breakfast and never go to this establishment because they don't care about the customer. At least until they fire Matthew and find a decent quality person to manage their store. He seems to be very incompetent lazy and dirty doesn't wash.. read more

Finally visited Waffle House this morning after living less than 2 miles from the location since it's been open. Amazing service from Tevelle(apologies if I spelt his name wrong) and the food was delicious. From our booth we could see and hear the manager expediting orders and the line moving flawlessly. Will definitely be back soon and I cannot wait. read more

My boyfriend and I came in and he's picky and forgot to specify on his order and it came out not how he wanted it. Neither of us felt like saying anything and we were asked by multiple employees if everything was okay and we kept saying yes. Then the chef came over to get my plates and he saw that my boyfriend was picking onions off of his sandwich and he immediately told him he'd make another one. Our server came over thinking he did something wrong so I explained and he was very reassuring that it's okay to say something at any restaurant, as they have to take these types of situations into consideration. We live near this Waffle House but just had not stopped since they opened. Tonight was the night ! They are OPEN 24/7 now. So if you drive by and there is only a car or 2 go in !! My husband and I split the All Star Breakfast for 9.75 Waffle, 2 eggs, grits, toast, sausage. We ordered an extra side of ham. More than enough food for 2 of us. I only post reviews when something is surprisingly good or surprisingly bad. This place had extremely fast, friendly staff. Great waiter. It was clean, the coffee was great and a perfectly drinkable temperature, and the food is exactly what you want when you think breakfast for dinner. Everyone left more than satisfied, and we actually thought the bill was incorrect because it was so inexpensive. We'll probably bring the kids every weekend- highly recommend this location! FYI I believe the closing time on here is incorrect, they may have meant 3am instead of 3pm? They are definitely open at least for dinner. read more

I usually love frequenting this specific Waffle House. Tonight though, Terrible experience came in, 3 of us, sat and were completely ignored. With 5 people in the kitchen, another customer came in and was immediately served and served a drink. We were still ignored. They stared at us all and said not one word. The customer that got served before us, looked at us and said, "ha you look like a deer in headlights." We sat a while longer, and nothing. We left. And won't be back. All 5 of them seemed a bit off, maybe not sober, completely aloof, and didn't care about the reputation of this establishment. I hope this store wipes out the current staff and thoroughly searches for qualified customer service savvy people. The people who were on shift at 6:45 pm CST on 01-01-22 should be fired. read more

Normally love this Waffle House! Asked us if we wanted bar or table, we chose table. With 5 workers on, they greeted a customer that sat a few minutes after us. They all Kept staring at us but didn't come over to help or ask what we wanted to drink. Everyone seemed preoccupied although it was just us and one other person. Hopefully they get their stuff figured out. We had to leave after 10 minutes of being ignored and stared at. Sad I can't go here anymore but glad I will find better service elsewhere! read more
