They have large screen TVs throughout the location and a pretty large bar as well. After we got home, I spoke with Isaac, the manager, about our experience. He was professional, understanding, and genuinely took the time to address our concerns. His excellent customer service made a significant difference, and we truly appreciated the way he handled the situation. Every weekend they bring in bands, but there is never enough seating. People are forced to stand and hover over others who are seated because there simply aren't enough tables. Adding more high-top tables would help tremendously. The tables, chairs, and bar stools that are there are in awful condition--many are broken, wobbly, and the cushions are completely worn out or missing. The overall cleanliness is also a problem. The bar needs a serious deep cleaning. There are cobwebs hanging from signs inside, exposed electrical wires in places, and the clear drinking glasses are not always properly cleaned. I've personally received drinks in glasses that still had lipstick marks on them. The bathrooms are another issue. The stall doors don't close properly and several toilet seats are loose. They are clearly overdue for repairs and updating. The only bright spot is the wait staff--they are friendly and do their best. But it's frustrating that you almost never see the owners around addressing any of these problems. With the amount of business this place gets on weekends, it's disappointing that basic maintenance, safety, and cleanliness seem to be ignored. This place has potential, but right now it feels poorly maintained and unsafe.
