This morning was the worst day ever and it isn't the first time. Starting from the drive through orders. She was very rude and rushing while not a single car were there. She never give us the receipt.When we got to the pick up window staffs were arguing loudly he hand me the order and its not what we are order. Then the manager came to the window we asking for our refund and he was rude. He can't even control the staffs and interact with customer . I was trying to tell him how rude the drive through orders was and he didn't want to hear and his words was- I said have a nice day-. We waited in line for over an hour with 6 other cars and the lady kept messing up everyone's order. I tried to keep my patience but it was ridiculous. When we finally got our food the order was wrong and my fries were cold and soggy. This has got to be top 5 of the worst McDs in the country. Ordered through the app, went through the drive thru, they couldn't figure out what went wrong and the morning manager (tall African American man) said my order didn't go through and i showed him the order, the Apple Pay receipt, and he said to park in the parking spot. After waiting about 15 minutes I went inside, waited about 10 more minutes and talked to the same manager and they forgot my order completely???? Nice view if you eat outside but the food is so.so. I have gotten so many orders mixed up in the drive through and a few soggy salads/heat lamped hamburgers (dry). Still they do have the normal McDonalds specials on Sundays etc. 2 stars for that. read more

Long time, year round, property owner and resident, 18 years. This McDonald's is "hands down" the worst in McDonald's history. They take pleasure in turning you every which way but loose. Too many horror stories, there are "good" visits sprinkled in there!! Odds are against you, bad service out weighs good service by far. Never leave the drive thru without checking the bag, you WILL regret it. Key West has 2 boxes to order from now...last visit....guy at the other box asks after 15 minutes there...."Hey Buddy, they take you order yet?"......we had already blew our horns. We go to the window, order food (this is during lunch) and the following window does not have the order (started with the box) and asked to pull forward. Another long wait, food comes out and no drink. Employee goes back for drink. Almost a hour in drive thru, should have gone in to dine and left sooner!!!! Avoid......avoid.......avoid. This mcdonalds service is beyond slow. I went inside because the line is far too long due to the slow service. I went inside to order just one hashbrown and it resulted in me standing there waiting for over 20 minutes. One hash brown. It is ridiculous. Hilariously bad service we ordered at the stand, three times.. every. Single. Time. The drinks were missing. 2/3 they thought were to go instead of eating in. Even though we had a number at the table, no one came with our food. They shouted the number and we had to come collect it.. ordered 3 sauces with nuggets, but only received two.
