The workers here are rude. Every time I come here there is a "recording" who ask if I'm using the mobile app... I will say yes or no and wait for a response that tells me they are ready to hear my order. INSTEAD the workers start yelling at me EVERY TIME through the speaker that they are waiting on my order. How am I supposed to know they are ready if they don't respond and if that's a "recording" only asking if I'm using the mobile app?!?!?! Other than that happening every time I go to this McDonalds, my order is always somehow messed unfortunately either missing items or the order isn't correct. I feel that the workers here need to learn about good customer service and start paying more attention to details when the customer is ordering to make sure the order gets out efficiently and correct. read more

The service is, I came in today: November 6, 2025 because the drive through was way too long and me and my spouse didn't want to wait in the long line since he needed to report back to base. Immediately I was greeted with rudeness, I didn't get his name because I don't justify myself as a 'Karen' however being disrespected doesn't fly by me nor should it with anyone. When I told him my order number he gave me a rude look. When he got my order he placed it on the counter without calling the number. HE DIDNT CALL THE NUMBER. Of course I'm going to think that's not my order. I waited fifteen minutes until finally he said "this is your order," so rudely. me and my husband go here when we need to get something and some how theres never consistency. last time we went and we ordered burgers they were pink pretty much all the way through, so we couldn't eat them. Well the rude as hell employee forgot to turn her microphone off and openly mocked my wife the a nasally "OKAY THANK YOU" I know management will likely not do anything about this as they are already short staffed but we definitely won't be going back. Worst experience. Went thru drive thru for breakfast. Paid $1.09 extra just for medium OJ that was so watery it was not drinkable. Didn't matter because I was not given a straw with the order. Hashbrowns were so overcooked they were not edible. Sandwich was barely put in wrapper so when I open the bag it had fallen out of the wrapper and was laying in 2 pieces in the bag. Went to M cDonals on Clear Creek Roda, Killeen Texas this morning. Waited at the drive thru for my order to be take about 7 or 8 minutes, I get it. Then I get to the window to pay, and was asked to pull up for a simple order, okay again I get it staying patient. Watch all of the orders behind me get their orders and go, I am still being patient. Then as I am waiting I watched the MANAGER go next door to the 7-11, mind you I am still waiting on two sandwiches. I again see the MANAGER come back from the 7-11 store with a bag of something. I am still waiting for my order at this time. The MANAGER proceeded to the area where the kids indoor play area is, I am still waiting on my order. He sits down and I can clearly see him drinking water I assume he purchased from the 7-11 store. He gets up and walks towards the dining area, minutes late he is back with someone that looks like the person that cleans the area. Now I am still parked by the third window that you wait for your food, and by this time I have been at McDonald well over 15 mins. or more. I am parked where you can see through the window of the play area. The MANAGER sits back down and precede with this drink and what ever else he has, but I am still waiting on my food. Finally the young female brings my food and is very polite and tell me to have a nice day. I say all of this to point out that it was apparent that the people working in the back may have been short on personnel this morning, hence is why I stayed patient. However, as I watched this MANAGER sit on his ass and did nothing to help as I waited a long time for a FAST FOOD Item, was crazy to me. As I sat and watched I never once seen him help them out. I pray that someone looks at this because if that were me, I would have put my items purchased from the 7-11 store down for a bit and help the crew until things were caught up. I have no idea what others ordered that got the in and out, but I do know that once I was asked to pull up I waited a while and was able to see a lot. This morning we drove through and the First Lady at the payment window was happy and cheerful. When we went through the second window, we asked for hot sauce. The lady handed us our bag with about 10 ketchups (?). So when I explained that we got ketchup instead, she said "what'd you want?" (Rudely) and I said "hot sauce."
