There was trash on the floors and behind the counter it looked like it hadn't been mopped in a week. Management needs to seriously get on this. Worst McD's ever. Went in ordered 2 McDoubles (at a kiosk of course because actually having someone take your order is a thing of the past but I digress). My first red flag was the 9 people standing around, arms crossed, waiting for food. Still haven't seen any workers there. After 15 mins of standing around in the ever increasing crowded waiting area, trying to constantly stay out customer's way, a lady/Karen walks in saying "how dare you serve me 4 hour old food, maybe look at the order before you hand me the bag". So I pull up at 9pm, I order 2 fries, a triple cheeseburger, and an Oreo McFlurry. I get told to pull up to spot 5 in front. That's fine, so I do. I wait 15 minutes for my food, while watching multiple cars who arrived after us, get orders with 2+ bags. After 15-20ish minutes, I pull up to the drive thru again and I'm like "hey I've been waiting for 15 minutes, just wanted to check that you didn't forget about us." I pull to the 2nd window like asked, and the guy with long hair (no hair net) practically held the bag out the window the entire time I pulled up. When I asked "is this the only bag?" He responded with "yep!" And slammed the window extremely hard. I have worked at Taco Bell, Applebees, Buffalo Wild Wings, hotels, and I never would've treated someone this way. I've never been treated this poorly in a drive thru. As a college student, I come to McDonalds quite a bit, but this is the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to. I'll be the first to admit that I'm generally not a big fan of McDonald's; but tonight was an exception. The first was that we were greeted by the shift manager who was running his butt off between the counter and drive up. The service was great and the food was good, warm and correct on all five orders. Brought my grandson here for lunch and playtime in the playground space. The playground is nice, but that's about it. Women's bathroom had no toilet paper in any of three dispensers in one of the two stalls, only one order kiosk was working, the playroom tables had not been prepped for the day with all the chairs sitting on top of the (somewhat dirty tables), our food, that was supposed to be delivered to our table, took a LONG time to prepare (a happy meal and Big Mac meal) and then sat on the counter until I went to ask about it, it was then delivered without drinks or apple slices. Went through this McDonald's drive through on a road trip to grab a quick meal since we didn't have a lot of time to go to a sit-down restaurant. There were only a few cars in line. We pulled up to the window and ordered a basic meal, Cheeseburgers and fries with a coffee. I was surprised when they told me to pull around and wait in spot 1 for my order, that usually only happens when someone orders a large or uncommon order or the line is backed up. After parking, I noticed every car coming out of the drive through was parking out front. Doesn't that defeat the whole point of parking cars out front if you're going to park every single one that goes to the drive-through? Why not just complete the order and give it to them at the window? After about 20 minutes, a befuddled employee started shuffling around to each car asking them what they ordered. Another 15 minutes passed and we finally went inside to see what the hell was going on. They said "we are still waiting on coffee to brew" complete BS. We took our food and left without the coffee. The time on our receipt was 2:20pm and was now 3:00pm, a full 40 mins of waiting and we never got our complete order and what we did get was cold! Stopped in here for breakfast on the way up to Portland. The kitchen looked like organized chaos with the front of the house not communicating with the back of the house very well. The POS system wasn't working properly as the cashier was getting flustered. After I put in my order, I noticed a fly buzzing about in the restaurant.
