I did a mobile order for fries & McDouble. For pick up in drive through. Cashier not friendly. Didn't greet me just opened her sliding door and said "you want a receipt". No greeting no thank you!!! I drove to 2nd window to get my food. Fries weren't hot and tasted like they'd been sitting there too long. Burger was not hot and looked sloppy. This will be the last time I come to this McDonald's. When we gave them our code and arrived to the pickup window they were confused as to what we ordered. I had stated I had a mobile order for an ice cream, but they couldn't see it? I used my app to get food here and then i got one other thing, got to the window and they gave me the one thing I didn't use my app for. They wouldn't give me what I used my points for even though I showed the manager it took it out of my account, and they told me I had to use more points if I wanted it since THEY messed up and didn't put it in the system even after the girl said she got the code when I ordered. Horrible customer service, this is the second time I've been to this location and the first time they did the same thing. I almost said I am sorry to say this, but I really have to be honest. The Customer Service (if it can even be called that) at this location will determine anyone from ever coming back. Customers inside the building are not even acknowledge as the staff's main purpose seems to be to serve every Drive Thru Customer first. One gentleman asked, " Can we who are inside get some service please." To which one of the workers responded " I am busy with Drive Thru orders. The man just wanted a cup of coffee. Because there were 7 other people before me who had not even been helped, I decided to leave because I only had an hour for lunch and based on the lack of counter service inside the building, I could tell my lunch would probably be over before I would receive my food. This was my second time experiencing this type of lack of service at this location. Hiw do you nit even acknowledge your customers by saying, I will be with you on just a moment etc. No greeting at all... I will never return to this location. I don't come here everyday, so perhaps the couple of times I drive -thru for some coffee or hotcakes each month, I luck out as the service is always friendly and my order is ready pretty much by the time I make it to window and pay. I also appreciate that this location doesn't seem to have as many issues with their coffee machines breaking. They also don't skimp on the little butters. My husband ordered a mocha ice coffee any size for $1.99 and charged him 5.99 for a frappe and put it in a frappe cup when that wasn't what he ordered. The guy didn't want to help him and just kept arguing with him about it. Not only that the frappe cup is way smaller than the original coffee he had ordered. I really didn't want to post this review, especially after seeing this location has an overall one and a half stars total rating; however, I feel I must in hopes the situation will improve. Using the app, I wanted the "Buy one Happy Meal get one for $1" deal, and I provided the code through the drive-thru. After receiving my receipt, I noticed I was charged full price for both meals. While we were receiving our food, the drink order was wrong (asked for no ice, but there was ice in the container), but I corrected it right there. After getting the food, I went into the restaurant to straighten out the deal problem, with my receipt in hand, and I could see the manager, who was working with the other employees preparing food. I told the young lady working the register about the problem, and she then talked to the manager. He sent her back to ask me if I provided the code. After I acknowledged I did, I heard the manager let out a huge sigh, which means this was probably an ongoing problem. She asked me what I ordered, instead of looking at my receipt - again, in my hand. I told her, which she gave me the cash for. Unfortunately, we added things to the order so we didn't get a full refund, but at that point, I was too frustrated and hungry to deal with the extra 30 cents for lettuce and 59 cents for tomato, for which we weren't refunded. I get ready to eat only to find there was no sauce for the nugget meal we ordered. UGH... back inside! I told the same young lady I requested "honey mustard" but she returned with "hot mustard." Since she had already put it in my hands, when I called her back to correct it, she threw out those two sauces because I touched them! I could've given them to my husband if she would've just asked! Finally, at least 20 minutes later, the fries are now cold, I'm then told the fries were not cooked all the way and there wasn't a toy in the hamburger meal. Also no napkins. The managers, Sandra and Darnell have a very bad attitude they are very rude and just give all around horrible customer service! They will scam you and rip you off for your money! On top of that, they try to scam me into buying more They will give me a discount after I already paid for my food which they refused to give me . My friend is diabetic and was depending on that food and they know that the food was paid for as we had the payment receipt and the confirmation code and they still refuse to give him the food which caused him to pass out because his blood sugar was too low ! I had to call several times and they said that they will refund my money later, which is unacceptable because I did not pay later. I paid now so they need to refund my money now which they refuse to do. Food was fine. The staff are awful. The manger is belueve her name was Sarah or Sonia. Actually hung up on me when I was trying to tell her I have my bank statememt where I was overcharged for my food. I've been trying to get my refund since May 26th or so. Every week calling their customer support, who gave me a case number. Every week they tell me someone from there will be calling me right back to take care of this issue. Its being escalated to the regional office. I get no call no resolution. This call center is overseas. 2 months later still no refund or compensation for this inconvenience. So I finally figure, I'll call this manager myself to see what's going on. They have no idea. Apparently the overseas customer service for Mcdonalds just follows a call format for customer complaints but obviously never even contacts the actual franchise to get this resolved. So, talking with the mgr . She asks me for information. Which ive given the other people over and over. I give her the date and the amounts, as well as the approximate time I was there. She cant find it. Im telling her I have it on my bank statement . I can show her. But she wants to know what card I used.I dont know. I got a new card since then. I tell her this is giving me too much anxiety and cant she contact the customer service people to get the I formation because apparently they should have the information. She hung up on me Wtf!!! I've only been here probably twice. I last went on 12/31/2021, and ordered an ice cream in the drive thru. I pulled around and ate it, then I went to use their bathroom. Then I remembered why I hate this place, they denied me to use the bathroom before, it was closed or something weird like that. Then at 5:25 PM, I was begrudgingly allowed to use it because "we are drive thru only now." The bathroom was FOUL! No TP, also, NO SOAP and the floors were filthy. Which means the employees were using it and returning to the KITCHEN WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS AFTER USING THE TOILET.
