Ok I am giving this location just three stars ( I wanted to give them 1 star) because I am familiar with the quality customer service I have received from other locations (3 stars is the best I can do right now). This was the first time I tried Jersey Mike's tuna, and it was very good. Maybe a little heavier on the mayo than I would like, but still quite tasty. It's good to know that they make fresh batches every day as needed, and what is left over at the end of the day is thrown out. I had the mini, Mike's way on wheat with extra pickles with Sun Chips and an unsweetened iced tea. The wheat bread was good, and so was everything inside the sandwich. With exception to the tuna, they do pile on the rest of the ingredients nicely. The ice tea was good as well. Service was upbeat and friendly, as per usual for most Jersey Mike's around town. Ordered sandwiches for a company event and requested no tomatoes (allergy) on all #7s (we ordered about six). We picked up at the store and the sandwiches weren't even labeled so we asked them to label it and confirm the order. We left once they did and there were tomatoes on all the #7's!!!! I do understand this is a new location. However, the bread was extremely dry and old tasting. When she cut it, it had a crunch(indicating that it was not fresh). They moved so slow that I thought it was my turn but the people standing at the register haven't even placed the order yet, which they wrote down and still ask the customer what he wanted on it. Management here is absolutely unprofessional. I came to this store today and ordered a couple sandwiches. The girl who made our sandwiches completely drenched two of them in oil/vinegar which I did not see as I was ordering the remaining two sandwiches. I got home and my sandwich was completely soggy and dripping. I call them and they were more than willing to re make the sandwich for me. Frustrating having to drive back, but whatever. I go back and they take the sandwich I brought back which literally says on the wrapping x bacon, x cheese, etc. they re make it while I wait by the register. I get home, and the sandwich is missing ANY condiments, has no bacon and no cheese. I'm now pissed off. Having to waste my time and gas to drive back a third time, I just had enough at this point. I call and speak to the manager Sue who immediately remembered me. I called and just explained that it's completely ridiculous and unacceptable when I gave them my old sandwich back they don't even read the wrapper to put the same ingredients back on it. Now I have been charged for items not on my sandwich that is already over-priced as it is. The manager on duty Sue states that I should have told her what was on the sandwich and that it was my fault... but she had the wrapper and entire sandwich in front of her when making the new one. Then she had the audacity to laugh on the phone at me when I said that wasn't the case at all and her staff failed to even look at the sandwich I gave back to them or the outer wrapping with the extras written on it. Completely unacceptable service and for someone who was merely bringing it to their attention about quality control, not even asking for a refund - to laugh and act like she's trying to get off the phone with me as if I'm wasting her time is so disgusting. I immediately told her i don't appreciate her laughing and that the situation was funny at all and she stated "i wasn't laughing hun, i think you're going a little overboard now (then laughs again)". Who talks to a customer like that? I hadn't raised my voice i simply called to express the issue and express my discontent respectfully. I've never had such SHIT service at an establishment in my entire life. I will never eat at this location again and the staff on duty today (mainly all girls) should have to read this review.
