Three of us standing there to look at the menu was blocking others from going out back to the patio to eat (plates and drinks in their hands). It wasn't crowded for a Saturday afternoon but it was still noisy. We cleaned up after ourselves, though we still tipped. I hadn't noticed the bin for dirty dishes on the side counter when I got us silverware and straws. Next time I won't tip. It's quite self serve. Order and pickup from the same counter. I would recommend they work on a customer foot path 'flow.' They could hire a hostess or greeter, or perhaps provide better signage on where to go and what to do, similar to 'Five Guys' restaurants.
