I was there on a Sunday morning, not one McDonalds employee acknowledged me. There was about 10 employees who looked like they were working harder and not smarter. Plus they are so disorganized, there were four of us waiting for our orders. There was no communication amongst the employees and the one employee getting the food ready was dumber than ever. One guy had been waiting 30 minutes and no site of his order. A customer had to ask for help because there aren't employees at the cash register anymore. They want you to use the non user friendly computer systems instead. Plus a "Karen" walked in acting like we were complaining for no reason at all, I had to tell Karen to stay in her lane, she hadn't been waiting as long as we had been plus it's none of her business. Haven't been at this McDonalds since In and Out opened and now I remember why. I was doing a half time BevMo run so instead of heading to In and Out I decided to stay in the same center for convenience. Big mistake. Cold quarter pounder. Cold frys all for $10.55. So, more expensive than In and Out, cold and nasty food but nice people at the drive thru. So, lesson learned. Good things come to those that wait as my grandma used to say. Yarg me maties, sailed up in me white pearl, I demanded the buccaneers relinquish me water, free of charge as I have done on several long voyages to quench my eternal thirst. The commandant of the settlement replied that I must pay a fee to receive this service, I had to pay 1.50 shillings for potato sticks that I did not want. My first mate has informed me that this is against the pirates code here in the Caribbean. When they were loading my cargo into the bilge, I requested they remove an empty barrel of rum. The harbor master replied that he would be unable to accept anything that was on my ship. He did not suggest any other islands or ports we could stop at to ditch this unwanted cargo. I can not believe how low their star ratings are here. Makes me sad... I've visited this McDonald location several occasions and always commented how I thought they were so nice here. Staff are friendly and always professional. I should add, I frequent this location in the mornings. Accomodated our sauce requests without ever charging us. Playroom is even a fun space and seemingly clean from when I remember taking my son a few years ago. He's older now, so I haven't ventured in that space recently. Our orders are always correct, piping hot and seem fresh. We stick to the classics, as creatures of habit and they're consistently hot. I hope they receive more credit soon. I want to thank Andres M. for stepping up to the plate today at McDonalds. I walked in the restaurant to pickup my food and left without the right order and forget my cell phone next to the fountain drinks. I got a phone call as I was grabbing my food that my stepdad had a heart attack and as I rushed out of McDonalds without the correct food and my cell phone, Andres M ran after me, but he didn't have a chance to catch me bcuz I was going Mach 5 out of the McDonalds parking lot straight to the hospital. My kids said that their was a man running after are car but I wasn't hearing what they had to say until I got to the hospital. After we sat at the hospital for a few hours I realized I left my cell at McDonalds. When I went back to get it Andres M was there waiting to ask if I was ok and if their was anything he could do for me. I said I was fine and just came back for my cell phone! And than Andres M asked if I would let him refresh my order from hours earlier that I left behind and I couldn't believe the kind gesture. I said thank you but it's ok, I just want to go home and Andres M said you have to eat and you already paid for the food so let me make it fresh and he did. It was one of the nicest things that's ever happened to me at a fast food restaurant. And I just want to say thank you to Andres M and let the owners know that they have a fine young man working for them. read more

The merging drive-thru system does NOT work. It's great for moving cars through faster, but the specific cars are not tracked, and they hand you whatever they think your order was. This proved to be a total waste of time when I grabbed my bag of food to only find out, after I drove home, that the food inside was some kid's meal that probably belonged to someone else. They need to have the courtesy of reading your order back to you as they hand you the food. ALWAYS check your order before driving away because the staff there certainly don't. read more

Drive-thru was a horrible experience. Everything we ordered was repeated back wrong. Ordered a chicken sandwich was repeated back '5 chicken sandwiches'. Ordered a Big Mac no bun, was repeated back 'Big Mac no lettuce'. When we got to the window was asked strange questions about the Big Mac 'how are you going to eat it?'. With a knife & fork like every time I order it this way. This guy had it lettuce wrapped after I said no thank you. We were asked to pull forward for our food after being given our drinks. Said we needed straws and ketchup and was told they would be in our bag. Nope, not in our bag but thankfully we were triple checking because of our crazy ordering debacle. #4 McDonalds is my favorite restaurant because it's located in a great plaza and has good food for great prices. McDonald's is located in a great plaza. There is lots of parking and lots of places to go after eating at McDonalds like Home Goods and Big Lots. I also like where it's located because my dance studio is right across the street from McDonalds. McDonalds has good food for great prices. My favorite thing to get is a happy meal with 6 piece chicken nuggets, apples, chocolate milk, and french fries that is usually $5. Most adults will get some kind of hamburger for under $10. I've been to many McDonalds locations, but this one is one of my favorites. I highly recommend coming here! read more

Ordered 2 combo meals and a $5 20pc nuggets cost $20 and for that I got stuck in the drive thru line for 16 minutes and then got handed Luke warm fries. Wtf ? I have been going to this location since It opended. It has been here since that shopping center opened. its in a prime location and is always busy. so to date its just been good. the majority of the people that work there seem kind and younger , there are a few older(experienced folks) that work there but majority are early 20's . I have had a few times where my order was wrong but there always willing to fix it for you. But what can you expect its mcdonalds. Recently this location hired a new employee I dont know his name. but he works the drive through first window today May 18th around 12:30ish , when i first heard this guy in the drive threw it kinda sounded like he was a robot , it was kinda weird but when you actually pull up to the window you notice thats just the way that he talks. HE IS GREAT ON THE DRIVETHREW. you can hear every word, understand every word, he doesn't get flustered when your order changes a million times, an he reads over the order with you. everything is top knotch about his drivethrew work. Im sure that sounds crazy. but you really appreciate it when you go to another drivethrew weather it be mcdonalds or taco bell or jack in the box. an you cant understand the person or the speakers not loud enough or the menu is all messed up. or they get mad at you, an all you wanna do is order some food fast. this guy keeps the show on the road in the drive through. it helps the second window as well keep food coming out quicker an make sure its the right items everytime. This store has a great staff. The 1 star is mainly for numerous occasions (I go to this location only for convenience and how cheap it can cost). There has been missing food, poor service, flat soda, cold food, long wait times when there are not many cars on the lane (s). I gave this 2 stars because there have been times when the service was good. I should have asked for their names, but three people in particular have been super great. One tall white kid (probably 18-20), another young black kid (must be a manager because he was wearing a white shirt and tie), and a young blonde girl who usually is always handing the food out. Going to this location when they are working is rare, but a pleasure. On the other hand, although I only go here about 1-2 times a month, the bad experiences outweigh the good ones. The reason I'm reviewing again is because I went in the drive at 1055 on a Saturday to order a burger. I asked what came on a quarter pounder and the guy on the speaker told me they don't serve lunch yet. This sucked for me because I've been up since 5 am and already had breakfast for the day. I asked what time lunch started and he said 11. So I said fine and just ordered a frappe. I get to the window at 1058 and ask if I could just pull out and come drive around in 3 minutes. He said he'll just put my order in anyway. I won a free burger from the monopoly thing and that was the only reason I went there - for a free lunch. I tried using my free fries one, too, but I guess you could only use one at a time. That's understandable - no biggie. The line was taking a long time. By the time I actually left the pay window to go to the pickup window, it was past 11am. Is it really that inconvenient to start making a lunch item 5 minutes before lunch starts? Thanks to the movie, Big Daddy, I thought breakfast ended at 1030 (apparently it's 11am on the weekends). By the time I drove the 7 minutes back to my house, it was 1115 and my burger was cold. I bit into it and it was cold inside too. I popped it in the micro but it wasn't the same. But seriously, if it's 1055 and lunch starts at 11, just take the order. As I approached the doors I was met by a lady who stated "I'm trying to mop the floor." No mop, no bucket, but okay. I like a clean restaurant as much as the next person, and the place was relatively clean. I enter a line with three people in it, and at the front is a lady who is having problems ordering with the cashier because of a language barrier. Fine. A few minutes pass and I'm at the front of the line. That's when the husband of the lady who had a problem with the cashier cut in and asked for a receipt... The cashier says "Why? What do you need it for?" Customer says "never received it and I want to see what I ordered." The cashier shrugs, huffs and proceeds to take out the garbage can underneath the cash register. He begins to shift through the debris, pulling out wads of thermal tape covered in soda and ketchup, and placing them on the counter. Gross. The cashier continues to repeat "Is that yours? Is that yours? Is that yours?" To the customer. "No... No... Ah, no" the customer exclaims. The cashier then screams for the manager "hey, R_____, this guy wants his, like, receipt or something..." The manager comes out from what seems to be under the counter, ignores the other customer and myself, who, by the way, if you're keeping up, has been standing directly in front of them for at least five minutes waiting to order a large fry and coke. The manager explains to the cashier how to print out a check, prints and hands the check to the cashier, then lowers his head and scuttles off. The cashier looks at the receipt and places it on the counter. He then looks at me... It seemed that in the course of 15 seconds the cashier completely forgot that he reprinted a receipt to give back to the customer who had cut in line. It was then I took it upon myself to say "I think he needs his receipt now?" Pointing to the baffled customer. Now, all this has happened and I have yet to even order... Shall I go on? Here was my order: large fry, large Coke. For here. What I received: small fry, large Coke. To go. The cashier seemed new, but was awfully pretentious. They also seemed to be trying to take names with orders, but it didn't really matter because they weren't calling out names. At all. I felt sorry for the people who asked for the receipt because their large order stood on the counter getting cold as the cashiers bickered on who would call their name. But, that seems to be the norm for McDonald's, at least in this high income neighborhood. My fries were good and hot although the portion was skimpy, even for a small (that was supposed to be a large). The Coke also had a light hint of Mr. Pibb to it. I'll return again but only with a portable laugh track and my expectations lowered. read more

Very slow drive thru! Even when there is not a lot of cars. They will make you park and wait for your food. Why is this??? Are we not as important than the people that ordered behind us?? Went there to get the 2 for 5 deal.... Saw the sign that said 2 for 5 and ordered in the drive thru. The kid gave me my total and it was $15 something....I asked about the 2 for 5 and he said they're not doing it anymore. I told him the sign is still up and he said sorry....I passed on ordering at normal price and had to wait a long time in the drive thru for the other cars.....the one day they don't park every car.. . They get orders wrong, take forever, and they always stiffed me on my sauces. People who give this McDonald's a lower rating are not making an apples to apples comparison. You can't rate A McDonald's against an Olive Garden or any sitdown restaurant. If you are looking for an accurate review and rating here it is. This McDonald's is an excellent fast food restaurant in terms of food taste, speed, environment. The duel line drive-through gets you through quickly, even with a long line it's never taken me more than 10 minutes to have my food and be on my way. The area around the McDonald's is well kept so you feel as if the managers care about presentation. I have yet to have my order taken incorrectly which is typical at fast food restaurants. Short story this is a well-managed suburban McDonald's that deserves a five star rating and compared to fast food restaurants alike read more
