Whomever is managing this location doesn't know what they're doing. It's rare to get errors on your order at Chic-Fil-A but this place makes tons of mistakes, you'll be charged wrong, they'll forget to give you items, honestly it feels like the level of service you'd get from a Taco Bell. Last night I gave my kid his fries and he immediately spit it out and said it "tasted like trash". Sure enough when I took a taste it did in fact taste like rotten garbage. Additionally my sandwich was clearly just old and reheated. Someone isn't keeping the fryer free of contaminants or keeping the food fresh here. I'd recommend picking somewhere else to eat. read more

12/31/25: I drove through at around 10:45 a.m.--before the lunch rush and the forecasted rain--to get five Chicken Cobb Salads with avocado lime dressing and a few other orders. As usual, a male attendant met me outside to take my order, and a female attendant ran my card. At the checkout window, a male Hispanic attendant handed me my drink and waited for my other orders to be completed. He handed me a large bag, almost dropped some of its contents, and--sensing his lack of focus--I asked if everything was complete. He said yes. When I got home, I realized all five avocado lime dressings were missing. I called to complain. The woman who took my call asked, in a very cold tone, what I wanted--seemingly expecting me to request some form of compensation. I replied that I wanted the missing avocado lime dressings. She then said they didn't offer delivery and that I would have to drive back to get them. I explained that this would be a great inconvenience, but it seemed I had no other option. I added that this situation could have been avoided with more attentiveness. After a long pause, she finally muttered an apology. I then had to drive back in the rain, navigate a crowded parking lot, wait in a long drive-thru queue, and wait another three minutes for the dressing to be prepared. The staff appeared disorganized, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills noticeably absent that day. The male Hispanic attendant, perhaps aware of his mistake, avoided me and pretended to be busy with tasks that were already completed. I was unable to get his name, but I clearly remember his face and will update this complaint if I see him again. This incident could have been entirely avoided had he been focused on his work. While it is understandable that employees may be tired or stressed on New Year's Eve, personal feelings do not excuse incompetence, especially when it inconveniences customers. Additionally, the woman who took my call could have been more apologetic; she seemed resigned and ready to end her shift. This experience was particularly disappointing as I frequent this location regularly, and I hope the company will consider this matter seriously, including appropriate resolution for the inconvenience caused and training staff on good customer service skills. read more

The drive thru took a ridiculous amount of time!!! There was only 3 cars in front of me and I wait over 20min. Very disappointed

Just driving up the the restaurant with my windows up. I could smell the deliciousness of chick fil a's chicken. It smells amazing, it'll make it really hard to avoid going here to eat right after i get out of the gym across the way. I arrived at 3pm and didn't get my order taken until 3:18pm. Though they seem to have more employees outside than they know what to do with. AND they don't want to leave the shaded area to take customers orders when the line is wrapped around the parking lot. After getting my order taken, we are then greeted by another employee who is handing out receipts and asking for the name on the order. Then greeted by another employee also asking for the name on the order. Then finally getting my order at the window at 3:22pm. It wasn't a bad wait, like some were exposing it to be. I just can't wait to eat this food. UPDATE: took at bite of my sandwich and it is spicy. Definitely ordered the regular, it isn't labeled on the receipt but it is labeled on the sandwich packaging. Good thing I'm okay with spicy because some people wouldn't have been. read more

Picked up Chic Fil A via drive thru yesterday and was impressed with the quality of food that the restaurant produced and the consistency of the quality in comparison to other Chic Fil A's. I had the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich combo and the quality of the additional produce that comes on a deluxe item was of the highest quality, the chicken breast was well spices and larger than the bun (which is a plus for me) and the pepper jack cheese tho not evenly distributed on the breast was still delicious. In addition the waffle fries and chocolate shake that came as part of the combo were delicious as well. The one critique I had is it seemed the food was not as warm as it usually is from a chic fil a, even after a 10 minute drive and it is my hope that they are keeping the food well heated prior to bagging it. I definitely look forward to trying this restaurant again,re-evaluating my rating as necessary and dining in and I am grateful that this location is so easily accessible -welcome to the area! read more

Not sure why all the bad reviews? Every time I go everything is well, staff is kind and outgoing. Most of the staff are teens, which is good to see teenagers working especially in this location! The location is nice and clean and the food always tastes good and fresh. I literally come here weekly and my son comes weekly as well with his basketball friends. Love this place! read more

Woah, far better service! Everyone was so nice and I didn't feel like they were rushing me through. The order was all correct too!

Obviously the food was solid as always! Drive through was quick and I like how clean you can always tell the inside is. The best part though was the window attendant Amelia! While we were waiting for the food she was a good conversation, she was making my whole family laugh and she was genuine and was just an overall boost in our mood last night. Worst experience I have ever had at a chic fila hands down. I went through drive thru and there was a gentleman to take my order. I thought no problem gave him my order and paid. I got to the window and my order was completely wrong. Now keep in mind they were not busy. They took ten minutes just to figure out how to retake my order with 7 people standing around and it still came out completely wrong. So disappointing! On top none of the regular staff said my pleasure. I am completely shocked at my experience. I know this is a newer location but it's not that new. My niece, nephew and I came here after her flag football game to enjoy a celebratory win. We were met by Alex who greeted us with a smile and asked for each of our names to begin our order. He was kind and patient when we were having a hard time deciding on what we wanted to eat. The inside was very clean and the service was exceptional. The food came out quickly and the food was nice and hot. As we were eating, a few team members came by to ensure we were satisfied with our meal and ask if we needed anything - a refill, more sauce, etc. We were impressed and would definitely recommend coming in and eating your meal here! I took my son to chick-fil-A all the time because they have the kid playing ground, I always sit one of booths that close to the play ground so I can watch my son through the glass wall while he is playing with other kids, until today he came out the play room with blood all over his face, I couldn't figure out what happened, so I went to the front desk and ask their manger if they had a security camera there, which may help me to figure out what happened... But the store manger was not very nice, she kept telling me it is not their responsibility to watch the kid. I was very frustrated, I never asked them to watch my kid, I also agree that t is my responsibility, I was just curious if they have a camera there, so I can figure out why blood all over his face... The entire experience with the manger feels like she can't wait to kick us out... I always like chick-Fil-A, and believe it is a good company, their cooperate culture is caring and loving, but today's experience changed my mind...what I see is their employee doesn't give a cr*p about customers, they only care about herself. I had an amazing experience at this location today, and it was all thanks to the manager, May. When the 10-year-old I care for placed a mobile order for 6 EXTRA chicken sandwiches by mistake (thinking they were sides of ketchup), I wasn't sure how to handle it or if I should even say anything because it was our fault completely. The order was ready to go at the counter when I noticed the $65 charge on the receipt. However, May went above and beyond to help us out. Instead of leaving us high and dry, she adjusted our order total and made everything right. Her kindness and helpfulness really stood out to us, and we appreciate her willingness to turn an unfortunate situation into a positive experience. Overall, May is a star employee at Chic Fil-A, and they are lucky to have her on their team. We are regulars and order weekly so it meant a lot that she took care of us when she could've easily shrugged her shoulders and said "sorry". We highly recommend this location for anyone looking for the best nuggs, sammies, and topcustomer service! read more

It's Chick-fil-a ... pretty consistent. They have the things you tend to see at any Chick-fil-A restaurants.

What happened to the waffle fries? They are not the same anymore. They are overcooked and gross the past few times.

I went through the drive thru and order the market salad and a few sandwiches and drinks. When I get home, I have a Cobb salad with the wrong dressing, even though the receipt clearly states market salad with the correct dressing. On top of that, my wife decided to just try to eat the Cobb salad and only got through a few bites due to the brown lettuce and felt sick for the rest of the day. There are so many people working in the drive thru that you would think they could get it right. Not only that, bad or expired salads and food should never be a thing here with how much they are charging for them. read more

Went to this location for dinner with a friend and our kiddos. The food was delivered with no mistakes and was delicious. The reason I'm writing this review is to express how kind and generous the staff was. We were having a great time and so engrossed in conversation that we didn't realize it was several minutes past their closing time. No one on staff asked us to leave or let us know they were closing up shop. Instead, when I realized it was after hours, they kindly said not to worry and that we could stay longer because they were still cleaning up anyway. It was so sweet a gesture, but of course we decided to leave asap so they could clean quickly and get home. I just thought it was a great experience to have an interaction with fast food staffers who were kind and continued to display top notch customer service even at the very end of their workday. Horrible service and unfriendly staff! Robert took our order and missed my wife's whole order and then acted like it was my fault when I complained. I got to our table after reordering my wife's dinner to find my order was wrong. I approached Max the "Leader" who was on break and said he could talk to me after his break was over. The whole crew then proceeded to talk about us and laugh from behind the counter. Max finally came over and made excuses as to why the "kids" got it wrong and took no responsibility as the person in charge. Previous bad experiences at this location and thought it was just because it was new but it continues so I will not return! My recommendation is for Mike to have a sit down with his leadership and those in training to ensure they know what it takes to uphold the brand of Chick-fil-A. read more

I ordered on the app for four people. I go through the drive-thru, and receive one giant bag with our whole order in it. It's too packed to look through and I also had my dogs with me so I set it on the ground and go home. Once I arrive, my entire order is in there except my mothers chicken sandwich. I call they give me three options, so I chose to take the credit in my app for a sandwich and they have still yet to take care of this months later even after e-mailing corporate. This Chick fil A is a new location, and the staff is very friendly and nice. What this location lacks is training and better management skills. I went to pick up my food after ordering through the phone app. Ordered at 8pm, arrived on site at 8:15pm. Once at the location, I clicked on "I am here" and gave the young lady at the register my name. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes to get my food. My observations while waiting: way too many staff members in the kitchen area. It would have been ok if they were working efficiently, but they are not. You can clearly see that the staff needs more training and that management needs to be improved big time. The wait was way too long and my fries came out wet. Please take this as constructive criticisms and improve your service. This location is not up to par to other Chick fil A locations. What a shame really! read more
