Worst customer service I think I've experienced EVER. Literally NO ONE looks you in the eye. You'll be waiting 15 minutes just to pick up a door dash order and that's after you've had about 5 employees notice you and not even say a single thing. Then when you get their attention they have a massive attitude that they have to do their job. It's disgusting. This has happened at least seven occasions that I can remember in the past year. Not our first bad experience. We decided to go through the drive through for dinner and the drive through attendant was so rude we told him to give us just a second and within 5 second he said we could come inside to order. Well so as we are ordering he asked what we would like to drink and as I'm asking my husband to remind me if they have coke or Pepsi he keeps asking very rudely over and over what we want to drink. We continue to have hope that this McDonald's will improve, but this time it was beyond bad. The fries were cold and seemed like they were sitting out for a long time. The filet o fish that I had was horrible and the burger my husband had was also horrible. there is something very shady going on at this McDonalds. I do not get my hashbrown(s) with my order on a basis so frequent that I find this has to have a measure of intent behind it. I have experienced this many times regardless of the steps I take to acquire my hashbrown(s). We all know the hashbrowns at McDonalds are a delicious and integral part of the breakfast we order; I sometimes even order an extra hash brown...I'm not a mam of small appetite. I never get that extra hashbrown at the McDonalds in LaFayette. I have resorted to saying "that is an extra hashbrown so that means a total of two, not one, two hashbrowns with this order" a few times and guess who didn't get the extra hashbrown. Guess who paid for an extra hashbrown? This morning a friend picked up breakfast for me. He put in a separate mobile order for him and placed/paid for mine with cash at the window. My order had an extra hashbrown. He was clear about the extra hashbrown when he placed the order I know this because he is tired of hearing me grouse about this and is sure to be clear about it....and it's on the receipt. He gets here and not at all to my surprise there is only one hashbrown to be had among his order and mine. I just got coffee from here, a medium Carmel iced coffee with cream, and it was truly the best coffee I've ever had. I took my first sip and shed a tear. I have never had coffee this good, it's sweet and carmely, but not too overwhelming where you feel like your biting into a candy bar. If you ever get coffee, go here. This was truly life changing. Micky-Gees-Louise Being a mother of three really makes life tough especially since our days are loaded with appointments, pickups, and activities. Having a McDonalds like this is a huge lifesaver. It's convenient location, kids play area, and free wifi with outlets is a sure winner. The two stars I gave this location are for the staff members. It's a total bummer when a business of this caliber just doesn't make the customer satisfaction cut! WHO ARE YOUR OWNERS?? The staff can be a toss up with some kind people that can hold a convo and act like their happy. See, I know how it is to be slammed with work and lack a little in the proud service department. The bloody difference is that I can still keep my cool, be friendly as usual, and be knowledgeable enough in my craft that technical errors are extremely minimal. I've been several times where it was just so inconvenient for them to smile, be compassionate, and even acted pissed when they had to help clean up a spill near the soda station (shooot, I didn't even ask for help). It just sucks because it's apparent that customer service isn't on the top of their training list or isn't any good. Here are a few examples of what I could not stand: I ordered two platters on the breakfast menu and the guy ringing me up just could not for the life of him understand what I wanted. I said, "Can I have two hot cake and sausage platters?" Simple! Long story short, he rang in two hot cake platters and confused the hell out of his coworkers with what he wrote on the order tag. I ended up having to get back in line and pay for two sausages on the side. Which pissed me off a little because it would have been cheaper if he rung it up right the first time. He had the nerve to THINK and BLAME everything on me to his supervisor. "She said..blah blah." First of all, you're not trained properly and you don't know the menu. To top it all off, I was at the drive thru a week later and that same guy forgot to put the straws in the bag. Thanks! I love to drink my iced coffee without the lid. SMH These people just cannot get it together sometimes. I even asked about a menu item once and the lady said she doesn't like it. WOW! Way to boost your sales. This McDonalds is the worst location in the Denver metro area. The workers are rude and do not like to take orders,you will be directed to the kiosks in lobby or the app. If you do place an order it's usually wrong. And this mornings experience was the cherry on top; it is a 24 hour McDonald's, apparently not the case. Put in my order on the app and drove 6 miles to get told they don't open until 530. It's 5 so I wait. 535 rolls around and I attempt the drive thru a second time, only to get told we are not open. When asked why they were still accepting mobile orders and app orders if they were not able to complete them the response was "Don't know not open". I took pictures of order and app screen to prove I was not able to receive the order and time of check in upon arrival to restaurant. read more

Ahhh... The classic clown. Definitely would give this place a fat ZERO if possible but it does have it's charms. While the ball put and characters still exist it's definitely lost its flare. The food quality is as it ever was, frozen not fresh and always freezer burned when it comes to their nuggets. If I could give the Lafayette store less than 1 Star I would. Their Quarter pounder with cheese is supposed to be made with a just cooked hamburger patty. The last 4-5 times I've eaten here my patty was old and cold. It doesn't help to complain nothing is done. If it wasn't in my city making it convenient I would never go back. Disappointing location, which is sad because it's the closest one to me! I like McDonalds because I know it's a place where my allergy suffering family members can safely eat, and it's EVERYWHERE. I usually go only when I develop a craving for the fries or coca cola. I don't know what it is about their coke, but it's usually just the right temperature and flavor. I don't get the same experience from vending machines or even at home, but McDonalds coke is somehow special. EXCEPT AT THIS LOCATION. the staff has always been just fine and have always gotten my order right, and I'm willing to overlook the usually messy floors. My problem is with the watered down sad excuse for a drink that comes out of the soda machines inside the building. I know I'm at the right dispenser, but it comes out coke flavored water. This has happened EVERY time. So very disappointing. Don't they have some external person who comes in and calibrates the machines? What did they do to him? I don't go through drive thrus since I'm too soft spoken and it always turns into a frustrating experience, so I don't know if the coke is any better in the back. I certainly hope so. read more

Every time I go to this restaurant I feel as if I am rolling the dice, honestly it is been months since I got What I paid for. Tonight's dinner was no exception. I spent $19.18 on for hamburgers and a fish sandwich and a medium fry. Every single bun was stale to the point that if it were mine I would have thrown it out. There is no reason for this as there are several employees in the restaurant and it was very slow when I was there. The fries are nothing short of useless, they are warm at best and chewy as if they had been microwaved. I have left several messages on their phone system but not a single person has contacted me back. This place has gone downhill steadily for the past 13 years that I have been going here. I Regret my former review... This McDonald's sucks now. Last time i went here the staff called the person in the drive thru before me a 'puta' loudly... right in front of me. So if you like the people feeding you to hate you, here is an awesome solution. They might as well say 'Bah Da Bah BA BA, Fuck you for eating here'. Its a McDonald's.. so your gonna get standard menu as you would anywhere. or... so you think... ...BUT if you want the special sauce to be 'extra special' go here. I'm sure for how much the current staff (summer 2012) hates you, your sure to enjoy a little something extra each and every time. You know the employees hate you so if there's a chance to get off camera you know your gonna get somethin' special. The girl that took my order was nice but you know the people in the back want you dead. TRY and be overly nice to the staff, you'll be greeted with the ultimate blank expression. I tried, and said all the words that i usually hear at most drive thru's, "Thanks... Have a good one." However i was met with dead silence being handed my bag. I'd avoid this location like aids.
