Impressively horrible. They were so slow and completely messed up our order. They put the bag on the counter but didn't put out the drinks. When we told the girl behind the counter she said oh sorry I wasn't aware but still didn't hand us our drinks. Another employee had to grab them for us. After the girl at the second window came back and I asked for it she flipped me off through the window as I drove away. If you're wondering why you're not making money it's because if the staff is pretending like they're closed and they treat people in that fashion. I don't live here and didn't realize it was a McDonalds that closed so early; but as someone who works in the industry I didn't know you could be an asshole to people who show up before closing time. Worst McDonald's experience ever... I needed a quick bite to eat before arriving to my hotel nearby at a very late hour. I decided to swing by their drive through after I saw that a car was picking up their food at the window, so I knew they were open and operating... But when I pulled up to order, no one answered for several minutes. I finally said "hello?" After another minute or so, I was answered, so I placed my order and assumed maybe they had stepped away for a minute, it's late, so no harm no foul right? However, after I ordered my meal, and get to my hotel, I realize that the fries are like tasteless cardboard! Seriously nothing like typical McDonald's fries with salt! Pretty sure these had maybe a single dash at best... But hey, too much salt isn't good for you anyway, so I tried to overlook it... Started preparing to eat my Big Mac and realize something else is missing... There was a SINGLE PIECE OF LETTUCE AS BIG AS A QUARTER, 4 pickles all stacked on top of each other on one side of the patty... and after a couple of bites I bit into something HARD (maybe a bone?) in the hamburger patty! So I paid for a meal, ended up eating a seriously crappy hamburger and 4 fries... But hey, at least enjoyed my Powerade! One of the worst McDonald's I've been too. The dine in room was filthy, had not been cleaned from breakfast and lunch. There was butter and syrup remains and food all over the floor. The trash cans were overflowing that we couldn't put our trash in. Two workers couldn't figure out how to get them open and when they finally did , trash fell out and covered the floor. no manager seemed to be on duty as staff was busy playing grab ass and VERY LOUDLY using foul language. we ordered to eat in and used table tents. the meals were not brought out on trays but were bagged and wrong order numbers called out. The French fries and hamburgers were cold and stale . My strawberry shake was disgusting , had no flavor and not was not mixed . Only two other customers were inside, tons of drive up which the staff was waiting on and not paying attention to the inside customers. I didn't like ordering at the kiosk , and there was a privacy screen separating customers from the food prep/service area so the staff don't greet you when you come in the restaurant. One worker was waiting to clock out to be "legal". What does this mean? Perhaps he should have been cleaning the restaurant? I will not stop here again. read more

The food was normal McDonald's food. The bathroom was kind of dirty, as well as the floors. Also, their menu showed that they had regular McChickens, so that's what we ordered. Then it came out as a hot and spicy McChicken, and they said that's all they had their menu also said they had strawberry sundaes, which he was so excited for!!! Guess I'm a junk foodie but this is the worst McDonalds I have ever frequented. Orders are rarely accurate so check your order before pulling away. Don't expect fresh food. Saw an employee playing on his phone and eating a nugget in the drive-in before handing out food over through the window. Different time went in the store because the order was wrong and the manager didn't offer any apology for forgetting both fries on a value meal order. She advised that she wasn't the one whom was responsible for the mishap. No accountability and poor management. We live close and love McDonalds but this location needs some real attention. If you have a trailer, RV, or large truck they have a parking area in which you must call to place an order. Upon contacting a person through the given number I was met with a voice "what do you want?" In asking to place an order she rudely stated it would be 10 minutes before they could take the order. I don't make a habit of leaving reviews on franchised fast food joints, but feel the need in this case. This McDonalds has things figured out! It's extremely clean. Early Saturday morning they were scrubbing the sidewalks and the kiddie play land when we walked in. The floors, tables, and windows were clean despite the morning breakfast rush. They weren't under-staffed (a novel concept) and their service was fast, helpful and quite friendly. Definitely one of my best experiences at McD's. If McDonalds as a whole could replicate this particular store, they would be much more successful. read more

Real nice place if you have to stop by the Great Salt Lake. Everyone was very nice, service was quick, the food was McDonald's consistent and the place was super clean. This is the only McDonald's that has continuously not honored or know how to input deals from the App. My order this morning was $10.33 and I used a $2 off an order of $10 or more. The cashier in drive thru scanned it and said it would not work (thinking maybe because of tax). No biggie so I'll just use the free hash brown since I bought a McGriddle. I ordered 3-$1 cheeseburgers that were poorly wrapped by the blonde night shift female named Jaycee or Jesse. She did not even wrap the cheeseburgers. I also ordered a large Vanilla Shake, then was handed a medium. I told the second window that I ordered and paid for a large. She then gave it back to the ice cream machine worker. They constantly forget to give you your entire order when you go through the drive-thru or order off their app. I called and complained the last time they did this and the lady told me I could come back within 30 days and get the item I ordered for "free". I reminded her that it wouldn't, in fact, be for free since I had already paid for it and she said that they could also refund me, as long as I came back and told them who I was.
