Play place here! Good spot to let the kiddos stretch their legs while mom and dad get a break from "ARE WE THERE YET?!" The tables needed a wipe down but there were antibacterial wipes in the play area so no big deal. I'm just happy to get my three kids out of their car seats and fed! read more

You really need a new person on drive thru. Don't know her name but she's old and rude. Makes you feel like shit for making her do her job, and then 100% of the time without fail they miss something in your order or it's cold or WAY too salty. don't go here, stop at the next one or go somewhere else. read more

Really no different than any other Mcdonalds. They were doing construction for a little while so they were taking a while to get orders out. Now that construction is finishing up the order fulfillment time is back to normal. Still kinda slow but whatever not the worst or slowest Mcdonalds that i have been to. Wow. The DIRTIEST McDonalds I've ever been in. Glass doors are all grimy, there's food on the floor, at 8 in the morning the bathroom trash is overflowing and the floor is visibly dirty, and it stinks! It's a nice new building, but yuck. read more

I would like to thank the folks at this McDonald's for their poor execution of a Hamburger. I ordered a Cheese, onion, Hamburger off the Dollar menu and hopped on the freeway on I-80 East. My first bite of the Hamburger I noticed it was missing something what was it missing you ask .....wait for it.... the hamburger!!! I understand when you ask for like no pickle and then they put on the pickle but to forget to put on the Hamburger patty made me insane with McDonald's rage. I would avoid at all cost, the Staff seems to not care much since they are in among the truck stop gas stations. read more

Prices are incredibly higher here than other McDonalds. I'm sure they get away with it because they are right by a freeway exit. However, Del Taco has fresh, fast, high quality food, not far away just down the street. read more

Slowest McDonald's ever tried it three times in three months. Have yet to have warm food or an order right. McDonald's isn't supposed to be great but should at least get mediocre right. Cook at home, it is faster. If they could get a zero I would give them one. read more

One of the income sources for McDonald's along highways is the fact that they generally have clean restrooms. People Polin, use the restroom and more than likely buy something. This McDonald's has decided that it is a good idea to wait until the fall when temperatures start dipping below freezing to renovate the restrooms. No problem if you spend the money and get a restroom trailer that is heated. Not this McDonald's, they contracted for plastic jiffy johns. This McDonald's milkshake machine was out of order, however the soft serve ice cream was working. I asked the manager on duty to simply fill my milkshake cup with chocolate ice cream. She refused. So, what exactly is the economic difference between the soft serve and what comes out of the milkshake machine? This sort of inflexibility only serves to anger customers. Food tastes like cardboard!!!! When I am out I topically go to the Mcdonalds in Tooele and get the spicy McChicken and sweet tea, actually enjoy it, but at this location the food is crap, the drinks taste like the machine is never cleaned (literally like I am drinking a dirty sock). Thought it was a one time thing but the past 3 times I have been there (over the past 6 months because I dont go to McDonalds often) it has been like this, each time getting worse. This McDonalds drive through is a joke! All was well when I pulled in, the line was short for drive thru and it seemed to be moving fairly quick. I pulled up and was immediately greeted by the pleasant robotic voice to place my order, shortly after a young man came on and my order was placed. I waited maybe a minute to pay as there were cars in front of me. All was well. THEN I got to the front window. I was given my over iced drink and the happy meal I had ordered for my son, cheeseburger no onions, got him a gogurt because he likes it better than apples. They handed it out. And then we wait, and wait, and wait. The you g lady leans out and asks me what I'm waiting for. Not kindly. I tell her I'm waiting on a grilled southwest salad and a medium fry. She shuts the window. And we wait. Finally she opens the witndow and asks me to pull forward to wait on my salad, that's fine. She then asks again what kind it was. Really? I pull forward but not into one of the 2 slots because they are already full. We wait about 5 minutes during which time one of the customers waiting finally goes in to get his food leaving in a huff. It's obvious he has been waiting for some time. The car next to it pulls out next after an employee brings out a bag. I pull I to slot 1. The car immediately after me has been waiting this entire time. They get handed a small bag and drink and drive off. 2 maybe 3 cars go by and still I wait. Another car pulls next to me to wait for food. After a few minutes an employee comes out with a bag. It's not a salad bag. She asks if I'm waiting on 2 double cheeseburgers and a fry. Not mine. But really? 2 doubles and a fry? THATS what this guy is waiting on? For a few minutes. That's ridiculous. Especially when I watched an employee leave with 3 in her hand. Yeah. Great job. I wait for several more minutes. Another employee the original girl from the window comes out and asks me AGAIN what I'm waiting for. That's right. This chick has now asked me 3 times what I ordered. Aren't you supposed to be 'holding' those ordered on the screen before you clear them? That's right I've done time on the inside I know how this works. I also know that at this point I've been waiting almost 20 minutes. I know because that stupid new Taylor Swift song has come on twice now. I could not be anymore irritated at this point. A few minutes later I get my food. I'm not going to say thank you. I drive home. Set my food on the table and sit my son down to eat his now cold dinner. Oh look onions. It's a good think those don't irritate your stomach which is why we requested them to not be on there. Scrape. All the sauce and most of the onions gone. I pull out my salad. That's nice they gave me no dressing, or silverware. That's okay I've got some in the fridge. Open salad pour dressing on, take a bite of chicken. It's cold. Wow. I waited over 25 minutes for a salad and the chicken is cold. That means old chicken. Well at least they would give me fresh fries right? Pull those out and take a bite. Also cold. And hard. Stale fries. This is a perfect meal. I'm so glad it goes together so completely as a total disgusting mess of food. Way to go McDonalds. Way. To. Go. read more
