Multiple issues now. Missing food multiple times. Waited for a mobile order in the restaurant for 22 minutes before I finally was helped after asking 3 employees and being ignored. Figured I would try a couple mcflurries, can't mess that up right? Staff is too lazy to even mix those. They seriously put a small scoop of Oreo and a pump of shamrock syrup on the top and the rest was ice cream literally unbelievable. Worst and most rude customer service EVER. My boyfriend went through the drive thru and ordered a Carmel iced coffee (for him) and blended (for me). He got it about 3/4 the way full which obviously we are going to say I'm what this isn't a full medium size?? And they would NOT fill it all the way up. I got out of bed and went back to get a new one because they put no ice in it and was not full. The manager stood and watched while an employee argued with me and I asked for a small cup to pour it in and IT DIDNT EVEN FILL A SMALL CUP FULL. needless to say, I left and went to caribou. I have been to this McDonald's 5 or 6 times and each time something has been wrong. Here are my most recent incidents. I went in the lobby to order food to go and the only redeeming quality was the clerk at the register. She appeared new but was friendly and tried to help. The issue was the time it took for them to get the food out. For a weekend lunch I saw only one cook in back with no help. When the clerk tried to turn around and help get orders out the manager told her to not help and just take orders. The issue is there were no orders to take so the customers and her just stared at each other. Again I like what the clerk tried but the manager was at fault for not reorganizing to get the food out. I went through the drive thru where the speaker was broken so I had to order at the window, no big deal. I pull up to the second window to get my drinks. After a minute or so I was asked to pull to one of the waiting spots. After a couple of minutes of everyone else getting their food a staff member asked what my order was. They went back to check and found that my order was given to someone else and I had to wait for it to be remade. Most recently my family decided to try the new wraps. We ordered a total of 4 and in the end only one of the was the correct one. For the one labeled sweet chili we got ranch and for two labeled chicken bacon we got ranch. It seems the management is aware that they are terrible because they so easily give out free sandwich coupons. In going there I received 4 free sandwich coupons. I wish they would just fix the problem instead of giving away free food. If you want great service and food for fast food the Culver's of Lakeville is where it is at. read more

Drove into drive thru lane at 10:54 behind 2 cars. 2 cars. 6 MINUTES LATER I pull up to the mic and the board switches over to lunch. I asked for breakfast just as the board switched over and I was told nope, no more breakfast. I called the store and aired my frustration with their customer service. 6 minutes-2 cars. Maybe you should take some lessons from ALL your competitors on managing a drive through line. read more

I have stopped at this McDonalds several times with my kids to grab dinner quick and found the experience to be slow. Last week was the final straw. While ordering for myself and 5 other people the (through the drivethrough) the order taker had a very difficult time figuring out how to put the order into their computer. After several minutes of correcting seems to me should be very simple to corrections based on what was showing on the screen the order was complete and accurate. Since there was no food where were going to be eating it was important for the order to correct. At the window I asked them to double check the contents 2 times because of the trouble the order taker seemed to have. They assured me everything was there and that it was correct. When we got settled down with the kids to eat about a 10 minute drive from McDonalds and got everything divied up- there were two cheeseburgers missing. I went without dinner because going back was not an option with the plans for the evening. It wouldn't be a big deal if I simply chose not to eat. When I ask repeatedly for them to double check and it still wrong. That is just unacceptable Bottom line? Don't go to this McDonalds. read more

I've not had any luck with this location. Constantly forgetting items. I had them give me a kid's meal with only fries inside l-nothing else. No burger. Today was my reason for not returning, however. I was in line, got in line right before 8, and then was looking on my phone and didn't scoot up in time. They said "sorry, we're closed". " I begged for leniency as I had just spent 7 hours cleaning our house after moving out for the last 2 days and my kids were starving. We were at a hotel and I needed to feed them. They just ignored me. I was not mean, just crying and asking what I could do if they couldn't help me (I just had to move out with just my oldest son and I as a single mom in a pandemic with everything going wrong because of the protests-so I was easily upset), and nothing. We need a little more compassion in this world. At least an "I'm sorry, this place is open!" I won't ever go back to this location; if they won't help someone clearly in need, what other principles don't they have? I will drive to the one on 35 a mile or so away from now on as I am a new resident to Lakeville as of tomorrow. read more

Horrible. This McDonald's is an example of how McDonald's can go bankrupt. For the past five years they are CONSISTENTLY cheap on their fries and they don't change their oil as often. I know because the mcnuggets are really dark in color. The fries never filled up the container and there is always some weird greasy finger markings on the sandwich's bread. Horrible management and lazy employees. To save this one, fire everyone on staff and hire a new set of employees who understands what the brand is about. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They mess up every order I have ever gotten from them! I'm talking about everything! Kids meals with no toys (imagine a kids disappointment at that), Big Macs that have everything put between the middle and bottom bun (nothing between the top and middle), special orders that have the special order receipt on the box but still just the regular burger, fries that are either stale our over salted. I have complained numerous times to management only to hear them blame it on the "kids" working for them. This has gone on for over a year, it is not an employee issue, it is a management and training issue. I will never go here again. It is definitely worth the extra drive to go to either a different McDonald's or even a different restaurant. read more
