This is a McDonald's I go to when I've lost patience with the one in my neighborhood. Plus, this location was participating in KPop Demon Hunters happy meals, and my local one was not. Sadly, like most all fast food places these days, accuracy and quality control is lacking. My order is rarely correct. They need a third window. That last window where they correct everything that is wrong with the order. Further, too many homeless allowed to just hang around and harass customers for money. They moved the ADA parking as far away as they can just to accommodate online orders (pick ups). Not sure if it was to appease the customers or make it easier for the workers to walk less. The service is always polite and friendly, although not as fast as other units. But the sole reason for only two stars is the young white lady (18/19) at the pick up window had 7 nasty, disgusting hickies all over her neck. I've never had McDonald's before, but I kept hearing about it from satisfied customers, so I decided to check it out last night. I was warned, by my European friends, that McDonald's, although it LOOKS like food, isn't actually food. I ordered seven quarter pounders, eighteen nuggets, two fries and three cokes. Then, I sat down to feast. I have to admit, I was skeptical at first. This stuff didn't SMELL like food, but when I took that first bite......heaven! This is the best food on the planet, bar none. I am not one that goes to McDonald's often. I did go in September and got a meal that was shockingly awful. I ordered a Big Mac meal with extra sauce. Apparently the employee heard no sauce or at least that's what was on my receipt. When I got home I had a Big Mac with a smear of sauce, no cheese, no pickle, no onion, and a burnt bun. The worst meal I think I've ever had. So, I called to let the manager know but was too exhausto return for another meal at the time. The manager took my name, told me that I can come in for a replacement meal and to bring my receipt in when I do. So, today I went in to get my meal. The manager said that it was too long ago, she couldn't remember all of the people that she has talked to and she asked why I hadn't come in sooner. I told her that I don't eat McDonald's that often so this was my first time back. During all of this another employee was standing there listening to the conversation as she worked. When the manager was explaining to me that she's the only manager and she tells all her people (I guess there are a lot) that they have to come in within 2 weeks. I told her that the manager did not tell me that. The other female employee now asks me, with judgement, why did I not come in before? I again said that I don't eat at McDonald's that often. So the manager says that she can only give me the sandwich, not the meal. Why? Is that tule in the manager handbook? Is that a widely known McDonald's rule? No, probably not. These two ladies were just rude. They didn't want to honor the offer that I had gotten previously. I wasn't asking for anything extra, or even different at all. But she said just the sandwich. Incredible. And she's a manager that should be making their mistake right after I paid full price for a shitty meal, which was their fault. So, instead of making a good impression and earning my business back, her and her co-worker have permanently cemented this rudeness in my mind. I left immediately, without a Big Mac and drove to another McDonald's, where I gladly paid full price for the meal that I was going to get (It was the Green Mountain McDonald's). The service was fast, my food was good, and I even got a "Merry Christmas " from the employee at the cash window. This is my permanent McDonald's. I will never again go back to that hood McDonald's on Wadsworth and Jewel. They should be ashamed. read more

The website says they close at midnight. Google and yelp say they close at midnight. I pulled up at 10:58 and watched the lights go out. Waited. Waited.
