This is a spacious, relatively new store with easy access from Wadsworth Boulevard going south. There's a large parking lot and a drive through window. There's also a nice patio with ten tables, mostly shaded. The interior has three sets of four comfy, cushioned chairs, two counter seats, and nine tables for two dozen people. Merchandise and food items are well-stocked. The staff is efficient. It is a bit noisy with a rectangular profile and lots of hard surfaces, but this is a nice location. read more

Terrible customer service. Screwed up our order three times and then messed up taking rewards and said we had to get out of the drive-through in order to go inside to get it fixed. Lost customers, terrible terrible terrible. Extremely disappointed. read more

This is usually my favorite Starbucks but they tend to sometimes leave space in your cup. Like about 2 inches of space that should be coffee/drink. The music is WAY too loud. It's not suppose to be a night club. Usually it's packed so it's bearable but on an empty morning where you are the only one there, it's basically damaging my ears at over 85+ decibels. I understand "if it's too loud, then I'm too old" but it's a coffee shop. Let it be relaxing, let it be welcoming to conversation, let it be a place I can sit for more than 10 minutes. read more

I stopped into this Starbucks this past week for some coffee and to kill some time...this was a larger location with tons of different kind of seating with plenty of gathering spots. The staff was super nice and even asked how my day was going and if I had any plans. I mention this because isn't typical. Inside was also well kept and very clean. I ordered my coffee, used the restroom which was also very clean and enjoyed my beverage while catching up on some emails. Overall a great experience and you can tell by the crowd it was a great gathering spot for the locals in the area. I would for sure be back. read more

I have gone to the Starbucks a few times off and on sporadically and every time I go, at any time of day, the baristas are always incredibly friendly. They greet people with big smiles and show genuine interest in the well-being of their patrons. If you are driving down Wadsworth and would like to stop somewhere for great service, I highly recommend this Starbucks. read more

Super brief review as I'm not a serious coffee drinker, but walked in today to meet a coworker, actually sit down to connect and enjoy a happy hour craft cocktail - SO NICE. We are in the midst of a pandemic and may be rolling back some of our freedoms as COVID cases continue to increase. That said, this is one of the few Starbucks whose inside seating area is truly open (for now). I didn't snap a pic but the majority of their comfy seating areas were put away. The remaining seating options are socially distanced and def 6 feet apart. Masks are required inside (except when sipping your yummy beverage). I enjoyed a craft cocktail, Iced Golden Ginger, with a heavy focus on ginger and smooth coconut milk. It was amazing. I felt human today. It was so nice. The staff were friendly, masked up as well and happy to have customers inside with them - socially distanced, of course. I felt great about being inside and enjoyed a quiet afternoon. I have been going to this Starbucks for years. Usually the service has been great but recently it has been lacking. There were several instances including the barista taking the order wrong and not reading the order back followed by overcharging. The barista on this occasion was also very rude and interrupted me while i was confirming the payment. Although this barista was bad, i have had good experiences here too. Jimmy and Susan are some of my favorite baristas because they are so professional and friendly. This is the kind of attitude that should be had. I'm not sure why this relatively new location was flagged as permanently closed. My best guess is that they had two business listings and both of them had been flagged as duplicates. That said, this location meets most of what you would want in a coffee place. It has a drive-thru (a very loooonnnngg one). It is located on the right side of the road for the bulk of morning commuters. They tend to get the drinks made quickly. There is a goodly (if not overabundant) amount of parking, although most of it is not immediately adjacent. The interior is nice, and the staff are friendly. Pricing and selection are standard for Starbucks. read more

Went through the drive thru on this freezing day (only 8 degrees) to get a hot chocolate and coffee mocha. Service was good but one cup was half full and my wife's cup wasn't full either. I get having whipped cream but this was ridiculous. read more

ANOTHER FANTASTIC CO STARBUCKS!!!!! This review is a repeat because this Starbucks was great for all the same reasons I like the other CO Starbucks I've been to. Bottom line: GREAT Starbucks to meet someone at and/or work. It's spacious, there's plenty of seating, the wifi works great, the music isn't too loud, and the service is quite good. They're slow here and don't communicate well with each other - resulting in bad service that affects customers and employee moral. Disaster Starbucks. Can't put names on cups, out of ingredients to make Berry Hibiscus, out of toilet paper in restrooms, out of napkins in napkin dispensers. Also you need to double check your order. Many items were made incorrectly like making a mocha instead of white chocolate mocha, and making drinks hot when specified iced. It really pains me to leave this review. I come here once or twice a week. Sometimes it's really great friendly service, and they make things right if there's issues with things out of stock. Other times, they will be out of something and just not make it or do anything, so I show up to not find my mobile order, wait 15 minutes trying to get someone's attention, only for them to finally tell me it's out of stock. Or they'll make my item completely wrong and pretend I won't notice. Today they were empty inside and going slow, and they were literally pretending they didn't see me standing there trying to get their attention for 15 min. Once u finally did they ended to just forgetting to make one of the items in my order. But I had to wait so long to get to that point. This stuff keeps happening more frequently and worse. I love this Starbucks. I'm usually lowkey a coffee snob after years as a barista at a roasting company, but I LOVE this Starbucks. The coffee and food is exactly what you'd expect of a Starbucks but the SERVICE they're always so nice and helpful. I see some of these negative reviews saying things like they take forever but I mean, if you're going at the time everyone goes to work obviously they take forever? You try making 32 lattes in 10 minutes, KEVIN. Also saw someone upset that they run out of stock? Weird. You know what that means? It's a popular location and they run out of stuff. There's literally another Starbucks like 1-2 miles down the road if it's that deep just drive 3 minutes to the next one. Anyway the atmosphere is great and the people are great and they happily deal with my randomly specific orders for my boss and me. Love these sweet beans who work here. Very poor customer service today. Every time I used stars for my free drink, I have always been asked if I wanted to use it EXCEPT today. And then it was MY FAULT for not saying I wanted to use them for the drink. Talk about BAD customer service. Not only was it my fault, but when they went to correct it, the girl at the window took out for the food as well, which she was not supposed to do, nor did I authorize her to do so. The inside of this Starbucks is amazing and a great place to study. That being said, the baristas have not yet gotten my order right. Usually I customize my order with something simple, like extra salt topping, or 2 extra pumps of syrup. It's great if you don't want a customized order. read more

This one at 10th and Wadsworth is about the rudest place I think I've ever been. It was Christmas day, and we were driving down Wadsworth and thought, "Wow! There's a Starbucks open! Let's get a cup"! The huge sign sitting out front boasts: "Open Christmas day". We pull in (in front of the huge plate glass windows) into the handicap spot and we can see 3 employees working behind the counter... cool! My disabled brother gets out of the car with his cane, and starts to go to the door. Lo and behold, a woman inside rushes to the front-door and LOCKS it, turns and rushes over to the side door and does the same thing to that door! We were in total disbelief. It was like.... Are we being "punked"? We are visible aren't we?" Then we saw cars come out of the drive through, so we thought ok, lets go that way..... We get to the order-speaker and a loud voice announces, "WE'RE CLOSED"..... I understand not wanting to work on Christmas, but when you put out a sign that says you are open, maybe you should have the time you close on it, or.... here's a thought... take the sign DOWN instead of displaying open rudeness and treating people like they're throw-away trash. OR get out of the customer-service industry! The good news is that there was one right down the street at 92 Wadsworth that was open, packed, and happy to see us. read more

Hands down best Starbucks I've ever been to. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go sit at this Starbucks. Amazing experience every single time. The entire team is genuine, kind, and welcoming. They are doing a great job and really stand out and deserve to be recognized. I've never written a yelp but felt so compelled to because of this great staff and location.
