Ordered at the electric Kiosk and I'm still waiting 25 minutes later. They staff just ignores you. Pretend you aren't here. There are lots of people waiting. Go to the window. They seem to making their food. They must be more afraid of getting honked at rather than the angry hoard gathering. Edit- the order was wrong and it was just poorly made. The reason might be because no one spoke English. That isn't a racist comment but it's hard to provide customer service if you can't communicate. Just an observation. read more

I went to Mcdonald's on my five hour trip and it sucked. They were so unsanitary their hair was in a loose ponytail and the lady had such long hair that it should've been in a braid but it was not, she also wasn't wearing a hat. They forgot all of our sauces, my son ordered an extra fry with his kids meal and didn't even get it, you pay extra for an extra fry. They basically told him he's too fat for it and he deserved apple slices instead of fries. The lady forgot the caramel frappe and when i told her she made an excuse about it being hard to see at the top of the list instead of taking accountability and apologizing. Took a while before our order came out about four people standing there waiting for their order when I asked for extra sauce, the manager rolled her eyes they placed my order on the counter with three drinks when I asked for a cupholder the employee just tossed them on the counter. When traveling on the interstate this spot is convenient. Plenty of parking with convenient RV access as well. The dining room is clean with the contemporary vibe. A nice point about this McDonald's restaurant is the servers bring your meal to you at your table after you place your order at the counter. Representation and Situational Awareness!!!!! This is the worst service I have had in awhile. It started when we walked in and all these people were standing around to the back of the lobby. To our surprise everyone had ordered and the Customer Rep/cashier didn't say anything as we walked in and stood there looking at him, "Welcome to McDONALDS, how can I help you?", would have been nice. Then as we ordered I had to lean forward a few times to hear him talk while he stood with one hand in his pocket. All but one table, for two, in the place had used food on them and we had to clean one for the three of us to sit. We got our order to stay and as the young man brought our food, he said, "Here's your food!", dropped the tray on the table and walked away as I asked if he wanted his table number back, NO reply. I went to get the kids some ketchup and to my surprise both of the dispensers were empty. A young man was cleaning the soda/ketchup area and I told him that both were empty and he said he would let someone know, as he kept cleaning. I told him I would get my own I went to the front counter and stood for 6 minutes as three employees with trays, two were managers, and one with outside food, went rushing by. I asked all of them if I could get some ketchup packs and finally had to step in someone's way to get someone to acknowledge me. All of your employees need to be more Situational Awareness and they need to smile as they work. No one wants to walk into a place and everyone looks so pissed off and angry at work. When you're craving some greasy fast food in a pinch sometimes you have no other choice but McDonalds.... it is what it is. The drive through service was somewhat slow for this location but overall decent service. The staff was friendly and they included napkins and condiments in the to-go bag without asking. The bathrooms and rest of the facility were clean, and the location next to the interstate couldn't be better. We ordered door dash food and unfortunately did not get our drinks. Door Dash offered us money so we re ordered our drinks. Manager on the night of 3/12/22 called and said the drinks were forgotten and he'd offer me a whole meal. Wasn't to excited about a full meal since I already had my drink but then I asked about a Oreo McFlurry and did me one better with the limited time mint McFlurry. For me this is the worst McDonalds in America, hands down. Every time we stop here because someone wanted to settle for Mickey D's this place finds new ways to annoy or just flat out muck up the food. Every single time without fail too. It can be asking for ketchup for fries twice and not getting any. Or it can be a breakfast sausage burrito that was, well I can't say it was even edible as I spit it out. And how in the world can you mess up a Big Mac if you're a McDonald's? They've done it 4 different ways including forgetting the middle bun, and yes, no special sauce. Yes, it's right off I-80. Yes you may be really, really hungry. Trust me on this, get back on I-80 and go back to the restaurant at the Petro Truck Stop. That truck stop food will be like a 4 star dining experience compared to what this McDonalds tries to stick you with. One BLEECH! Star only because Yelp says I have to leave them something besides an unedible burrito in the parking lot. Oh and one last thing, if you're in a hurry to grab anything before WYDOT closes the gates on the Interstate during a snowstorm, DO NOT STOP HERE. They redefine SLOW SERVICE. Yes the food is unhealthy fast food but it is right off of I-80 and on my way home so it is a good place to go to grab something quick and then I can promptly go to a nearby park and eat and let the dog run a bit so all in all this restaurant gets the job done. read more

We dropped by this McDonalds on our way across the country. The interior is newly renovated and the restrooms are actually pretty classy (which is why it gets two starts). There is no organization to the lines so everyone bunches up and it ended up that lots of people who came after us got serviced first because of the bunching and line jumping. It was very very crowded, and it seemed like everyone was dropping in for some McDonalds for lunch. The wait was not too bad, considering the number of people, but the food was kind of blah, and I got sick the next day. Also, considering the fact that this was fast food, it was pretty pricy, all together our meal came to over thirty dollars and we didn't order that much! read more

This is perhaps the worst McDonald's EVER! The Men's restroom hadn't seen any staff for several hours (it was 5:30 p.m. 7/23/17 and halfway busy). The staff was struggling to keep up. I caught the manager as he zipped by me and told him that the bathroom was the most disgusting one I had seen - he hesitated, but didn't even stop and acknowledge my comment. My wife said that that there were flies all over one toilet and trash was over flowing from all trash bins. The manager was back behind the counter grabbing another order joking with another staff member. Clearly this manager still wants to be one of the "gang". They were severely understaffed - there was a backlog of snarling customers when I walked in. There were "help wanted" signs on the tables offering $7.25 an hour. Who would live and work in Wyoming for $7.25 an hour? This McDonald's may be unsustainable. read more
