A message to the owners Mike & Samantha Kiel. We just had the best experience in the drive through. A young man took our mildly complicated order with such ease. Repeated it back to us with no problem. Helped us make adjustments at the window prior to paying, all with a big smile on his face and extremely polite. At the next window we were greeted by another wonderful employee, our food was already ready and as she handed each item to us she repeated what each bag contained. We haven't even tried the food yet, but when you have great service and people that work for you that kind of brighten your day it makes your business that much better. Unfortunately we didn't catch any names but the young man wore a striped shirt and had a mustache. The lady had sparkly kind of makeup. It was 8am on 12/14/24. This location is absolutely amazing! The staff here is very efficient with taking orders and handing out orders. The person taking my order, I believe was Erick, did an amazing job. The person named Eduardo did an amazing job with handing me my food and ensuring that everything was correct before I left. Not only that, but the manager on the floor at that was very hands on with his team and that's amazing coming from someone who works in the food industry! The one thing I would say though is this location needs to have more security due to the fact that a lot of homeless people knocking on people's windows as they wait to order and making a mess of this wonderful establishment. It's a huge security risk for both the customers and the workers. read more

Burned greasy fries tasted like they were fried in old oil. Refills were only availability by request at the front counter, which was not staffed for minutes at a time. At least four different times/ visits, we have paid for fries but did not receive them! The most recent visit was this past sunday (1/10/21). We ordered through the drive-thru, a clerk was taking orders, and maybe there was some confusion at the window. We didn't realize it was missing until we were home. Hubby kept calling but the line was busy. After about five to ten minutes of trying, he stopped. It's convenient, sure, but when the order keeps missing something, it gets to be annoying. Not to mention, expensive, in the long run. Paying for something but not getting it! Check your order before you leave the restaurant. My favorite item here is still the filet-o-fish. My wife went in this morning 1/9/25 8:08 a.m. and ordered (2) sausage Mc Muffins with Egg. She brought it home and we started to eat and CRUNCH, I spit it out and EGG SHELLS. I'm detoxing off 12 years of heavy weed smoke right, so my stomach has been in knots when I have to eat. IF YOU DOORDASH AVOID!! This location was one of my worst experiences with door dash delivering I have ever experienced. I was at the drive thru (it was late so inside was closed) and I got to the speaker and said that I had a door dash order for someone. I gave them the name and the lady (her name was Rosa) said that they didn't have the order. I asked her to please check again and I read the order out loud to her which was a "Big Mac pack with 2 sweet and sour and 1 hot mustard". She said again that they didn't have the order and that they have about 7 door dashes. I read it about 3 more times because she was not understanding and kept saying single Big Mac but it was not a single big Mac and I kept trying to tell her that but she didn't want to hear it. At this point I was extremely frustrated and told her I am just going to come to the window so she can see the order her self on my phone because maybe that would clear up any confusion. While I was waiting, I contacted door dash support and went through a series of options and door dash said that the store had confirmed the order but to just re order it if they don't have it. So that is what I told them at the window. I repeated the order several times and then Rosa came back out and immediately started saying that they didn't have it. So I told her again "ok I contacted door dash support and they said to order it separate and that it is all ready payed for through them". She still was trying to talk over me the whole time and so I repeated the order one last time and she pointed to the order worker and said that it's right there. So they had my order the whole entire time. Then she started yelling at me saying that it's called a "Big Mac bundle" not a Big Mac pack. I showed her my screen and said ok it tells me it's a Big Mac pack and how am I suppose to know that it's called something different. I would like to also add that how many Big Mac "bundles" with 2 sweet and sour and 1 spicy mustard could there be at 1:40 am.. this whole situation could have easily been avoided if Rosa (who I also think was a manager) listed to what the order was. Instead she chose to be extremely rude from the beginning for no apparent reason even though I remained calm and understanding through this whole situation. I know this is just a McDonald's but this was really unacceptable. Apologies for the extremely long review. Again if you are a door dash driver, try to avoid getting orders from this location!! read more
