Shows how many years I been a customer from California and currently Nevada) My favorite hot dog is the Chicago style with the spicy peppers and today's order was delicious. "The sadness " Recent advertising from Pastrami on the menu looked good. I chose the Chili fries with Pastrami...box had a skimpy amount of fries, a splash of chili and hardly any Pastrami Why does the food pictured not even come close to what you receive? There is a tip bucket at the drive thru window and I regret tipping anything when treated poorly as far as my food is concerned. I guess just thankful for the prompt service? They have the best ones and in a monster size. they also just added meatball subs to their menu so I had to try one even though I was just there for my float. Meatballs were just okay. They have the best corndogs because they are made fresh. You can tell. These are not your microwaved corndogs or your soggy, left under a heating lamp corndogs. These corndogs are made to order. Their fries are really good too. I've recently tried their jalapeño poppers and I like them too. The only thing I can't vouch for it their lemonades. Those things are not good. We were on a trip on Easter and they were open, the guy who served us was so amazingly nice, even wished us a Happy Easter! We have eaten at many DW's in our lifetimes but this one by far was the best! Horrible. Drive thru takes forever with only one other car in front of me. Guy at the drive thru changes me for a some else's order so he had to reverse the charge. Seriously, if there was a Wienerschnitzel close to home, I probably would knock 2 stars from my rating. Seriously, their chili dogs are barely adequate as daily fare but when I can only enjoy "junk food" when I'm on the mainland, the ratings go way up. 5 chili dogs for $6 is an insane bargain (by Hawaii standards, at least). The hot dog is tasty but small - not like the gigantic ones available elsewhere in Vegas. The chili tastes a little better than canned chili but definitely wouldn't win any cook-offs.
