A Tuesday afternoon at approximately 1:53 PM. I came to McDonald's and this store is always very busy. I wish that they would hire more employees during peak time. The last time I was here, the employees were running like their heads were cut off. And sadly, my fish sandwich tasted like the cooking oil needed to be changed. This time everything I ordered, which was the new Mac Arch and a large french fry. It took a while to be served, but like I said they were pretty busy. I would not have waited so long, but I had some codes I needed help with for my order. My food was fresh and my fries were extremely hot and well salted, so I was satisfied. If I can learn how to put in promo codes at the kiosk or in my app, I won't feel the need to disrupt the busy employees with my order. I'm a fan of the hot honey crispy sandwich. I was so glad to see that they added something new to the menu. Not only do they provide you with a hot honey chicken, but they top it off with shredded lettuce and something called jalapeno crisps. I had to look up the jalapeno crisps just to make sure I wanted them on my sandwich. They were absolutely delicious. Like jalapeno potato chips. I'm lovin' it! Every once in a while McDonald's got some good happy meal toys and new foods and McFlurrys. They've got S'mores McFlurry currently. My favorite obsession right now is the Happy Meal Lil Mcodnald's toys. They're so cute and tiny! I probably won't be able to get all 21 toys but I will try by end of July '25. This location has two drive through lanes and is super quick. It's right next to the gas station. Download the app to rack up points and coupons. Everyone admires and adores Elan! Elan at McDonald's is absolutely wonderful. He confirmed my order with care, greeted me with a genuine smile, and even complimented my personality. He patiently walked me through how to use the deals and coupon codes in the app, which can be a little slow sometimes, and made the whole process easy. He leaned out the window so nicely to take my card. He is so diligent, welcoming, and meticulous, and I truly think everyone should be more like him. Elan deserves a raise asap! read more

I always order the same thing -- a double cheeseburger with no pickles -- and I usually stop at this location when heading to IKEA. In the past, my experience has been fine. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. At the payment window, there was no greeting or acknowledgment -- just the card reader pushed toward me. And this was done by an extremely heavy white young man, obviously clearly a gay gentleman and again I have no problem with any gay people. I have a problem with the disregard of customer service and rude and disrespect, Then, at the pickup window, I was handed a sweet tea even though my receipt clearly showed unsweetened tea. When I politely pointed this out, the employee became defensive and rude, making comments completely unnecessary to the situation. The tone and attitude were unprofessional and disrespectful. After waiting an additional eight minutes, I received my order and asked for a straw, which was thrown into my car rather than handed to me. When I checked the bag, the sandwich had pickles all over it -- the one specific change I asked for. So I had to go through the drive-thru again. The second time around, the attitude continued. The bag was dropped into my hand with no confirmation or apology, and when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told none were available because they were all in the back cooking. I completely understand staffing challenges and busy shifts, but basic respect and attention to the order should still be standard. This visit felt negligent, dismissive, and not reflective of the customer service that McDonald's promotes. I will be reaching out to corporate because experiences like this should be addressed. I truly hope this location can improve, because it's convenient -- but based on this visit, I cannot recommend it at this time. Unless you like to be talked to and treat it like your dollar that comes into a multimillion dollar excuse me multibillion-dollar company means nothing to anybody. The staff should not be this disrespectful and rude. They have signs posted at the drive-through windows that say being rude cursing at the employees will not be tolerated. Your order will be canceled. Well what about when they're that way to the customer I do not recommend this location definitely not. Why is there never any ice in our drinks, ask for extra and U have watered down ice cubes in their watered down sodas with their ice cold fries and cold food, fries colder than the drinks. The inside is clean and the exterior has a sleek and modern design. As an added convenience, this McDonald's is connected to a Terribles gas station. This is the best McDonald's I have been to. My boyfriend and I stopped in for a quick snack, and we were not disappointed. I couldn't get the app to work on my phone ahead of time, so I used one of the four self kiosks inside instead. It was simple to use. After ordering, we sat down in front of the fish tank, which we were both surprised to see. Our order took several minutes to come out due to us ordering cookies, but we were entranced by the fish so it was ok. Our fries, smoothies, and cookies all tasted delightful. I went for a hike/walk at the Henderosn Bird Viewing Preserve. When I'm out early, I generally stop at McDonald's for an Egg McMuffin. As I was about the leave the Preserve, I got the handy McD's app on my phone, chose this location because it was on my way home and would be easy off and back on the 215. I placed my order and left the Preserve. When I arrived, I checked in but there was no eat in selection so I opted for curbside delivery and listed my spot as zero which doesn't exist. I then walked into the store and explained what I did to the woman taking orders. She immediately checked and saw the order, got it ready and handed it to me so I could eat inside. I took a seat near the window along the drive through side. It was a standard egg McMuffin, something I like. A large orange juice along with thge McMuffin completed this quick breakfast. This McDonald's is attached to a Chevron station. When leaving, I drove through the front of the station so I could exit on Sunset so as to get back on the 215. I did notice that there were two lines at the drive through. I'm glad that I'm not a drive through kind of person. This was a good stop. I was here about 10 minutes and it is easy in and out for me. Some of my orders were missing so I went in the next day to pick it up. 12:30pm. There is like 7 workers/people standing around, and them ignoring guest, that's seems very professional. So I go in today to get my missing order that they forgot to put in my bag through the drive-thru, to be honest for inconvenience for me to come back to get my order they should give me something to compensate like a drink atleast!!! Good morning staff is absolutely awesome. The gas station parking lot is kind of crazy, but the McDonald's takes care of you. One thing I have noticed though for what you pay at McDonald's you can go to a fancy restaurant basically for the same price two meals at McDonald's or just around 25 bucks and in Vegas for 25 bucks you can get really good food. Ordered through the mobile app and picked food up in the drive-thru. Had to turn around after getting several blocks away due to an incomplete order that was on the receipt as being paid for. So here I am in the lobby waiting for my order to hopefully be correct this time. Lesson learned to double check the order before leaving the restaurant. Ordered through my app for counter service. Two burgers in the order had the special tag on top. The tag was correct but the burgers were not. Very annoying. The cook in the back acted like I was wrong until hey showed them the slip on top of the burgers. He then made them look up the order and realized he was wrong. You can definitely go through the drive thru, but this is the absolute WORST location to order head at. I've ordered ahead at this location, and both times I've had such a difficult time retrieving my order (that I already had paid and received confirmation for) because their staff didn't want to give it to me. This time, I ordered ahead through the McDonald's app and sent my brother to go get the order. I screenshotted the confirmation and sent it to him so it'd be easy for him to pick up but I was completely wrong! The old, Hispanic lady (I later found out this was the manager) took one look at the confirmation and told him it was invalid (my brother said that my order was already sitting on the counter behind her). I ended up calling the location to see if I could personally speak to her to give my order to my brother, but she said "the confirmation is invalid, thank you and have a good night" and hung up on me! I ended up driving all the way down to this location, where I was treated extremely poorly. My confirmation was coming from the app and she was still saying it was invalid, even though the money came out of my bank account already. After she said our confirmation was invalid, she would turn around and ignore us and serve other guests. We ended up scanning our code on the kiosk to prove to her that our code was valid, to which we were still getting push back. But the kiosk was saying that our order was ready an hour ago. An HOUR ago. After a few back and forth exchanges another worker ended up giving us our hour old order, with no compensation for the time wasted and the two vehicles driving it took us driving to this location to get it. She hid behind the counter because she knew she was wrong. I really don't understand the reason for this type of treatment, we were cordial and polite but were repaid with such rude behavior. There was no effort on the employees end to resolve the situation at all, we had to figure it out all ourselves. This is already the second time I've had a problem with this lady. You use to be able to say "you get what you pay for" but that's not even the case anymore. McDonald's has hiked their prices up so much that now you are paying pretty much the price of going out, and yet I still get apathetic, lazy, and flat out just dumb employees. The food (when I eventually received it) was fine. The pickup process was chaos and extremely poor. Bad staffing choices on a day with a special $1 Egg McMuffin promotion going on (particularly with egg prices what they are today). The problem is: this location's drive-thru orders are handled poorly on a regular basis. This one event was the worst I have experienced, but other visits over the past few months have been very poor as well: long delays/waits for orders taken, waiting to pay, and waiting for food hand-offs. I was on a 30 minute lunch break and I order before hand because of the limited time a had and when I enter the restaurant no one greeted me or asked me if I needed help. Me and another lady were just standing there waiting for 15 minutes. I had to wave down a person twice and the second time this Filipino guy in black said I'll work on that right now and slowly stacked the adult happy meal boxes on top of each other just took his sweet time.
