If I could give this location less than 1 star I would. The service sucks. This morning I ordered 2 egg McMuffins and two hash browns. When I pulled up to the window to receive my food there was only 1 sandwich not two. Told the guy at the window. He asked what did I order and I told him. He gave me a sandwich and ai pulled away. I get to a light and opened it up and it was a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle. I wasn't going back to sit in the long line for another screw up so I opened the other sandwich and the same thing. Is it really that difficult? It's on the receipt and on the screen that they study to get you your order. Just a poor location. Poor ownership. The only reason this location has one star is because you're not able to give 0 stars. I placed an order on the mobile app (prepaid for the order) and when I got there, nobody was answering at the speaker for 10 minutes. Multiple people drove off. Since I already paid for my food, I drove to the first window and tapped on the glass to ask what was going on. A woman came to the window and without opening it, she waved me away with her hand. I tapped on the glass again, and a man came to the window and said he didn't speak English. The same woman who tried to wave me off before came back over and said the manager and front staff didn't show up. I said if they're not serving anyone, I would like a refund. She said I had to come back when the manager was there and I asked when that would be and she said she just shrugged. She said I would just have to come back and try again (?) I said that doesn't work for my schedule or probably anybody else's, and I once again requested a refund and she said "that's not my problem." I'm always very polite all retail and food workers, as I've done both jobs. That being said, this specific location needs to fire that woman at the very least and retrain the rest of the staff on how to handle customer service properly. I'm guessing they lost quite a few customers that day from their lack of proper planning and ability to communicate. read more

Chaotic and dangerous I was shopping at the local Home Depot and when I finished up I l stopped at this McDonald's for something to eat about 9 o'clock in the evening. There was a long drive-through line so I went inside to order. Inside was a chaotic scene of unruly teenagers and employees The few customers that were inside were obviously concerned and frightened about the lack of manners and civility of both the other customers and the employees. this was a terrible experience. The washrooms had hoses outside of them and a completely wet floor with wet toilet paper and things unscrewed. It was unsafe. The kiosks were not working, the receipt was , it took over 12 minutes to get a small fry, a medium fry and a large drink. Staff was very annoyed when I asked for a receipt.. I heard one of the staff members said that that's unsanitary. The drink area was full of trash and had a half filled drink. This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. read more

I hardly ever eat fast food, but needed some caffeine and salt to try and head off a migraine after a long Vet appointment as I sadly did not have my medication with me and had an hours drive back home. I ordered a coke and fries. I was given cold, mostly unsalted fries in a paper pouch, not a stiff cardboard container like at most locations and a drink with a paper straw that collapsed after a few sips. Not an ideal situation in any stretch of the imagination. Not sure why this location uses these products, but not good for eating or drinking on the go. Waited 35 minutes in drive thru. Only 6 cars in front of us at 4 10 pm. After waiting 35 minutes, myself and 3 other cars left the drive thru. The 2 remaining cars at the order box weren't being taken care of....because there was due to a guy power washing the the lanes in the drive thru. After a 35 minute wait for the drive thru...we went inside to order. First using the automatic ordering system. Only to find out it didn't work once the order was input. 15 more minutes wasted on this inconvenience. Went to window, waited another 10 minutes for someone to take our order only to find they were out of tortillas so we couldn't get the highly advertised chicken wraps ....ordered fish sandwiches and fries and soda instead. Order rec'd 10 minutes later only to be incorrect! When we sat down to eat after waiting and dealing with such incompetent management and staff, our food was ice cold. I truly mean ice cold fries and very luke warm sandwiches. At that point we left no eating the food because no one would come to the counter to return the food for hotter items. This has got be be the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. Why is this franchise still in business? I would be ashamed and embarrassed if I was an owner of a McDonald's franchise. Ps....place was absolutely dirty. From counters to floors to tables and self service area for beverages. This management should be ashamed of their business practices. This had to be the worst McDonald's food that I've ever eaten. I was excited to try the new crispy chicken sandwich, and was hoping for a McFlurry. Unhappily, now they only have one size: regular, and it's 550 cal! They used to have a small which was about half that size and just perfect. so I decided to forgo the McFlurry and get a crispy chicken meal with fries instead because the fries were only 220 cal. Well not only was the crispy chicken not crispy, it was not good and the fries were not good: even the Diet Coke was not good! It was overly carbonated and no flavor. I don't think that there's much chance that I have Covid, because I'm fully vaccinated, so I have to say that the food was just bad. And the service wasn't great either. read more

The restaurant was not busy when we stopped, we went inside - it was clean except for the pile of cup lids on the self serve counter. Our order was fast, it was right. And then there's the wait for the food which isn't trivial either. Let's talk about Latham McDonald's. They are the worst McDonald's in upstate NY. I had once too many encounters with them serving food. 1 they are the slowest ever I had to wait 15 minutes for a large fountain drink. 2. I ordered a sausage mcgriddle and upon arriving back to work there was no sausage. 3 I ordered 2 apple pies and instead got 2 pumpkin pies...yuk...4 today I ordered two steak and cheese bagel and got 2 bacon n cheese on a bagel. Walked in the door and immediately smelt like a sewer system ruptured and nobody did anything about it. Service was terrible everyone was rude. Service was slow I ordered and waited almost a half hour inside to get my food while everyone that ordered after me was getting food. Then asked a worker about my food and this worker snatched my receipt very aggressively with an attitude. Not to mention to top it all off they messed up my order and forgot some of my items. 5am wake up call...6am team meeting...hotel starts serving breakfast at 7am...what to do?!? Yep, Egg McMuffins at McDonald's. Walked in the door around 5:30am and I clearly shocked the woman running the front...after two minutes (yes two full minutes) of standing there I cleared my throat, she turned and saw me and quickly put her phone in her pocket. Ordered two number ones and two other sandwiches to go. I love the Egg McMuffin - only 300 calories and a great protein bump for breakfast. Took longer than I would normally expect when there wasn't anyone else in the place or at the drive thru. Unfortunately when I got back to the hotel I saw that the English muffins were all slightly burned. I'm sorry, this just shouldn't happen. Could also have done with a little less early morning grumpiness. I know you're tired...so was I. Well fuck me, I went back on my word about buying from this place again. My son wanted a happy meal and I just happened to be finishing up at home depot so lets give it a shot, it's only been five months since I said I will never go there again. Well the line was crazy long. There was no one in the building, it was all drive through customer. You would figure hey something simple so they cant fuck it up. So nuggets all around. My son got his happy meal, the toy was from space jam 2. I got my 10 piece and fries. As soon as we got home I toss everything on some paper plates for quick clean up and it was a good thing I did. There is some issue every time I come here. If it wasn't miles closer than the other one to me I wouldn't even consider it again. The customer service is so inconsistent you have no idea if you'll get someone nice or someone yelling at you or talking down to you. I've gone to this location tons of times and never not had a slow wait time (incidents with 35-40 minutes prior to this sitting inside). Also, it is one of the only Mcdonalds who can't figure out how to turn off icecream orders when the machine is down. So you can sit in like 15-20 minutes while there are 6 cars total and nobody inside just to find out you can't get what you ordered. I don't understand how there is such a mismanaged crew (including the managers) in such a large franchise. read more

Super slow service and they do not maintain their equipment to properly make good fries and fish filets. Fries taste like old grease and buns not steamed for filets but toasted. That completely changes the taste of their food. They regularly do not have enough employees taking orders or making the food. I saw many groups of people coming in stand in line then walked back out to go to another fast food restaurant. There should be at least 3 cashiers during lunch. Manager came up to give a refund but then disappears to the back without helping. What could be more important than helping customers. Without customers there would be nothing to manage. I'm not usually someone who complains about places like this, I know what to expect waking in. However on 10/29 around 10:30 pm I had a hankering for some nuggets. I traveled to this location, on foot, but when I arrived at approximately 10:45pm, I discovered the lobby was closed 15 minutes early. Thats right 10:45 locked up tighter then lights out at Leavenworth. When I went to the drive-thru window to inquire as to why the lobby was closed before posted hours, I was met by two employees. One was a manager, I'm assuming, and they proceeded to shoo me away with a flick of the hand. Dismissed like a peasent, by an actual peasent. All I wanted was a 20 piece with some BBQ.
