This place SUCKS, the customer service here is the worse I've ever experienced and I thought Jersey mikes employees were horrible, no this one tops it all not only do they get your order wrong, there RUDE as all heck, I asked for a McFlurry it was around 8pm and was at drive through and the worker told me that the machine was cleaning and in order to stop it and start it all over again it would be like an hour or so process I said OK thank you proceeded to the drive-through when I got my food I pulled off to the side and checked it and of course stuff was missing as usual so this time I ordered on the app and asked for a Mc flurry to see if there would be any discrepancies and guess what I ordered on the flurry no problem when I went to the window they didn't tell me that anything was down or cleaning and then when I got my food I asked the woman if their machine was down and she looked at me like I was crazy so not only do they suck at getting your order right they're lazy workers can't even make a simple Mc flurry read more

Worst McD's ever. First, the menu is BS because it only features premium combo prices. Second, the cashier was a total "B" when I asked for individual prices of two items. The straw that broke my back was when I ordered, a la carte, a sandwich and a small fry. I asked for a cup of tap water. What I was rung in and served was a value meal with bottled water. I know it sounds petty but that's not what I ordered. It's their way of sneaking in extra charges.. When I questioned the price difference between what I ordered and what I was served I was again given attitude. Turns out the value menu cost over a dollar more then what I ordered because it comes with a larger fry then I wanted and a beverage I didn't want a medium fry. I wanted a small fry. I didn't want a beverage I wanted tap water. I was forced into more food then I wanted and paid for water. If I were going to pay for a beverage it certainly wouldn't be water. My last visit was less than desirable. As always in the Latham Farms store between 7pm and 8pm. Everything is being broke down for cleaning the store doesn't close till 11pm. The employees excuse is that they are down for maintenance, cleaning, or they do not have all of the ingredients to fulfill the orders. This is not a once or twice occurrence but an almost everyday thing. I believe that this store should have a secret shopper to verify these complaints. If these complaints are verifiable then a new shift supervisor should be hired. NOT A HAPPY MCDONALDS CUSTOMER. SOON NOT TO BE A CUSTOMER OF THIS COMPANY ANYMORE !!! Worst McDonalds ever. I was going on a five hour drive. Stopped for a quick bite. I ordered within a few minutes. An Egg McMuffin and a coffee. My food was ready approximately 25 minutes later!! Fast food? Not! Many people were waiting. When I got my food, it was dry and tasteless, like it had been in the warming tray for a long, long time. My coffee was given to me black. There was no cream or sugar in the condiment area. There was cream by the register. I had to ask for someone to bring me sugar. What a waste of time. read more

Service incompetence personified. This is the closest McDonalds to my home, so I have years of experience with this location and the lack of attention to detail or care you will find at this restaurant. This weekend I had to return 3 times to address gross ineptitude with their drive thru staff. This does not mean they only screwed 3 things up, but the errors on these occasions were so egregious I couldn't ignore it. How any group of people could consider themselves professional restaurateurs and run a place like this so poorly is unforgivable. They should have their franchise revoked. read more

This McDonalds location across from Red Robin on RT9. They are not that friendly at the counter. The server seemed bothered when I asked a simple question. The food was warm, the fries were soggy, but the service was fast. They seemed prepared for the lunch crowd, meaning they had a lot of basic items ready to go. Good value, as I ordered off the $1 menu. They had redone the inside dinning area since I was last inside. Just a regular McDonalds, nothing fancy. Go for a quick bite. read more

I cannot even give it a star. The restaurant is filthy, trash cans are full, no napkins in the dispenser, tables are disgusting , trash on the floor. We waiting 29 minutes for our food. I go to this McDonald's all the time. Serving is normally decent and food is decent as any McDonald's can be. Last two times I went I ended up with 3 missing Large fries from my meal. I called after the fact (I got home before checking) and the lady on the phone wouldn't do anything about it. She simply said since we left they can't do anything. That bothered me. Next time I go, I ask for 4 ranch sauces, this lady charges me $2 EXTRA for these sauce cups. I worked at Burger King for a year so let me tell you. Sauces do NOT come out of our paychecks. Sauces are NOT required to be extra. You're told to charge for extra, but NO one does. Not at any other fast food (Wendy's Taco Bell Burger King) or any other McDonald's. Complete bullshit for the amount of time you sometimes have to take to get through the line. They also don't know how to tell people to pull to the side when their food will take longer. ANDREA is the worst example of a customer service employee, never mind manager I have ever come in contact with in my experience! She accused us of stealing 4 hasbrowns when she forgot to put them in our bag. We had 4 little kids with us 12, 10, 8 & 4. The 12 & 10 yr olds had 2 sausage burritos each and 1 hashbrown each. The 8 & 4 yr olds were having a biscuit and hashbrown each and my husband and I were not eating until later in the day so we didn't order anything. When we received our bag I checked it and started handing out the food before we pulled off. We were missing the 4 hashbrowns! I had to beep the horn cause the girl working the window handed me the bag and walked away not waiting to see if I needed anything else. When she told the Extremely Rude manager on duty ANDRE who then asked for the bag of food back. 1st off I had already handed out the food so I put the windows down so she could see 4 kids in the back of the van eating. Secondly I am not going to give you my food back unless it's wrong. Our total bill was 10.80 I am not going to lie or try to cheat you out of 4 hashbrowns when we make over $150,000.00 yearly and are completely debt free, yes paid of mortgage so to steal $4.00 worth of food is absurd! ANDREA then argued with my husband and I about the stupid hashbrowns and said she put them in the bag herself, well you might have put them in the bag for the person before us but not our bag. I then had to pull forward while we waited so I went in to make sure she was not messing with our food. She continued to accuse me of having the hashbrowns so I started a scene in front of the other customers so they would know she was out of control. 1st step of customer service is you don't argue with your customers and try to make things right.
