Let me tell you about the Great Salmon Caper Sandwich. A soft, pillowy brioche bun, flaky grilled salmon, fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion, topped with a creamy, tangy aioli. It is quite literally one of the best salmon sandwiches I've ever had. When I say I'll never get sick of this sandwich, I mean it. It's a genuine 10/10 and one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The Cluckers are also excellent and come with an absurd amount of food. My only complaint is that the chicken pieces can sometimes be so large that the chicken-to-breading ratio feels a little off. Other than that, they're fantastic. The breading is seasoned perfectly, the chicken is juicy, and the price is extremely affordable for the portion size. The homemade honey mustard is also some of the best I've ever had and is easily my favorite dipping sauce on the menu. Wally's is one of those places that never disappoints. Fast service, affordable prices, generous portions, and consistently great food make it an easy recommendation.

Unfortunately, the ice cream wasn't for me. It was overloaded with toppings to the point that I could barely taste the ice cream itself. I love a good balance between the ice cream and the mix-ins, and this just felt like there was way too much going on. The toppings completely overpowered the flavor of the ice cream. We decided to give Johnny Ray's another shot and came back to try the food. Sadly, I wasn't impressed. For the price, I honestly felt like I could have made a better meal at home. Nothing stood out, and it just wasn't worth the money in my opinion. I called but no answer so I called another Papa John's nearby and explained. I was told there was nothing they could do but that they'd make my pizzas a quickly as possible. Again I paid. Another hour goes by. I call to check. I was told they had used an Uber for my delivery and that the driver had kept my pizzas! When I asked how we could resolve it they told me they wouldn't use that driver again! The manager said would remake my pizzas if I wanted to drive to get them! How does that help me?!! I have now ordered AND PAID FOR four pizzas from two different Papa John's. It's been over two hours. My grandkids are now crying because they're hungry. We ordered Pizza Hut. I grew up in Louisville where Papa John's started. They've always been my favorite. I was super excited when they came to Missouri. But I won't use them again. I realize mistakes happen. I specifically asked the associate to check the balance on a gift card. Without confirming or asking for permission, they redeemed the card on my order. That card was meant to be a Christmas gift, and it was used without my consent. This is completely unacceptable.
