It's Arby's and these days it's "meh" at best. We went to this Arby's because my husband had been wanting to try their Reuben sandwich. He got it as a meal which meant it came with soda and curly fries. I tried their cheese steak sub and just got a soda. Most of their business is from the drive through window. So, we had the dining room area to ourselves, which we liked. The staff was nice and apologetic because they had a back up of orders to deal with. We said "no problem". Still, we didn't have to wait long for our food. All the ingredients were there but the food was nothing to write home about. My husband said his sandwich was edible but he's had a lot better elsewhere. My cheese steak didn't have much flavor and was on the soggy side. I had a couple of the curly fries and we both were unimpressed as they were luke warm at best. The sodas --- no complaints there. Well...we don't regret going here as we wondered how Arby's was these days. Now that we got that out of our systems, no need to go again. read more

Just don't do it. First time I tried Arbys, went for the R & B, Classic Roast and Beef meal what supposed to be their main product. It was empty and still I had to wait almost 15 minutes, I thought it was supposed to be fast food? The sandwich was bad, dry, chewy meat, the smell was off, just unedible. We ate at Arby's after visiting Monkey Joe's. Not my choice but I was overruled. I had their "new" roasted chicken sandwich Buffalo style. It was tasty and legit HOT. I snagged some of my kids curly fries and they were crisp and warm. Everyone was happy with their order. Customer service was super slow and the food took longer than expected. This, however, is the best option if you do not want to eat Monkey Joe's limited menu (pizza and chicken tenders). read more

Well, this is one well ran. Arby's place is very clean. Actually, it's pristine I walked in at lunchtime service was terrific. Took my order got it to me within minutes and when I got the food it was fresh the fries were hot and crispy. Probably the best experience I've ever had it in Arby's. read more

I love the new Arby's commercial - I think most of you have seen it - the guy sitting on his bed with candles burning all around, expectantly waiting for his girlfriend to come through the door - possibly dressed in something sexy and revealing? She is - but for him - it's dressed as an Arby's girl, carrying a tray with what I assume is the Arby's Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich. The Arby's logo then pops up over his head signifying his *ahem* excitement and interest. I am endlessly amused by this silly commercial. Anyway, stopped in on the way home this afternoon to try the Chicken Cordon Bleu combo. 5 stars for having Diet Dr. Pepper 5 stars for having "Horsey" (Horseradish sauce) - one of my all time fave condiments! 5 stars for having a spicy ketchup However, a couple of things detract from the overall score - and these are more heavily weighted and thus drag the score down. First, while the curly fries were crisp, they were only warm, they should have been hot. And while the sandwich was tasty - the interior of the chicken was moist and tender - the texture of the outer coating gave one the impression that the patty had been sitting out for a bit. I like this Sandwich - might try the Arby's in Manassas next to see if I can get a fresher, hotter sandwich! It never occurred to me that the Arby's hat logo is a phallic symbol! :-) read more

I was so disappointed to find out that Arby's stop serving the old faithful dish alternative to fries "THE POTATO CAKES" I was so in disbelief that I started to float between talking in (3) three different languages and that caused me to forget that I had a page of coupons for ARBY's in the passenger seat next to me. I'll probably come back to abuse my mailer coupons here, despite my love for beef dip. Had a craving for curly fries, and tried the jamocha shake on a whim. The fries were still warm upon return to work, but I wouldn't get the shake again... the caffeine/sugar content was great, but the "swirl" of chocolate syrup was more like a puddle. Pardon me for wanting a reasonable distribution as advertised. ============ Coupons are the devil. Popcorn chicken was in larger pieces than I'm used to, but not overly dry and acceptably seasoned. Fries were a little better this time around. Beef dip ciabatta roll was burnt a little on the outside, but otherwise as expected. Just the right amount of au jus provided. Excellent customer service, when they forgot my small fries they gave me a regular sized fry as compensation. Friendly staff. I think we get used to dirty and messy fast food restaurants with poor customer service. That is not the case here. The restaurant is extremely clean, staff is friendly and my food was not just tossed together. It has been a while since I have been at an Arby's, but with the variety of fresh sandwiches I will defiantly be back. read more

We paid $8.99 for two classic roast beef sandwiches, 2 curly fries, 2 drinks and a portion of Mozzarella Sticks with Marinara sauce. There was enough food for the 3 of us. Service as prompt and courteous. Our food was ready in the time it took me to pour two sodas and get my sauces. Horsey Sauce - excellent horseradish with a kick! Everything was hot and fresh and frankly, quite delicious. I didn't have high hopes of Arby's to be honest, but I was wrong - the food was excellent, for 'fast' food. Good value too. My guilty pleasure among fast food restaurants. Arby's in general is at the top of the heap among the fast food joints, with a much better selection than most places. Okay, nearly everything seems to be fried and greasy: the meat, the bread, the potato cakes, the curly fries, the non-curly fries, the milkshakes, your clothes and hair after eating there ... but hey, if you wanted healthy, you'd stay home and have a watercress salad. This one is the closest to me, and it's worth the 15 minute drive. Of course, I'd prefer that they have the old school gigantic hat as their sign out front, as we had back in my hometown years ago, but zoning laws ain't what they used to be. So I pity the kids of today who've never seen a 30 foot hat sign. Trivia: the name "Arby's" is derived from "R.B.'s", for the brothers who started the chain. You're welcome. And Arby's (R.B.'s) curly fries dipped in their horsey sauce is second in the fries/sauce competition, bested only by actual Belgian fries dipped in mayonnaise. Food is fine, it's clean. But horrendously understaffed. One person to take orders, Expo, and do the drive-thru. One kitchen person. Your food will sit on a warmer why they take orders. They didn't give me my bronco berry sauce which I can love without but they completely missed my sandwich for one of my meals. I love Arby's. I truly do. But this chicken salad wrap was FLOODED with chicken salad juice. After the initial burst of white runny liquid rushed down my arm, I held it out and just let it pool. As the cool fluid poured out of the wrap, what i thought was the shift manager walked by and smiled at me. And kept walking to the mop. He returned, mopped up the little creek that had erupted from my ruined, slippery chicken salad wrap and walked away. Huh??? Ok, its their Happy Hour and they got big $1 cookies - gonna grab us 2 cookies - 1 of each. Nope. No, not gonna happen. can't. Arby's makes the best Reuben, hands down! The sandwich is larger than expected and utterly delicious.

This is a pretty good location for Arby's. I come here once in a while because it's so close to my office, and have been satisfied every time. The service and food are always really good...and the food is always out in record time. The dining room is very clean, too. The last time I ate there, an employee (I'm guessing it was the supervisor) came up to all of the customers that were seated to make sure that they were happy with their meal. The curly fries are definitely worth the trip, though. Not healthy at all, but definitely good for cravings. read more

Stopped by for lunch today and this place was busy, unlike weekends where it's slow and steady. Service is consistently fast and orders delivered quickly. Normally order roast beef which is their specialty. Average taste and nothing special unless you add their proprietary roast beef sauce which makes it more tasty. Reason for the 3-stars is the tables are not consistently cleaned when customers leave. Also there's always empty sauces on the condiments bar. Today, the mustard was out. Also, the ice is out on one of the drink stations, the other drink station is squirting out when filling up your cup so you have to step back when getting your cup filled. I can understand if this place is busy all the time and some of the sauces may be our and ice is empty on one of the drink stations, but even on slow days, these issues remain. If not for the coupons, this place probably would not even be on my list to consider. read more

Each of them are the perfect amount of crispy and absolutely delicious when eaten fresh. I decided to take my lunch here once and I'm loving it. The place is nice, stylish, well organized and very clean. Their menu offers a lot of burgers, sandwiches, salads, etc. They all look so delicious. So I tried one of their sandwiches called Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon Sandwich, t's oven-roasted turkey that's freshly sliced in-store, thick cut pepper bacon, ripe tomatoes, green leaf lettuce, thinly sliced red onions and cheddar cheese topped with Peppercorn Ranch sauce on thick cut honey wheat bread. I'm already full just with this sandwich! I love it so much. I also had the curly fries, fried to a golden brown and served hot make these the perfect side item to any meal. Then I had their vanilla shakes, which I can say it unbelievably delicious! Thick and creamy and delish. So un-vanilla, in a good way. This may be my favorite fast food place I frequent, and I frequent a lot of them. I'm not sure what's up with the other restaurants I go to. You'd think they were distracted by curing cancer the way some of these places screw up an order. Even while they're not busy! It's not complicated, people. I usually stop here for a Roast Beef Max (or two) before subjecting myself to an intense training session. Okay yes, the sodium might be a wee high, but you try surviving a heavy night of squats on an empty stomach and let me know how it goes. Arby's is a special treat. The service is excellent, the food is always good and they've never screwed up my order. I'm kind of disappointed they don't call the Max "Big Montana" anymore but that's really a burden their marketing department should carry, not these lovely people stationed at this Arby's. I generally avoid fast food places, but if an Arby's is close by, I'll succumb to the #12 meal, double meat, medium fries and drink. Great deal, under $10, and this Overland Drive location is no better or worse than any other Arby's I've been to. Orders placed at the counter are fairly quick, always correct, and always hot. Several reviews have mentioned them being short staffed, and I have experienced that myself, but it was never an issue. If an employee calls in sick or just doesn't show up for his or her shift, it is not the fault of the people who are there, trying to do their best. Overall I'm very satisfied with all Arby's I've been to, including this one. read more

Went to get food about 10 mins ago they had me pull forward to wait on curly fries since they were not ready. After receiving my food and getting home they forgot and order of the fries and the one order i did receive was cold and tasted as if they were stale along with the sweet tea i had ordered tasted like dirty water. I called to let them no and the lady proceeded to argue i didn't order the meal then when i was charged for the meal. I was put on hold for about 10 minutes could hear people talking in the back round then heard the phone get picked up and then she hung up on me.
