This is an update after quite a while. We come here most Saturday mornings. This place has really showed how good it is. We almost always use the curbside parking. It's amazing how fast they are at delivering the food. and how polite they are doing it. They do a better job, in general. having the breakfast sandwiches stacked OK. I've given a 5 star review because compared to it's fast food competition, and other McDonald's, it just plain as good as it get. read more

Never come here for breakfast. Way too long of a line and you have to wait for your food you ordered first and me and my mom had to wait 20 minutes. Yes, I gave McDonald's 5-stars. Because for fast food this place is spot on. We arrived a bit before lunch service started and they asked us to wait for about 5 minutes. We sat down and a few minutes later an employee came over and thanked us for waiting and told us we could order now. Our food was hot, fresh and yummy. Just what we wanted. I never come down this way, but wanted to go look at a car for sale, and of course we had to stop to get some coffee for $1.00 after being in the wind, and cold. This location is right across from the famous Lehi Roller Mills, made famous as a backdrop in the movie "Footloose" staring Kevin Bacon. Back to the McDonald's review. This experience sucked. I ordered two things off the menu that should cost $2.80. When I got to the window to pay, they said it was $8 something. They'd added all kinds of stuff to it. When I told him to correct it be fore I paid, he removed a couple of things but not everything I didn't ask for. I ended up paying $5.90. Yes, it's not that much. They're obviously overwhelmed. I ordered a McChicken and an quarter pounder meal. Got to the window and was handed a hot n spicy McChicken and when I let the guy know it was wrong he told me they're out of regular mcchickens. I wish they'd told me that when I ordered. I got a large meal and they gave me a half full container of fries and the quarter pounder bun seemed stale like it sat under a heat lamp for too long. This is McDonald's I understand what I'm getting, but they should at least tell you at the window when they are out of something instead of just throwing the next closest thing in the bag. read more

They have improved so much from during covid before it was just bad but I've been going to this location consistently for a while and they have gotten so much better with there customer service and the food and when you put in a request they accommodate it . There's something about McDonald's in Lehi that just hits different. The last time I got my hot in spicy McChicken, the bun was fluffy and they added just the right amount of fixings. The staff is good and it's quick. Way better than the McDonald's in my hometown. read more

McDonald's food is McDonald's, no surprise here. We usually go to the drive thru. But this day we stopped in because my little one needed to get some energy out and it was raining. I went up into the play place with him because he was a little small to climb the step things. It made me want to vomit!! I have been in my fair share of play places over the years with my son and nieces/nephews and know they aren't the cleanest to places on this planet. But this one was another beast all together. When we got thru the mass amounts of hair, dirt, grime, dust balls, and unidentifiable sticky spots I followed him down the slide and I had to pull myself down the slide with my heels because it was so grimy and sticky neither one of us could move. He just had to crawled down. My clothes had a visible layer of "something" on my butt after I crawled out.... The damaged was done and luckily my crafty and persistent little boy figured out how to shimmy his way up on his own so we let him play a little longer only because of my undying love for him. But I defiantly had to take multiple showers to feel normal again. Just take your kid to Provo Beach Resort, you will probably save time due to the sanitization required after just walking in here. read more

This McDonald's location is struggling, not because of lack of business; just the opposite. They are overwhelmed and can't fulfill orders accurately or in a timely manner. Where is the Sausage McMuffin I paid for? Sure, it's only a buck, but that was supposed to be my breakfast. I tried to call the phone number for this McDonalds and nobody picks up. The reason fast food is chosen by consumers is often because we have places to go and things to do. The idea that we can just go back and pick up the missing food is absurd. 8/17: If you are on a diet this is the perfect Mcdonalds drive through to use because they forget to put something in your order 90 percent of the time. They are right by the freeway exit so by the time you realize you have been shortchanged you are on the freeway and not likely to turn around and get the rest of your food. There can be a line of 10 cars and you'll be out of there within 10 minutes. Order is almost always correct. Alright. I rarely leave reviews but tonight was something else. It's simple. I ordered through Uber eats, more than half the meal is cold and we are missing a large fry. Enough things wrong for me to drive to McDonald's with the order in tact and receipt to simply ask for the missing item and for all of the inedible items to be remade- 2 orders of nuggets and 2 large fries. All of the grunt employees were outstanding about the situation. It was when they had to approach the female manager (very colorful hair) that she was strait up unprofessional, first to her employee at the window and than directly to us. We could hear her verbally say "this isn't her problem" and she threw some items around, rolled her eyes and stomped to the back to simply get our missing item and fix the cold nugget issue. No one wants to eat cold nuggets. Than she came back to the window to argue with us saying this is door dash's fault that the food is cold and that next time we won't be getting the same service of fixing an issue that is coming directly from her store. Eyes rolling, fuming completely unprofessional everything. Down to the body language and huffing. Being rude to her employees on behalf of us coming in to request a simple fix. Iv never had an issue with the employees at this specific store, but this specific manager obviously felt inconvenienced by us being there asking for simple fixes. She took it out on her peers and than the customer. Iv never had this happen at this location. I myself work in an environment that calls for patience, understanding but most of all being a professional when dealing with customers. This manager needs some major MANAGER training or simple therapy cause she had some anger stuff going on. And I understand that people have stuff going on outside of work. But in a manager position, that doesn't fly. She's undertrained or in the WRONG position. I still love this location and the employees. But that was one sour interaction that was completely unnecessary. Simple fix yo. Happy customer is the name of the game. read more

I don't think I could ever ethically give McDonald's more than three stars in good conscience. Nevertheless, for a McDonald's restaurant, this one is pretty decent. They have all the usual food that you'll find at McDonald's. The lines can be long because it's right off the interstate. But the thing I liked about it most was that they have a very modern play place; probably the most unique I've ever seen.
