15 MINUTE CONE I went in at about 9:00 PM and was the only customer in the store, and there were about 6 employees working. I ordered a cone for $1.08 and I was waiting FIFTEEN minutes until an employee finally walked up and said "did you get your cone yet?" I said "No!" And he made it and gave it to me and it wasn't even that good of a cone. read more

The drive thru was not terribly busy, we ordered. We get the receipt and realize they charged up for an extra drink. Then we get our food and my find that my bacon egg and cheese biscuit is on a micgridle pancake bun not a biscuit which ruins the breakfast sandwich!!! I went through the drive through of this McDonald's and they gave me a raw burger! I went inside hoping to at least get a refund, but they just took my burger from me and came back 10 minutes later. They gave me a different one than I ordered. I got food poisoning that night and had to go to the E.R. I didn't even get an apology from the employees! read more

Ridiculous! I know, I shouldn't expect much from McDonalds. The best thing about McDonalds is that they're fast and predictable. As the father of 4 young kids, I have spent my fair share of time watching my kids play in the Playland. In fact, I used to take my kids to this McDonalds every Saturday morning to give my wife a chance to sleep in. It has now been a few years since I've been back to this McDonalds because of a frustrating experience I had here. One evening, on my way home from work my wife called and asked me to stop by and pick up dinner at McDonalds. I went through the drive-thru, got my order, and was quickly on my way. When I got home I found that I had received the wrong food order. Not only was there almost nothing from my order include in the bag, the value of the items was not even close to what I had paid. I called the store to let them know of the mix-up and nobody answered the phone, and there was no answering machine. So, I called Corporate and was told I'd have to speak with the individual restaurant manager. I tried the local restaurant again and someone finally picked up. I asked to speak with the individual in charge. When I explained my situation to her, instead of apologizing or offering to make up for the mistake, she hung up on me. I had not raised my voice, I had been polite. I had just explained what had happened and then gave her the opportunity to respond. I was dumbfounded when she hung up on me. Needless to say, I haven't returned to this McDonalds. read more

This property is crazy busy. We went in the drive thru lane and the line was around the building. Even with two lanes open, it took a while to get helped. There was no surprises regarding the food, it's McDonalds! You know what you are getting when you order. The food was hot which was great. I'm not sure I would stop in at this restaurant again, unless I had time to burn. I didn't mark them down for that, they must be doing something right that so many people go here. read more

We came to this McDonalds. The girl took fifteen minutes just to take our order. Then got it wrong so tried to have them fix it. They asked us to move forward to wait for half our order but my husband didn't feel comfortable with them just hanging onto our card so the lady just hands the card back and says have a nice day and slams the window. You don't expect much from McDonalds but this was disappointing. read more

Thought I would try something new. Got the buttermilk crispy chicken strips with ranch and an ice water. Had to wait for the moisture to be cooked out of the chicken- so it could taste like death warmed over. Sahara desert dry. Even the ice water tasted off. They gave me no ranch, even though they asked what I wanted to dip them in. It wasn't busy as there was one car behind me in line. I did get napkins. Thank you. read more

The same food I grew up with! McDonalds is amazingly consistent! Their new spicy, bacon quarter pounder left me wanting though--had to go Atkins because the bread tasted like a dry sponge. However, I could have eaten a tray full of the fries. Comfort food, man! read more

Best McDonald's experience I have ever had in a late night drive thru. My wife and I were starving after a long day of driving and had just gotten rejected by Taco Bell because they closed in 5 minutes. We saw this McDonald's and asked if they stayed open all night. The guy said they were, but made a joke out of it. He was super friendly and you could just feel it thru the drive thru. After going to the next window, my wife and I remember saying "man that guy was cool, I wonder what he looks like", we then got to the next windows where we literally could not figure out who took our order because everyone was so dang friendly! I've eleve experienced a crew of McDonald's employees at midnight in this high of spirits. And to top it all off, when I took a bite out of my McDouble, it was the most succulent, juicy McDonalds burger that has ever sat on my tastebuds. I usually don't write reviews, in fact, I don't know if I ever have before, but I knew I had to express my gratitude for how my day ended after a long day if driving. Keep it up! read more

This McDonald's is everything that you need a McDonald's to be. You don't go to McDonald's because you want gourmet food. You go to McDonald's because you're running late and you need food now and you don't want to spend a lot of money. We are from out of town and we spent the night at a friend's house. We woke up and we're running late for an appointment. They have two separate stations taking people's orders. As soon as we ordered, we drove to the window and the food was ready. Hot. Fresh. And the price was right. McDonald's is more efficient than any other restaurant. This McDonald's was more efficient any other McDonald's. read more

This McDonald's is usually pretty quick but tonight I sat in drive thru for 20 minutes. They had me and the two cars behind me pull forward to wait for our food. After about 15 minutes the two people behind me went inside and came out with their food before I had gotten mine. Finally when my food was brought out the employee couldn't confirm the order was mine without digging through the bag to see what was in it. Disappointing service even for McDonald's. read more

This McDonald's is the BEST I've EVER been to. And no, I don't and never have worked here, and don't know anyone that has. I am often in a hurry and they are super FAST!!! I honestly have no idea how they are able to be so quick, but KUDOS!!! You guys ROCK!!! And....I love to get the Sugar Free Vanilla Iced Coffee. You guys make them perfect!!! Whenever I get them from the McDonald's in Saratoga Springs, they suck, and I end up throwing it out and wishing that you guys could show them how to do it right. read more

Very fast service and our food was very good. The gal who took our order was very easy to understand and got it all right the first time!

I visit McDonald's everyday. love their fries and I love their Coke. Today I went through the drive-thru and gave my order but the fries were cold kind of rubbery to chew on and old. So I went inside and asked for fresh cut fries and the manager Javier was very cold and somewhat mean. I watched how he interacted with the other employees and he was the same way with them and treated them like they were way below his level. He needs to visit Chick-fil-A where all their employees are treated with kindness. He could learn something over there. When the employees are treated respectfully and with kindness you have a much happier workplace. We as customers observe the atmosphere that we're in whether we're going to feel comfortable or uncomfortable in the environment. Today I felt very uncomfortable being there. And I felt sorry for the employees. And as a customer I didn't like how I was treated and dismissed. read more
