Probably one of my worst experiences at this McDonald's was this evening. Went over there trying to place an order. They told me the card machine was down and then magically it was working. I get to the window they have my order all messed up and started getting somewhat argumentative about it. Didn't really seem to know what exactly I ordered even though I told him multiple times. Probably will not be ordering from McDonald's in the overnight hours at least at this location. As I was finishing up I told them to cancel the order and instead of trying to see if they could make it right they just closed the drive thru window in my face. This location's inside is dirty and employees have a chip on their shoulder. I ordered online in the store to eat there with a marker set to deliver to the table. They finally called my order out ... no delivery to the table. I went to the counter and the food was on the counter missing all 3 beverages. A female employee taking food to another customer's table was walking by and I told her the order was missing half the contents. She immediately looked at another female employee standing on the other side of the room ... as in you pull this kind of thing all the time. The employee sullenly got 2 cups for fountain drinks....once I got back to the table I realized she shorted me a bottled water.... I didn't want to go through the counter gauntlet so let it go. Yet another HORRIBLE experience. I ordered in the McDonald's app before I left work and arrived at 6:10 to pick up my family's dinner. I checked-in on my phone and waited at the space. After 20 minutes of waiting, I went to the drive-thru and asked what was going on but the employee said he didn't know. I asked if he could go find out or get a manager. He said ok and I sat there at the speaker for another 5 minutes with total silence. When a couple cars started lining up behind me, he asked me to drive to the next window. I could see him taking other orders from the other lane during this whole time rather than finding out about my order. My card had already been charged and my daughter was crying, so I could not give up or go inside. When I got to the payment window the employee still had no answers about where my food was. At that point my husband came to McDonald's in a separate car so I could take my crying toddler home. He went inside and told the manager what happened and she just walked away. Another employee finally filled the order at 6:40 p.m - 30 minutes after I had first arrived. Wasted 30 minutes of my time and gas with absolutely horrible customer service from the manager in particular. read more

I've gotta say that this was the best experience I have ever had at a McDonalds. My deluxe crispy chicken sandwich was delightful. The chicken was absolutely hot (just cooked) and my tomato slices were still cold. I've eaten at a McDonald's once in Seoul, South Korea where it was almost as good...almost. I don't know why this location has such bad reviews but our experience was outstanding. Well I have no complaints about the food quality but more so the price increases over the past year. Every morning when I'm on day shift I stop here to get a sausage McMuffin and an apple pie. I used to get the blueberry muffin but they discontinued that. So an apple pie and a sausage McMuffin would cost me 2.94 last week and is now 3.98 this week. What? A dollar increase from one week to the next? I'm done!!! The only way to get prices under control America is to stop buying! I will no longer visit McDonald's. The whole country is going this way. So America...we the people are really in control...make a morning breakfast for yourself...make your coffee before you leave for work. Save your money and stop feeding the money pigs in America. If we slow down our buying then the prices will decrease...it may take a couple of weeks but it will happen. Just cut back where you can and see the results. Fast food is out for me and my family. May seem petty to give a Yelp review for a McDonalds but this location has repeatedly handed me the wrong order or an incomplete order causing multiple returns. I get it, I worked at McDonalds when I was 16 and know how breakfast rush can be, but take just a little more effort to make sure everything ordered is in the bag. read more

Got a mcnugget meal and a McFlurry in the drive thru. The person taking the order kept mumbling and it sounded like he was talking to someone else while taking my order. After a good 10 or so minutes of just sitting in line, another employee takes my payment and apologizes for the wait. Finally at the last window I try to ask for sauce and get ignored. When I got my McFlurry I saw it was only filled 2/3 from the rim of the cup. I asked about it and was bluntly told "that's how it's made." I stopped my to get 2 sandwiches at the drive thru early Friday afternoon. It was about a 5 minute wait to to get to the outer line order area. I noticed the car in front of me abruptly pulled away from the order area. I pulled up next. I told the lady I wanted a filet of fish sandwich only and a cheeseburger. We rarely eat fast food anymore but when we do get Mc Donald's, they always mess up our order. I specifically asked the guy at the window if both drinks were diet dp and he said yes-- one was Diet Coke, other diet dp. I have worked in fast food before and your job isn't hard!!! I stopped in today and ordered a double cheese burger, a medium fry and a large unsweetened iced tea. The burger was fine. The fries were Luke warm and were not fresh. The worst thing of all- the iced tea tasted rancid! If I had to guess, it had not been made fresh in several days! Either that or the container had not been washed. As I drove off on my way back to work, I decided to call them manager and just explain that they need to check this out because I'd hate to think that they are serving this to people. The manager answered the phone, I explained myself, then I hear her yelling in Spanish in the background and all of a sudden a young gentleman comes on the phone and said "The meat wasn't fresh? Sorry- do you want to come back" I politely declined because I had to get back to work and explained that it wasn't the meat, but the tea rather, but it was alarming and concerning that the manager who initially took then call and said she was the manager didn't listen to my concerns and offer a solution herself.
