I came in a day on 12/22. I was in line and found out I was getting the best gift ever. I was expecting. I cried all the way to the front of the line. The manager was so nice, they all congratulated me and could tell I was a mess. He gave me my sandwiches on the house. We have eaten and long been fans of Jersey Mikes for over 15 years. I have eaten them all over town and never had an issue, the location in Rockwall was exceptional! But this location is the WORST. We order the same thing every time. The only customization is to remove jalapenos and add extra meat, which the app allows with ease in both button form and in notes. My husband and I have done both always. The order ends up wrong EVERY.SINGLE. TIME, Today my son went to pick it up and was handed one with jalapenos which he noticed before leaving and told them. They said they handed him the wrong sandwich and swapped it immediately. He returned home to discover a SECOND wrong sandwich on the wrong bread, no extra meat or cheese and with Chipotle mayo all over it. When I called to speak to the manager he only offered to refund it, which would leave us with no food! I asked to return and pick up the CORRECT sandwich (I am sick which is why my son was doing the pick up) and he said he'd have it ready, but didn't offer any compensation of any kind, even after being told this happens regularly to us. I will be driving far away from my house from now on to have Jersey Mikes IF I ever eat it again, which is utterly sad. This location may have ruined the entire chain for us going forward. The customer may not be right, but at the very least hear the person out. Due to an offer, I decided to get a sub for lunch and ordered via the iOS app. I arrived several minutes early, so my order had not been completed yet. After a while, I heard one employee tell another to get a Stubborn Vanilla soda and the Sun Chips Salsa. As I observe the employee, he grabbed the Sun Chips Cheddar. As soon as a third employee place the items in a bag, the female employee called my name. I told the employees that the Sun Chips Salsa was not picked. When the lead employee mentioned it is in the bag, I said the wrong bag was picked. When no one believed me, I explained how the Sun Chips Cheddar was picked and not the Salsa. Eventually, the female employee attempted to appease as if I was wrong. When she opened the bag and saw the Sun Chips Cheddar was in the bag, she replaced it with the correct flavor. Did she apologize for the mistake when she gave me the bag? No. Did the lead employee apologize for not believing me? No. Lesson learned: Open the bag and check the order is correct before leaving the premises. read more

Service is really slow... Especially if you order a hot sandwich. In the past I have had to wait really long time if I go in and order. Today I ordered online in hopes it would be ready when I arrived...not! I had to wait 20 minutes when I got there plus the 10 min time from my house to the shop - 30 minutes to get a sandwich is ridiculous. I will start with the following... I love Jersey Mikes in general and most of the time the employees are positive and clean. Tonight ( Sun 2/25 at the FM location on 2499).. I came into the store and they had music blasting so loud with their playlist which included totally inappropriate songs for most customers. B*#!h, MF, F , whore , etc. The boys working had no idea what they were doing. I usually order a a # 7 bowl for me and a #8 sandwich or bowl for my husband. The counter where the sandwiches were made was so,so dirty that it was DISGUSTING. This group of boys need to go back through training for cleanliness, knowledge menu, customer service. They needed an adult to monitor what they were doing. They took bacon off the grill on put it on my salad. It was absolutely the most greasy and too hot of bacon for a salad. I could not eat my salad when I got home. It was again DISGUSTING. Owner/ Managers... it may be time re-think who you are hiring. They definitely need to go back for training. On 11/27/21 at 6:30pm we had an order for two giant sandwiches to pick up from Jersey Mike's in Flower Mound. After we got home we noticed they only gave us 1 Giant and the other size was a regular. So we had to go back and get this issue corrected. Once we got to Jersey Mikes my wife showed them the receipt they said they were sorry about the issue and made another giant sandwiche. Once they were finished with the order my wife noticed a girl making another sandwich on their flat top grill. The girl employee sneezed over the grill straight onto the sandwich. The girl looked at my wife and then continued to cook the meat. This is highly alarming due to the girl (employee) not wearing any type of facemask or even trying to cover or turn away from the food when she sneezed. Guy in Texas needing a warm, beefy, fresh made gooey Philly! Closest thing I can find here in NTX. We get the "Big Kahuna #56". Yep. Get the giant and split with my wife. Wish we could order "Wiz" but that doesn't translate here in Texas and they don't have anything like that. We call it Queso here in Texas minus the spiciness. Line was 20 people deep today but moved ok. Someone called in a huge 3 box sandwich order just as lunch rush started. All of the "hoagies" are freshly sliced and made to order. Love ordering "Mikes way" if ordering a cold hoagie/sub. Usually order online w app but couldn't today since I received a free one for birthday. Wish the app would take code but it wouldn't. This place isn't Subway. Since that is the point of reference for me, this is where the pros and cons are based! I took a chance one day because it was next to the FedEx store I was visiting frequently, so it was convenient! The meats and cheeses are sliced right in front of you, to order - except bacon (if they have it)! That impresses me, it's not just pre-sliced, pre-packaged lunch meat. The rosemary parmesan bread is delicious! They have less options for bread, as well as less options for condiments and veggies, this could be seen as a pro or a con - for me it's a con because I love adding spinach and bell pepper (which they don't have). However, the produce they DO have is fresh! The tomatoes and onions are sliced daily. The condiments they do have are mayo (and lots of it), spicy mustard, regular mustard, oil and vinegar. The veggies are tomato, onion, banana pepper, pickle, and jalapeno (pickled). Apparently you can also get a mixture of spices along with the oil and vinegar when you get it "Mike's way". So, while they don't have all the condiments and veggies Subway has, what they do have is fresh and quality. They're a cold, sub sandwich place - they're not over-the-top amazing, but for what they are, they do it pretty well! MUST KNOW / TIPS: -Bags of chips and fountain drinks/bottled drinks are available for combos (but be prepared to spend over $10 for one person alone if you get a Regular sandwich + chips and drink combo). -A Jumbo sandwich is about 14-15" long, a Regular is half that at about 7-7.5" long, and a Mini is 3/4 the size of the regular, so about 6" (which is a really good size considering they call it a MINI!). So, a regular meal at Subway would be equivalent to getting the Mini combo and would keep you just under $10. (still fairly significant considering it's a sandwich, chips and a fountain drink!) -IF you like the place a lot, ask about Shore Points. read more

I was going to comment on this hassle a long while ago, but i forgot to mention it until today when my friend told me she found a follicle of extraordinarily dark brown beard hair deep within the realm of her sandwich flaps. I have also discovered hair in my sandwich before and it was quite gross. On this mighty fine of a day, (March 24th) i went to jersey mikes to pick up my average sanny to discover there was a piece of red/orange hair inside the meats of my club. I was flabbergasted and tossed it in the wastesbin. Hair keeps falling into the sannies and it is June now. Greetings, those of the establishment known to man as "Jersey Mikes". Prior to the date of "March 24" I had never had any issues regarding me or pals with the establishment. On the day of March 24, however, a ginger coated follicle was discovered in the club of my bud. It was quite a disturbing phenomenon, however, we summed it up to being a once in a lifetime experience, for we laughed it off as she relinquished her sanny in the wastebin. It was a time to look back on and laugh, sharing fond, yet disturbing, memories. As per usual, a common Jersey experience. Ah! However, today, on the date of Tuesday, the sixth of June, I went for a nice little stroll to Jersey Mikes whilst ill with a case of the influenza virus. I thought that a mini sized club sanny would satisfy my insatiable hunger, the Jersey always tends to do that trick. It always tends to satisfy my deepest urges. However, while I was undergoing consumption on the delectable feast I received from Mike, I discovered to my horror and great surprise, an extraordinarily dark brown tinted follicle!! It rested within the cold meaty flaps of my ham and turkey. It gave me quite a startle! I think it spawned from a beard. Please tell your employees to trim their beards, Mike! Food is not as much problem. The servers like to talk and not concerned about the people waiting in line. And no effort from other members when one of the server is struggling to understand basic instructions on an sandwich order. I've been there 3 times, and service was great the first time with different staff. Since then it progressively got worse with different staff. I don't think 4th time will get any better. read more

I once saw Jersey Mikes on one of those travel shows that air on TV on networks that nobody really watches unless you're stuck in a hotel or something. It was something like "Greatest Sandwiches." I get that Jersey Mike's is some sort of institution or something in Jersey. But it's not a great sandwich. It's an adequate sandwich. It's probably better than eating at Subway, though it also costs more. And it's a bit bready. It feels like an East Coast sub manufactured at an assembly line. There's nothing particularly memorable about it. And this location is SLOW. At least during lunch. There's always a line and even though the staff seems friendly and competent, they aren't especially quick, which is probably more a factor of being set up inefficiently than anything else. It's fine. It's hard to say anything more about that. You probably won't get food poisoning. You'll likely be full. You won't spend more than $10 a person. But it's still just a fast sandwich shop. read more

Will not return. Ordered with the app, and picked up two sandwiches which were both completely wrong. Of course did not realize this until we got home, then my husband returned to the restaurant to have the order fixed. My sandwich was supposed to be no mayo, no onions. Came out with mayo, tons of onions, bacon and jalapeños. The guy then proceeded to remove the jalapeños and put them on my husbands sandwich. My husband asked him to remake the sandwich correctly rather than just remove one incorrect ingredient (of many--and how do you remove mayo?). The guy got all irritated and put it at the back of the line claiming they were very busy. My husband pointed out he already wasted 30 minutes of his day having to return an incorrect order. No apologies from the staff. Previous experiences here include horrendously dirty bathroom and during the historic winter event, we placed an order on the app because it stated the store was open. Ownership should check in on this place, the staff here is not good, are having their friends come in with huge coffees for them and then give them food for free. The long haired dude with really scraggly facial hair appeared to be in charge and was the one who did this. We were there at 1230, no less than 6 people working, and had one on the line making sandwiches. There was one guy there in a hat who was busting his rear, he was good. Other guy packaged up 10 cookies to bring out while there's a long line and gave half of them away. Seems like the long haired manager hired all his buddies and they're just hanging out. First off the quality of these subs are excellent. Tasty and fresh. The issue I have is the inconsistency of the amount of meat on each sandwich. Since you are paying quite a bit more than a regular sub sandwich I expect a larger amount of meat and for the end product to be consistent. One of the most important features of a franchise location is that customers should be able to rely on consistency. In this area the Flower Mound location fails, but I live the sandwiches. read more

Today I was disappointed the workers are more interested in their friends...talking...leaving station etc. Today the slicer did not make correct sub for customer ahead of myself. I order giant and regular sub...he started making two giants. Sub maker did not put on the spice nor oil and vinegar BUT they certainly charged me the correct price.
