There's easy access to this location and good parking.

I am so glad there's a Jersey Mike's only minutes from where I'm staying. For my money they have the best selection and presentation, and this location particularly has done right by me - "Mike's Way" RULES. My only nit-pick is that I can't get Coca-cola with my Club Supreme. I appreciate the cheese and bread choices. (This location was recently refreshed/remodeled)

Giant #9 hard pass very dry and flavor was dull.

On 11/27/21 at 6:30pm we had an order for two giant sandwiches to pick up from Jersey Mike's in Flower Mound. After we got home we noticed they only gave us 1 Giant and the other size was a regular. So we had to go back and get this issue corrected. Once we got to Jersey Mikes my wife showed them the receipt they said they were sorry about the issue and made another giant sandwiche. Once they were finished with the order my wife noticed a girl making another sandwich on their flat top grill. The girl employee sneezed over the grill straight onto the sandwich. The girl looked at my wife and then continued to cook the meat. This is highly alarming due to the girl (employee) not wearing any type of facemask or even trying to cover or turn away from the food when she sneezed. I will never go back to this location ever again. This was our 3rd time to pick up an order and everytime something is messed up on the order.

See all the giants they were making? Yumm.

Guy in Texas needing a warm, beefy, fresh made gooey Philly! Closest thing I can find here in NTX. We get the "Big Kahuna #56". Yep. Get the giant and split with my wife. Wish we could order "Wiz" but that doesn't translate here in Texas and they don't have anything like that. We call it Queso here in Texas minus the spiciness. Line was 20 people deep today but moved ok. Someone called in a huge 3 box sandwich order just as lunch rush started. All of the "hoagies" are freshly sliced and made to order. Love ordering "Mikes way" if ordering a cold hoagie/sub. Usually order online w app but couldn't today since I received a free one for birthday. Wish the app would take code but it wouldn't. Still a great sandwich w great service. Worth waiting for... enjoy!

Jersey Mike's is my favorite sub. But maybe it's this location. Last 2 times I came in, the person cashing you out is also make subs without changing gloves. I just walked out. Maybe next time. Need more training. That's how germs spread and people get sick.

Normally, I don't consider people from St. Louis to be credible deli evaluators, but I was desperate and made the hour drive to Grapevine. We got there at 11:15 and the line was nearly to the door. Within 30 minutes, it was well out into the street. That was a promising sign. The sandwich menu covered the entire wall over the counter. Lots of non-New-York sandwiches like Cubans, gyros, etc, but over in the left corner were the classic Ruebens and pastramis. I went for the latter. A REAL NY deli usually has a few soups like split pea and chicken noodle and matzoh. No soups. Bummer. They had a half dozen sides - 3 kinds of potato salads and a few slaws. I went with the German potato salad. The drink option was spartan - they tossed a styrofoam cup at me and pointed to the soda fountain. The pastrami sandwich was OK for Texas. A SUPER pastrami sandwich on hard rye can get me moaning like Meg Ryan in "When Harry Met Sally" -- only I don't have to fake it. The German potato salad was watery and bland - I should have gone with the mustard potato salad. Turnaround was on the slow side. Napkins = paper towel roll on table. Flimsy plasticware. The overall vibe was affordable utilitarian. I'll give the sandwich a 4, everything else a 3. Next time I'll drive the extra half hour to Cindi's.

We were very warmly greeted by a gentleman who I think must be an owner or major stakeholder. He gave us a quick history of the place and was fast to recommend the prime rib po boy sandwich. We ordered one to split, and it came with seasoned fries. The sandwich came out quickly, and the meat was tender with just the right amount of slightly spicy horseradish sauce. Yum. I definitely want to come back for the signature prime rib on a Friday or Saturday. That meatloaf sounds tempting too, and the brisket mac and cheese caught my eye. Looks like I will need to come back a few times.

Both the basil and jalapeno were good. I liked it.. pricing is what you would expect. They don't have all the sandwich options like Shug's. But I don't think they're trying to do that. They have a lox bagel sandwich ($14), regular lox and bagel ($12). A regular bagel + schmear will run $5. Personally I'm not crazy about bagels. So it did the trick for me.

We arrived around 10:30 am, which I realize is not exactly crack-of-dawn bagel time when everyone is grabbing their carb-loaded fuel before work. As an ex-New Yorker, I have my favorite bagel flavors, but my number one priority is simple: is it warm? Sadly, I was told there were no warm bagels, so I settled for a poppy bagel with the new lemon cream cheese. The cream cheese was fantastic. No notes. Seriously, it was great. The bagel itself was fine. My bigger issue was the service and the missed opportunity. The place was not crowded at all, maybe seven people inside. After we sat down waiting for our order, I noticed a guy in the back literally baking bagels and moving fresh, hot bagels into bins. HOT BAGELS, people. Would it have killed someone to walk 30 feet and offer me one fresh off the line? I had already mentioned it was my first time there and how much I love a warm bagel. I totally understand they cannot do this for every single customer all day long, but when it is quiet and someone is clearly excited about your product, that little extra effort can make a huge difference in customer retention. I worked in customer service my entire life, and I always believed in going the extra mile when you can - "accomodating when you can be" is a great customer service motto! I really wanted to love this place, and I appreciate what they are doing, but at this point my bagel loyalty may be heading toward PopUp Bagels. (And I have love for Dan's too.)
