McDonalds is another chain with the same business model from location to location. The only thing that really changes here may be some food changes for specials, location and staff. This is another wonderful, very modern, McDonalds. For this reason my reviews will remain the same from location to location with small exceptions. My wife and I along wit anfriend and some students were headed to Corning, NY for a conference, and definitely needed some breakfast and this was the perfect place to stop. These "right off the parkway" locations usually have very busy drive throughs and a smaller dining area. Great job by the McDonalds team keeping their restaurants fresh, bright, very clean, and a fun place to be. I like the new electronic ordering system (Kiosk) which was a nice addition. Even when ordering, a team member asked the customers if they needed any assistance, and walked them through the process. I use the McDonalds app which always seems to give me a hard time. Honestly, I am not a fan of the app and always seem to have a problem.. Like most locations, they had a big parking lot with an easy entrance in and out to the Main Street and back to the parkway. All the food was fresh, hot and tasty. Clearly, McDonalds has developed a good, winning formula. Absolutely the worse service ever! We stopped in to get a coffee, a small Diet Coke, 2 fish sandwiches and a frie for the road. Our number was 675. We stood inside for literally 20 min. The food was out in a bag with our number on top and even though I asked the server to get it and I was told that they would get to it when they got to it. 6 min later they finally handed it to us and I had to ask for the coffee. Of course the fries and sandwiches were cold. I wanted to go back in but my better half told me it's not worth it. She's usually right! lol. I will say the store is very clean and the bathrooms were clean. read more

This damn drive through is the worst 0 cars ahead of me no one answers the mic and I pull to the window and they act clueless why I'm here even though I placed a mobile order and sat and waited 40 minutes for my order while 5 cars go in and out of drive through. I stood there at the counter for 20 minutes. The manager lady, older heavy set woman, looks over and says to another employee, "I have ten cars in the drive thru. He will have to wait" I stand there ten more minutes. Finally, I'm able to pay for the order at the counter since the kiosk was broken. Young Spanish lady does a great job, very polite and fast at that point. But the manager was so damn rude that I'll never come back here, even though it's convenient when I have to work up here. read more

Wow. Where to start? I guess with a rude order taker, obviously not thrilled about working there. After paying, we pulled up to window 1 and waited 5 minutes. It was not busy. We were trying to get the attention of two young men. Finally they decided to acknowledge us. Our food had been sitting there at the window the entire time. Oh, a Big Mac with a medium fries for 11 and change LOL. And the burgers were layered together and not separated by the additional bun. Horrible! Where to start..., 1. Took 15 minutes to order our food inside 2. Took 25 minutes for our food to be ready 3. ALL sodas were flat. And the Fanta orange was just pure liquid sugar 4. Food wrappers were covered in something gross (not oil) 5. Bathrooms were FILTHY! Won't go into detail, but just know there was "something" all over the seat and floor. And the smell was rancid 6. FLIES EVERYWHERE! 7. Out of pies, ice cream machine not working, out of chicken sandwich, out of cookies 8. Food was cold. Fries tasted like they were out for a while 9. These people Rock! The food here is what it is, it's McDonalds. That shouldn't surprise anyone. What makes it special is the people working there. Long story short- I locked my keys in my car in the parking lot here. I went in to see if they could help because I thought I left my phone in the car too. These people went out of their way to help. The looked up the phone number for a nearby garage, let me use the phone to make a call, and when I discovered I did indeed have my cell phone and the battery was nearly dead- some very nice woman let me use her charger. All this while dealing with the lunchtime crowd. All were people working here! Just want to say "Thank you" to these sweet peeps! read more

My boyfriend and I went to the drive thru around 8pm this night and the man at the drive thru welcomed us and asked to take our order, and we told him to give us a minute to which he said Sure, take your time. We chose our order in under a minute and my boyfriend talked into the order machine 6/7 times before the man came back and said "I'm sorry, we're closing the drive through at this time." I just think it's ridiculous how the worker told us to take our time and that he'd take our order and then tell us it's closed?? He should've just told us that it was closed after the person in front of us ordered. We didn't even have an order over $5, we just wanted to order a coffee. After the worker said this, my boyfriend made the comment of we were waiting for over five minutes in the drive thru with no answer and sounding very annoyed, worker was like "... okay, what can I get for you?" Food is usually good, sometimes the tables are pretty sticky. Some staff aren't that friendly, or don't pay attention to your order at all. OK service. Be prepared for loud kids because of the playground read more

it was 10:59 and they slammed the door at my face. then they did not want to separate our orders because it would "complicate things" also they claimed to not have a slushy yet i got a slushy from a different McD's close by. overall terrible attitude and service. highly do not recommend this McD's. read more
