Food is rarely ready at the drive thru. They make everyone park and wait. Everyone is confused. Terrible service.

Ok, I get it, it's McDonald's but I felt it necessary to complete this review in case management cares. This review concerns the staff on duty on 4/2/2025 at 6:11 PM. We had to wait as two employees "muscled" their way in to place their order with absolutely no regard to the two customers waiting. We got apologies from the girl working the register but later realized she probably should not have been working the register. Employees throwing themselves in front of customers is unacceptable on any level! We ordered a number 1 meal and a number 6 meal. We were never asked what type of drink we wanted. This is not a self fill beverage location. So we asked if the meals came with a drink and were told yes. After a short period of time our number was called and I found 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches in a bag for a dining in meal. I then told the employee there were no fries in the bag. He quickly asked for my receipt. I produced it and he quickly pointed out I did not order fries. I said, yes, correct, I ordered meal deals by their numbers. He said well, you didn't order fries and then he asked would you like to order some!!!!! At this point I was done! This is what fast food has come to. You either order it on the kiosk or shut up! There is absolutely no customer service at this location. It was this location and their employees mistake so handle it. They couldn't have cared less read more

Let's start off by the fact my ice coffee was spilled outside the lid and I was given no napkins. Then apart from that the ice coffee is horrible if not the worst one i have had dosent taste like and iced coffee not even drinkable. read more

Now I just returned from this Fishhawk location bought my son a meal. Some lady that claims she's the general manager of the store wants to argue with me because I called back to tell her that the smoothie that I paid for with that meal was watered down. I paid this extra for that smoothie and the nuggets weren't hot...but this chick who claims that she is the general manager, and we can give me her name of course, Wants to argue about his meal telling me to bring the nuggets back where she can check to see if they're hot and I'm like I have to sit down and eat what are you talking about well then she proceeds to tell me to bring them back tomorrow so she can take them back and replace them. I was like I've never in the 20 years I've lived in this area I had somebody tell me to bring the cold food back the following day so that they could replace it at that time that doesn't even make sense. How are you going to check the temperature of something to see if it's cold if I'm bringing it back the following day so she goes on and on and on and wants to tell me to calm down and I'm like lady you need to be taking care of your business over there and providing some better customer service instead of sitting here arguing with me over a Co. 10 piece chicken nugget totally unacceptable in a necessary. I can't believe this, but I'm determined to get this person's name because that was totally inappropriate and if you're the general manager, you should be a lot more careful of what you're saying to a customer versus sitting there arguing with them and telling them to bring the items back tomorrow or whatever and that she'll replace the smoothie, but not the nuggets what kind of $&@"?! Is that? Wowwwwwwwwww! I heard that they change the leader ship at this location because it had really sucked in the past, but I've never encountered any crap like this, so obviously it hasn't gotten better ! I do not recommend this location. I will make sure that I do not go there anymore after I get my sons smoothie replaced and I'll leave it at that buyers. Beware whoever this lady is with the accent wants to argue with you about what they did wrong instead of trying to work with you and resolve the issue. read more

This McDonalds is the worst one I have ever been to and will never go back. Used 6000 points a burger and they said it wouldn't take. I asked for the manager said they couldn't do anything. I really like This McDonald's! Most of the time they don't mess up. Don't come in when the local High School lets out at 2:30pm or so, though. That's when they mess up orders most. Traffic is bad then, too. But it's better in quality than most in Florida in general (which is a real shame). I've not been to a McDonald's in years actually. Let's face it, it's McD's. Is there any expectation of getting through drive thru quickly while getting your order correct? This location is notoriously slow, and can't fill simple orders correctly. I have experienced this issue at other locations as well in the last year, so it is hard to say if this is specific to this location or just a lack of training and good management at many locations. In the end, many fast food places have trained the public to expect less and we do. They will go on serving billions despite what I or others write in reviews. read more

This McDonald's can always be counted on to get your order wrong. 10 of 10 of recent drive thru orders have had something wrong. Consistency is the key I suppose. It does not matter the time of day whether breakfast or the usual; they will get it wrong. Ask for something with or without and you will get the opposite. Ask for extra and you get none. If you need a brick of regret to stick into your gut, you might as well choose McDonald's. At least the drive-thru people don't think twice about serving you, even if you're dangerously fat. This particular location has odd hours - not a 24 hour drive-thru. Lobby closes at different times during the week, drive-thru generally at 11pm, later on the weekends. At least the people are friendly and nonjudgmental about my horrible eating habits. read more

if you want to find the best customer service delivered by (not old people) but highschoolers, this place is the best place to be. The two people who took my orders (Zion and Naveah) were so kind and they did not rush me or force me to make a decision when i was unable to decide what i wanted. The manager was kind too! i love this mcdonalds and the atmosphere gives off great vibes! Everyone gave me everything i needed quickly and efficiently and on top of all of that they were all in good spirits even after the endless stream of kids showing up after school. It's McDonald's, it's nothing special. Prices for the dollar menu (not really a dollar menu anymore though) are decent. But, if you want something like a Big Mac meal you're paying as much as a better burger place. Staff is mostly kids and not very professional. Lots of people on their phones instead of attending to customers. And, even though the order boards are easy to use it doesn't mean everyone wants to use them. I had a pretty large order. I ordered at the machine, paid and waited for my order. They were fast and got everything right. Everything was hot and seemed freshly made. I didn't have to wait very long. The workers were nice and the manager was really polite and helpful. I asked for extra sauce for the nuggets and he was really good about it. This is a fantastic restruauant because, first of all the staff is friendly here and they all get along really well. I love the fact that everyone has a outstanding attutide. I also love how their food and their drinks taste. They make it in a special way where it has that fancy restruauant taste. We grabbed a bite and headed to the soccer fields to eat and get ready for a game. Took one bite of quarter pound burger tasted raw slimy meat in my mouth. I had to spit it out only to find it was so raw. I like my steaks and burgers medium this was absolutely raw. We had to leave the park and drive back. The Managers no doubt saw it was raw and yelled at someone in the back telling them a Customer was served raw meat. Seriously you just ruined our afternoon having to drive back and you refused to refund our whole meal. The Company that owns this McDonald's policy is only the one meal. By the way the other meal was a kids meal 4 bucks. It will be a long time before I will touch another meal at McDonald's if ever. read more

I'm not a big fan of fast food restaurants, but The new chicken wings at McDonalds are pretty good. You can get them in 3, 5, or 10 pieces. They have a nice spicy kick, definitely give them a try. read more

Came here for breakfast and the service was great. They even brought the food to our table instead of calling us to the counter. Very hit or miss. I will come back to order inside, but I would avoid the drive through. read more
