Only rating this one star because I can't do zero. In my order I had gotten a normal cheeseburger with extra pickles and a medium sweet tea. On my burger, the bun was extremely wet and the tea had A HAIR INSIDE OF IT. See attached picture for more info. read more

My party of 5 (2 adults) ordered via app. The App made it very easy, unlike other fast food joints. It didn't seem that busy but did take nearly 20 minutes for our food to come out. 3 kids meals and 2 adult meals, it was around $40. I have to say we all left happy and full. Food is 3 stars, but the ease of ordering and great customer service earned this location a 4th star. Was not very happy with the kids tenders, quite measly and overcooked. The Sonic menu has a lot of variety and the outside was clean and tidy. We will very likely return! read more

You may remember Sonic from when you placed your order with servers on skates. Well, those days are long gone. Nevertheless this Fishhawk area Sonic still manages to get good, fast food to you quickly and economically. And, the food is surprisingly very good. 1 Star because I can't leave zero. The lady said they didn't have a Supersonic Breakfast burrito. When I inquired and described it, she pretended it was something she's never heard of. It's on the national menu. I just checked. She made a sausage and egg burrito half the size of a normal burrito and didn't even put cheese in it. I actually checked it for spit to make sure. I'm never going there again. That's the 2nd time if gone there and received a sausage and egg burrito without cheese instead of a Supersonic breakfast burrito. I was very dissatisfied with the service here today. I pressed the button for my order to be taken and it took over 10 minutes for them to respond. Then once i ordered, my meal took over 30 minutes for them to get me my order. Then once the order came, they tried to charge me for my meal again even though i paid with a card at the kiosk. The staff was very unapologetic and were not very helpful when asked where my order was. Would not recommend if looking for fast/polite service. read more

This is the worst sonic I've ever been to. Sat at a stall with the button pressed for about 15 minutes on a Sunday morning at 10am and nobody answered. No other customers at the place. Eventually went through the drive thru and asked for a coffee that's clearly on the menu and the lady had no idea what we were talking about. It was clear on the main menu as well as being advertised on the electric menu at the stall. Then told us they no longer carry it? I get here and ask what the new sandwiches are and the person has no clue what I'm talking about and it's right on their screens....so she was rude in finding out and explaining it to me. Went to this location at 7:45 on Wednesday morning. Nothing was happening. I sat in the drive-through for five minutes no one ever came on the speaker. This location is notorious for taking forever. Their staff is often seen sitting outside smoking on break while there's a line wrapped around the building. I'm surprised this location has lasted this long. read more

I love sonic especially when they have the 50 cent corn dog deals, they had one on Halloween and it was so convenient. The high school aged kids who hang out here should not be encouraged by the staff to continue disruptive and unsafe behavior such as speeding in circles through the parking lot while chain smoking, or blasting music to gain attention. Additionally, the staff should be focused on doing the job they are paid for, not hanging out with their friends while said friends are being disruptive. If the staff were able to focus on the task at hand, the food that was delivered to us would not only match what we ordered on the receipt (close, but not what we ordered), but perhaps it wouldn't be stale. (It was not appealing and tasted bad so it got thrown out.) Guys, if you wouldn't appreciate bad service yourself, do not provide bad service. And if you wouldn't enjoy stale or old food, do not serve it. Sorry, but this location was just not good. We won't be back. read more

This is my local Sonic so I want to support them, but 2 out of every 3 milkshakes I order here are wrong. They always seem to leave out a key ingredient (cookie dough, m&ms, etc). It's too bad cause I don't figure this out until I get home and start to eat it. I'm not sure if it is lack of care or adult supervision (it seems high school kids are all that work here), but this Sonic is quickly losing my patronage. There is a Coldstone Creamy a few miles away on Lithia-Pinecrest that always gets it right. I'm starting to think it's worth the extra 5 minute drive to go there.
