Sure, each one will cost you about 500 calories of your daily caloric intake, but Taco Bell is sooo good that I still have to indulge from time to time. This Taco Bell is clean and relatively new. The people who work there are always friendly, and they have never (so far) messed up my order! That is excellent and friendly customer service! For a chain restaurant, Taco Bell can be an excellent, low priced choice. IF you can get something from the Secret Menu. Didn't know Taco Bell has a 'Secret Menu'? Well, you will now because I'm going to tell you about it! Just remember, you might have to tell your Taco Bell worker the complete ingredients before they will make it for you! Taco Bell Secret Menu: - Double Grilled Quesadilla, which is grilled twice, making the cheese all melty and the outside all crunchy. Goodness! - The Superman, A double beef burrito, with potatoes, guacamole, sour cream, and crispy tortilla chips inside. - The Hulk, comes with a heaping portion of guacamole, stuffed into a bean and cheese burrito. - The Incredible Hulk, a 5-layer burrito, layered with 5 layers of guacamole instead of nacho cheese. - Cheesarito, a soft-shell tortilla with cheese, scallions and taco sauce. - Enchirito has cheese, beans and beef, and is smothered in red sauce and topped with diced onions. - Chili Cheese Burrito adds hot chili and melted cheese. - Waffle Taco, a breakfast taco with a waffle 'shell', and contains scrambled eggs and sausage. Had a mobile order paid online and decided to come inside and they didn't even bother checking the system just kept telling me they didn't have it at that store when I showed them on my phone the order and the correct address and they just told me they don't have it after showing that I had already paid. read more

The food quality here is horrible. Only thing this place has going for it is it's close to the school. Have ordered tacos and gorditas and there is barely any meat or if it's supposed to be a supreme it barely has the additional toppings. Just came today to get gift cards and the place states it opens at 9am - online states they are open -well it's 9:26am and they are not open. I should not be surprised. read more

This was the hell of tacobell. never have i EVER been so unsatisfied by a tacobell experience. when i first arrived, the manager connie, she forced me to take a review and she watched my screen and told me what to choose. she then refused to take my order until i did so. i never felt so scared and cornered. She then said to not say anything and snuck me a bag of cinnamon twists. i was SCARED. she then began talking to my little sister and wouldn't stop even when she was clearly petrified. we then get the food and the tacos are EMPTY. the crunch wrap had NOTHING in it basically. all of the food was a waste and expensive. this was a putrid experience. no wonder this has such bad reviews. This is probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever been too, My son and I went there about 45 mins before closing and the employee at the window told me they were closing early, While the other three stood in the back talking by the counter. This establishment has really stepped up there game idk if they had a change in management or what but there's definitely a difference. Every time I come here I always get greeted, they are always so friendly! Great customer service! The new restaurant manager needs a raise with how they flipped this store around. Its so nice and clean now, they are never skimpy like the other taco bells I've been to. They have never messed up my order and now im a regular here. I will definitely be coming back! The Taco Bell on Hwy 19 in Tarpon Springs, Fl is not participating in the T-MOBILE Tuesday. I was never told that and denied my TACO's. So I called their national headquarters in Irving Calif. and told them. They checked and said yes, it does not work as they have chosen NOT to participate. never was one store person told that, yet I was denied each time. Now the company is sending my coupons. I will see if I get them and let you know. I spent almost an hour in there last week with no success and going back to T-Mobile store, almost next door....drive in between.. it never would apply...now I know why. If I can find a participating store nearby it will be where I now take my business, not there. In the same area is Wendys which would NEVER treat me like that and they have the best manager in the world...for fast food. I love Wendy's. read more

I personally have enjoyed better TACO BELL's. I was not impressed with the lack of cleanliness of the Fish Hawk Location. I truly thought with the type of clients found in the Fish Hawk area the restaurants in the area would be clean for sure! The floor was sticky and there was a "sour smell" in the restaurant as if a dirty mop or rag had been used to clean with. This TACO BELL is a combination TACO BELL & Long John Silvers. On one visit , after we had ordered and paid for our food, we discovered there was no tartar sauce for the fish and a lack of concern to please the customers on the staff's part.
