I am severely disappointed with this McDonald's. Not only did they get my order wrong the staff was extremely rude. I ordered two McDoubles and got a 6 piece in return. Every time I come here it looks like they have stuffed my burger into their back pockets and played crack the egg on the trampoline out back. Not only do they need to get their staffs attitude in check (aka fix your customer service) they also need to go back into training mode because they all seem to be extremely confused back there. Not to mention this was a mobile order so I know they didn't mess up the order in communication over the intercom. Can you not read? What topped it all off is the woman at the first window ignored us for 5 mins then opened the window and said "okay" and shut the window again. She then proceeded to flip us off so we proceeded to the next window where we were told to wait for the next 20 minutes. We waiting almost 45 mins for something we did not order. Alright this place seems to go up and down on being able to do anything right. It's sad you can go one day and it's great go another and it's horrible. This time the soda fountain was out of carbonated water it seemed. It was nasty. They are so cheap that they literally give you half a piece of cheese on your food. Worst McDonalds ever! Yesterday 1030 am, drive through: "we're out of butter, sausage and burritos". Today: "I'd like 1 sausage egg mcmuffin w cheese". Them: "you can get two for $3.50. One is $5" ok sure. They ended up being egg mcmuffins with cheese. You know- with Canadian BACON - NOT sausage. So bad. Don't even bother. Oh, and McDonald's is supposed to take Apple Pay. Sign says lobby opens at 5am, however the lobby is NEVER opened earlier than 6:30 or 7am. I work nearby and when I get off, this is the most convenient stop for breakfast. I guess my business is unimportant. I've complained multiple times to no avail. read more

I frequent this McDonalds at least once a week sometimes several times depending where I am working. Last weekend and again this morning I ran into a very unpleasant and rude manager. Normally I go inside to order, the employees for the most part are very pleasant and I get my food pretty fast.. However last weekend the manager was in a bad mood and causing a big delay in orders. 8 customers waiting, the cashier ask how long and the manager started yelling at her in front of all of us. Took 14 miniutes to get a sausage, egg, cheese biscuit. Bad start to an early morning. Yesterday she was not there, Service was good, food hot an fresh, cashier very pleasant. This morning, 5:50 am, met manager at door. Was rudely told to go through drive through. I did, sat for over 4 minutes without an acknowledgement. Backed up and pulled forward again. She comes over the microphone, says, "backing up isn't gonna mak3 me work any faster, there is only 2 of us in here." .. which wa# incorrect because she had just let a guy in that made at least 3. I held my tongue and just left. I hav3 left complaints before on the survey. Evidently McDonalds does not care if they have rude employees or lose business. Have be3n a customer since 2008.
