Very understaffed in the morning, the NATIONAL employee discount doesn't work (works in other states) the bathrooms were a mess, wet toilet paper, needed a small, water cup and had to wait in line behind 4 people to get it. Messed up first order anyways so had to go back in line to get our order retaken (small order- under 5 items), cold decaf coffee, took long to brew then once fully brewed they said it was still brewing when it was clearly finished (we have eyes, you know...) staff were rude. Overall, a very unpleasant McDonald's. The one in Lake City reigns superior in every way. read more

Definitely wouldn't recommend staff was rude the lobby smelled like a sewage and they refused to give me a refund because they said that they were a franchise and were unable to offer refunds. read more

One star for being close to the freeway. 1/2 for being somewhat quick. Place is a dump. Seats need redone, faucet in bathroom sprays your body not your hands, dryer is cold and does not stay on long enough to dry your hands. Manager yelling at employees for standing around and talking with a dining room full of customers. Floor is terrible. I suggest keep driving! read more

Stopped by for some breakfast at 6:30am while traveling. The dining room wasn't open. Other restaurants nearby had their dining rooms open. This used to be a regular stop for us. Pushed on down the road to Tallahassee and went to a competitors restaurant. We found a new regular stop. read more

Overall just plain NASTY food. Boycotting McDonald's in general due to the chains food practices and the chemicals they put in their products. When a two year old cheeseburger has no problem old growing on it, its time to AVOID the products it sells. Oh, but I did meet the district manager. We overheard his comments he made in a meeting he held in the lobby area with the managers of this location. We did like the changes he was implementing as far as the customer service issues. If I want McDonald's, I do not go to this one. I'd rather drive the 20-30 minutes to another town and get McDonald's. My last experience was the last draw and I wrote the corporation. If you stop here, check your order, and when I was told to pull up I watched them sit my food on the counter after 15 minutes walked in and guy grabbed the bag and handed it to me and turned around and walked off. Drive thru is extremely slow - took us 20 minutes just to have our order taken, and even then they took the order from the other window twice. Get to the window, it's apparently cash only in the drive thru but we weren't told that. Worst customer service. Heed the other reviews and go somewhere else. read more

I did not want to give this store even one star but you can't post without it , Do yourself a favor and drive on by. I have been going in this store 5 days a week for coffee and sometimes breakfast, on and off for the last 9 moths. I finally gave up they have never got my order correct yet and they don't care. . I now drive across town to Hardy's. No apologies no accountability. This is without a doubt the worse McDonald's I have ever been too, they should be ashamed, it's a disgrace. Do not waste your time the service is horrible they bag half your food and let it sit there getting cold while they jump to another order and leave that order without finishing then come back to your order and try to service you cold old food! 1. Bathrooms need to be cleaned & stocked. 1st stall no TP. 2nd stall A little TP only. Hand dryer needs fixed so it would actually dry your hands. 2. Girl who took order had attitude with a capital A! Had to repeat my order 3 times. She even spoke back to another customer telling him he told her incorrectly. RUDE!! 3. All I ordered was a lg ice tea, sundae & milkshake. Took them almost 20 minutes for my order to be made & that was after I asked about it & was told it hadn't even been started yet. No apologies. Then I asked for a refund. The manager then told me she was getting ready to start the order so i told her I would take the order. Manager was very nice but all her employees need some training on working with the public. More than one had major attitude. The asst manager even yelled back from the counter side to the person taking drive thru orders to get the orders entered correctly as she was having to correct them. Why she didn't walk back there to speak to her rather than yell it across the kitchen... We travel thru this area a lot & are satisfied with other McD's but will not go back to this one. read more

I sat at this McDonald's in the drive-through for 25 minutes- Longer than I've waited for a sit down meal! It was ridiculous.

when i walked in, i was greeted by the manager i believe. she was nice, she seemed a bit irritated. i didn't think nothing of it. i got my food and left. i then went back inside to get another burger. she was oddly rude. she handed me the bag in a rude manner. she didn't even say anything. she just handed it to me. and walked back mad. will not return again. read more

Literally the WORST place to eat at. I got there and ordered 2 cheese burgers and 2 chicken wraps before 9 PM and didn't leave until 9:45. The workers there didn't know what they were doing, the cook kept messing around, and the cashier who I guess was the manager there ignored the other guest waiting to order she was more worried about cups. There weren't more than 3 other people in the McDonalds at the time, the other "cook" looked like he didn't even know what he was doing he just had his hands down his pants just playing with himself (Metaphorically speaking he didn't actually have his hands down his pants) back to the other cook, this girl in there had make up on her face and the guy legit said "No f*ck that" then turned away. Then they started being stuck up with their sauce like bitch I waited 40 minutes give me my fucking sauce. This isn't the first time I've had a horrible experience here either. Before this I went through the drive through and waited a good 20 minutes and didn't even make it to the first window before I decided to go to Taco Bell.
