This location is possibly the best location on the west side. They're fast because all of the Uber Eats drivers post up here and collect their orders. So I ordered thru the app as usual. I get there and the food is not ready. My card was charged and they say they can't find the order but I got an email mail saying food will be ready soon and the lady basically said I was lying and I need to change addresses and say where to pick it up and what table and what corner of the building I want to pick it up from. My new favorite McDonald's for absolutely ridiculous reasons. I've only been to this location a couple of times but thus far, no issues with any of my orders, woohoo. The bad thing about this McDonald's is they have no drive thru. I repeat - no drive thru! You can, however, order through their app and have your order brought out to you. I find it super fast to run in and grab my order though. The good thing about this location is the fellow patrons are always so nice! I have zero idea what the deal is but people here always open the door for me coming in and out & say friendly things + give compliments. My apple pies were tasty. Hash brown was fine. Soda good too. Dined inside the restaurant. Plenty of seats available that morning. Plenty of parking too. I love pickles and tomatoes. And always order extra in a chicken sandwich and on the side. I almost dread coming to this McDonald's coming to this location because they never fail to make a mistake on my order. Even with multiple notes on the order to please provide enough for the 12 cups of coffee that come in a tote, they still refuse to send them. Really not my first choice for eating out anywhere, anytime. But, this happened to be close to where we were going and we were on a bit of a time crunch so ..... When we arrived, there were two options for placing an order. Counter with a person or kiosk electronic menu boards. We opted for the kiosk. Now down grade in the review for that, we kind of fiddled around with it a bit making some customizations that we didn't know you could make. That actually was kind of cool. They could streamline it a little, such as getting a drink size other than small isn't super intuitive. We waited for our order and they brought it out. Several problems, including but not limited to, not brining our complete order and not including the sauce we requested. After 2 or three trips to the counter we were able to get it right. The food was ok. Basic fast food. Some of it was fresh, some wasn't so fresh. It was basically what I would expect of an outing to McDonald's. I wouldn't return, but given the choice and time, I probably wouldn't have gone here to begin with. read more

The ordering line wasn't very clearly marked when we walked in. Customers were standing all around. We found out that most were waiting for their orders. Then the menu screen wasn't rotating, so we couldn't see what kind of options we had. Then our number was called, and we had half of our order, and a bag of someone else's order. They finally fixed it and the food tasted good. No refills, unfortunately. Other McDonald's give you free refills. Wish I could leave negative stars. I am sick so my husband went to pick up some food tonight. We both ordered through our apps. I sent my husband the screenshot and he showed them like he has done multiple times. The manger John claimed he didn't get the order so he couldn't make it. He said the orders don't come through until you arrive. Even though they were already outside with my husbands food when he arrived and again, we have done this multiple times. He said we had to cancel the order and get a refund through the app which does not allow that and you can't reorder as long as the order hasn't been canceled which he claimed he couldn't do. (A really GREAT app. give THAT creator a promotion for sure.) so now only my husband actually has dinner. Wonderful! So I called John and literally read him word for word from the app saying the restaurant has to be contacted to cancel the order and be refunded so I KNOW they have my order. He told me he didn't make the app and it's not his problem if I don't have food or my refund. REFUSED to help me then basically, after being super rude, hung up on me! I recommend not going to McDonald's at all but if you must, go to La Brea where they are friendly and helpful and can manage to get your orders and actually give you the overpriced food you paid for. read more

It's the coffee that is as good as its gets, a least in regards to fast food and restaurants in general. Yes, I'm an expert on coffee. I have purchased in the past Panama Hacienda La Esmeralda Super Mario Geisha when it was $87 per pound whole bean, but it's now $350.00 per pound and I have not indulged (prices for Esmeralda vary depending on the specific lot and area of the farm). That was the best coffee ever. Drinking that one black is the way to go. I do buy other types for home consumption. At home I use a french press and grind my own beans. I've had coffee in all of the notorious popular retail places as well as many restaurants. McDonald's coffee is better than most all of them. Great real coffee aroma and taste, and only $2.15 plus tax for a medium size. They will put the cream and sugar in for you if that's how you take it or they'll give you packets. So if you what really good coffee and quickly MCD has it, and at times I'll get an apple pie to go with it. All the locations I've been to have the same great coffee. read more

Second time that I go to this restaurant and they give me the wrong sauce for my chicken nuggets. First time I used the self order machine so I had a doubt but this time I ordered at the register to make sure I got the right sauce, I even commented to the cashier their mistake last time and they did it again. I asked for regular Honey and they gave me Honey mustard . Chicken nuggets without sauce are very dry. Once again I got a wrong order, I asked for brown sugar oatmeal and they gave me plain. The kiosk doesn't scan the McD App. Once you pay at the kiosk, the offers from the App can't apply. You need to go to the counter in order to use the offers at this location. It is weird. The McCafe drink is supposed to be made to order. But they gave me a drink from a bunch of drinks on the counter. Maybe it is not a good cue to show it is made to order. read more

Donald's Work Kevin especially late night be Bauer the service is always terrible and the food is either cold or not well put together. Nice location. Very quick and easy ordering with little waiting time. They have a small lot next door. I can always find at least one spot. They have a patio in the front but no drive thru here.
