Geez I rate this Chicken salad sub a 5/5 it was perfect! My first time trying it. The ingredients are just a perfect combo on it. I recommend it 100% I come to this Jersey Mikes because it next to my job. I came on a Monday afternoon and I ordered via the Jersey Mikes app, so it was quick. The staff is nice here! They welcome you each time which is a good feeling when you arrive to any restaurant. Always clean every time I been here , plenty of seating. $15 for a 7 inch sandwich from a chain is such a joke and what's even funnier is that on DoorDash it's misleading they put the mini price and when you select the sandwich it changes to the regular price which is that absurd amount. You are not artisanal you are a subway without rats. read more

We had to choose the location that was on the back of the coupon so we selected the closest location which we the Miracle Mile location. We are regulars at our Jersey Mike's in North Hollywood location and we love their service. There is an amazing fast friendly employee (Elton) who I haven't seen in a while, naturally I assumed he quit or moved. Today I came in and to my surprise he was in the store today, so I knew I was going to get a correct order this time and quick which is what fast food should be. I started having a conversation on why I haven't seen him, and his scrawny coworker with glasses interrupted our conversation to say "he's not the manager, I am, he's just a crew member " I was utterly shocked confused and baffled at how the "manager " wanted to belittle his employees IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER! I am confused as to why the manager wanted to ruin my experience and just made me feel as if I started something? Completely unprofessional! For anyone coming to this location, if you don't see a tall guy with dreads just go somewhere else. You'll most likely get an incorrect order, or wait your entire lunch break waiting for a simple sub. If I could give ZERO stars for my experience because of the "manager" I would! read more

Jersey Mike's has great subs. This specific location is no different. Their subs taste great. The workers here all seemed very kind, and very attentive. I have one complaint and one complaint only. None of the workers wear masks. I know the mandates are over. I know the workers don't have to wear masks. But I am fully allowed to be unhappy when I see people making my food without masks. Regardless of whether they have to or not, I'm entitled to my opinion. I don't like to jeopardize my health just because I need to get some food, and unfortunately I don't feel safe in this store because the workers are maskless. If the owner cared about perfect customer service, then the owner would require the workers to wear masks. Doing so would be a safer working environment for the workers, and a safer environment for the customers. Honestly, I feel like I should give a 1 star because of it, but the workers were nice, and the food tastes great as usual, so I think a 2 is fair. I will not come here again, because I only like to shop in places where the workers wear masks.
