Solid In N Out experience at the Culver City location. I got lettuce-wrapped double burgers with a fry. The organization and assembly line of In N Out is always so impressive. The burger is simple classic if we were to nitpick I'd say the tomato on these burgers was not a super prime tomato.. fries were perfect. You have to know this food doesn't travel. I couldn't get the name of the worker, but her name started with a Y (I think Yonela?). This was on Thursday, 3/12/2026. I was waiting for my order and not even close to the register, and she saw that my drink holder was wet and that it could have potentially broken and spill all my drinks. She went out of her way to get me a new holder and even placed napkins between the cups to prevent it from getting wet. The place was at peak lunch hour as well. I was likely going to cross the street with the drink holder and she prevented a massive headache for me. WORST location!!! Drive a little further to visit a different location. The employees here do not understand the meaning of customer service. Most are not friendly or engaging. There is a communication breakdown when ordering to cooking. This location is technically closest to me and 9 out of 10 times the order is wrong. If you're not getting "animal style" your order will be wrong guaranteed. It's literally like they aren't even reading the order. This isn't a complicated order...it's a burger, with or without toppings. During my last visit I asked for a side of pickles when my order was taken.SHOCKER when they weren't in my bag at pick up, I asked. The stare down I received from the ladies in the pick up window felt like they were burning holes in my soul. Over pickles that I asked for when ordering!!! It's a pretty simple solution, the order takers should be using their earpiece to announce items that take more time at the pickup window...like well done fries & whole/grilled onion. It keeps the line moving efficiently. But, the order takers at this location are more interested in talking to each other. I'm embarrassed to admit that I've been a Karen and called corporate on this location HALF of all the times my order was wrong. I've suggested an investigation, not entirely based on mistakes, but of a quality concern. At this location specifically, the quality and integrity of the in n out brand just isn't there. I keep coming back once every month or so to see if anything has changed, it hasn't. I stopped by late last night after a concert and of course, when I got my order, it was wrong. This location is not consistent. Sometimes the food safety and hygiene is questionable, sometimes there are no problems.

First time I was in line in the drive-through and it went very quick. The guy working tonight was very nice and respectful. However, my food was not quality you can taste. The burger was freezing cold and the french fries tasted stale. You would think because it wasn't too busy of a night. The quality would be better. In-N-Out pays good money for the employees to not slack off like this but instead while waiting for my food in the drive-through, we have employees playing like they're not at work, they didn't even give me my condiments that I had asked for because they were too busy in their conversation.
