Sat in curbside delivery spot #1 for 20 minutes (watched 6 cars pull into the drive thru and get on the road while I waited). Finally decided to go through the drive thru to pick up the mobile order that was paid for 30 minutes prior. If the melted ice in my coke wasn't a testimony to this catastrophe, my room-temperature food certainly was. To be clear, this place is usually spot on in the mornings, but today the older woman was flying solo, which is an obvious management issue, and in her defense, that woman is the constant at this place. Friendly greeting! They brought the food to the the table and handled a special request for the burger. If could rate the friendly staff and food alone, it would be a 4. The negative issue was the dining room was not clean at all. I literally had to search the through the whole dining room for a table that was clean and didn't have any trash on it. All other tables had trash and or ketchup smeared on them. There were only two other tables with customers sitting at them. Also the floor needs to be swept and moped. I never went back into the bathroom so I cannot comment on that. I'm not saying don't go to the McDonald's. I'm hope the staff can work a little harder to correct this issue for the future. read more

Wow, this Mickey D's was dirty in the dining area and the drink and condiment area...supplies were not stocked...the soda was flat...and the tables were dirty with stuck on ketchup and mustard etc....yuck...someone wasn't maintaining the place. This has got to be theee worst McDonalds ever! Was driving by to go to work and stopped by to get a small coke and a sausage biscuit. There were about 8 people who had just ordered in front of me and each of them had at least 2 orders placed each! It took the food assemblers 25 minutes!!!!! To get my 1 biscuit!! No I'm sorry or anything from the staff! I had asked them about 15 minutes in what is taking my order set so long. I got no reply. So after work I stopped by again and talked to the manager and told her the situation. All she said was is that she didn't know what happened because she wasn't there at the time. Went back again with my wife to grab a quick bite on our way home. Same crap!! Took forever and people in front of us were pissed off too about their order taking soo long! By the time we got ours, my wife's sandwich had little to no lettuce and what was there was bad! So I took it back showing them and said, can I get some better lettuce please. She took the sandwich and made a new one! That's fine if you don't own the business I guess because you are throwing someone else's money away!! I've been here twice and every time I've been asked to park for 30 minutes and also my soda was not good because syrup was running out. However the service I received was nice when I brought up the soda which is why I'm giving it two stars as well as the runners have always been kind. This is first McDonald's I've ever seen that parked so many cars just to keep their drive thru time good don't appreciate it. I have lived in Louisa for many years and I have to say this McDonalds has screwed up time and time again your probably wondering why I go back if they mess up all of the time and the answer is because there is no where else to eat fast in Louisa except Hardee's and I don't like their food! Anyways so I went there on my way to work and it was three minutes till 11 and I ordered chicken nuggets meal ( the 10 piece) large frys and large drink well the ice in the drink was all the way to the top, I asked for a sweet and sour and the bbq they use for the tenders to dip my fry's in she said that it will be 22 cents for the sauce so I gave it to her then I asked for one more sweet and sour she again said it would be 22cents so I said but it says I get two sauces she said yes you got sweet and sour and bbq! So once I paid for the sauce I left and got to thinking I paid for the second and third sauce which means they took advantage of me by charging me for sauces, I was into much of a hurry to think about it at the window but while driving to work I processed it all and now I am so angry because they had the audacity to charge for something you're supposed to get with the nuggets! To top it all off my food was cold you would think since they were switching from breakfast to lunch it wouldn't be cold like it was!! Another time I visited this same location and was suppose to get chicken tenders tossed in the sauce and they brought a burger to my car I went back in and told them I was suppose to have tenders the manager yanked the bag from my hand and started yelling at the employees I said ma'am she didn't bring the bag to my car your other manager did and she rolled her eyes at me. Worlds worst. The building sure is pretty with the copper roof, but they screwed my order up so badly. They gave my 8yr who ordered a bacon burger, one with HABERNERO sauce on it. She cried for hours. My mouth was on fire. I filed a complaint and got two message neither of which said sorry or even offered the child and ice cream cone. But, was told that I could only have one and I must pay for the second tub of hot mustard - that is, their policy. An assistant manager who goes by the name of Jessica heard my displeasure. She explained that although the Mc chicken sandwiches did not come with any sauces, however, she would give me two tubs of hot mustard this time, but NOT ON FUTURE VISITS. I created the scenario with her of 'what if I ordered a 4-PC McNuggets' - how many tubs hot mustard could I receive? She stated that I would get one but I could purchase additional condiments. Then I asked what if I ordered three -4 piece McNuggets, how many would I receive? She stated one sauce of my choosing, but I could purchase as many as I wanted. I asked her 'do you hear how ridiculous that sounds coming out of your mouth?' She apologized but said that is the company policy. This assistant manager was very dismissive with her demeanor and probably should be in the kitchen preparing food instead of dealing with the public. One final note . . . while the country is enjoying a McDonald's promotion of large drinks being only one dollar, apparently this McDonald's does not follow suit. They will charge you $1.59 for a large drink I thought that McDonald's created the dollar menu and special promotions from time to time to get customers in the door since their market share was dropping. Absolutely worst McDonalds we have ever been in. We live here in this town! They park you in the drive through for everything. I'm not exaggerating when I say I was parked one time for one single cup of coffee. Its no shocker to see several cars being parked at anytime going by there. They charge you for extra sauces. They give you two for a 20 piece nuggets and when you ask for more they will state they will have to charge you. Every time we go through the drive through something is forgotten or wrong. Every single time. On one accession my kid gets home and opens his happy meal, to find only fries in it. No nuggets no gogurt no toy. Its happens more often then not. So we check the bag now before we pull off, the people at the window act annoyed your checking , then wen you state something is missing, they want to see the bag and, then they dig their hands through your food in the bag trying to find the missing item. Once they realize you were not trying to pull a fast one on them, they put the missing item in the bag and hand it back and shut the window. No apologies, not even a thank you .THEY made a mistake. But its always this way. We have called several times and complained about this McDonald's and we received some free meal coupons. The parking people stuff has improved. However everything else remains the same every time. I have kids. So we frequent McDonalds in our town. But I hate to give them my money. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

Terrible experience - again. We just moved to Louisa and was our third unsatisfactory visit to this location. All three times the food was cold. Our third visit was at noon and we thought every thing would be fresh. Nope. We ordered two Big Mac meals and apple pies. Every thing was cold. The fries were cold and hard. A repeat of our previous visits. The manager was rude. She grabbed our bag threw it in a microwave and tossed it back to me. I told her microwaving was unacceptable and she took the bag and put it under the counter. Fresh food was not offered- she just asked if I wanted a refund. Another customer was behind me with the same complaint. This is a continuous issue at this location. read more
