To be clear, this place is usually spot on in the mornings, but today the older woman was flying solo, which is an obvious management issue, and in her defense, that woman is the constant at this place. She's always there busting her butt to keep things running smoothly. I wonder where management was this morning while this woman was getting completely overwhelmed all by herself.

Twelve minutes turned out to be over thirty minutes of waiting for our twelve peace family meal. I was not offered an apology, a soda, or even a half a gallon of tea for my inconvenience. Very bad customer service. The food was terrific though.

Friendly service right off the bat and the location was clean and well-kept. There's something about eating a pan pizza at one of these locations that just makes the entire experience special. It even had the salad bar up and running. Only bummer was they didn't have an operating arcade game. Other than that, this place rocks for dine-in!

The salads were value-priced at $6.25 each, and were appropriately sized for lunch. Husband's salad had a good amount of beef; mine was a little light on the chicken. The menu is extensive with appetizers, main meals, desserts, and drinks. We plan to return at a busier time to check out their margaritas, and perhaps on a Sunday morning for their Sunday brunch.
