I live close to this location. I go frequently but normally just order unsweetened tea. Seven times in a row I have received sweet tea. My last visit there I asked the girl if my tea was unsweetened. She asked me what I ordered and I repeated my order. She then tells me "well that's what you got". I pulled away and tasted it. Of course it was wrong. I went in to the store and asked for the manager. When he finally came out I told him how unhappy I was. He asked me if I came in to complain only about a tea. I told him seven times in a row it was wrong so yeah. If he could have told me to get lost I think he would have. He made no effort to speak to the server and didn't even bother to ask who it was. We get there and order all of our food. We sit down the ceiling starts leaking on the floor and they don't clean it up for about 5 to 10 minutes after that we ordered our food. It came out 20 minutes late and they gave both me and my coworker the wrong thing there was a random autistic dude walking around for no apparent reason making me very uncomfortable employees were rude. Food is terrible- change the grease, please! We were given a double cheeseburger with a piece of meat folded to make it look bigger than it was. The "cheese" I'm not sure was usable cheese. The fries were disgusting. Just the look, not to mention they were cold. The nuggets, well my dogs food looked more appetizing. The service is horrendous with the exception of the nice young man in the second window. You my dear were a gem compared to the rude soul working the register. The only bonus was the tea was correct. The rear of the building is gross and the employees that openly smoke at the entrance are a bonus if you want to walk through a cloud of smoke to enjoy your food. I live near and this was always my go-to spot for a quick meal, breakfast, or a sweet treat. The service has gone way down, the quality of the food is terrible. Over the past 6-months, I've returned incorrect orders, and poor food quality. Employees smoke right outside the back door so you have to breathe that in when you order. I live two minutes from this purchase; the bun was hard and the chicken dry and cold, by the time I got home. It had to be packaged that way. Time to move on. read more

I ordered a large fry and I received it half full. I asked them to fill it to the top and the worker said they can't take it back. So I said ok well I want a large fry and this isn't a large fry. And she told me to go to the 3rd spot to wait for fries to be done. I've been waiting here for a solid 15 minutes watching mass cars pull through and a three minute period of zero cars in line. I went back through the line and they gave me a small fry and I asked why it had taken so long and the girl who was sitting on her phone said it was "busy". I said that they needed to touch up on their customer service because that was absolutely ridiculous. And she said "you need to work on your attitude" and slammed the window. I cannot believe this. This morning, I decided to have my breakfast at McDonalds. I was hoping to enjoy my sausage egg and biscuit with a nice free water cup. Until, when I asked for a water cup, they told me that they no longer have water cups. I was truly stunned when I heard this. Why is a thirsty human being having to pay for the most important thing for survival? This is a disgrace. After a 14+ hr day working I just wanted an unsweetened iced tea. It was around 8:45, drive through person said "only drinks and fries." I ordered unsweetened iced tea "pull around." First window was closed, second window woman said she thought I drove off & was "going to flag you down." She started complaining about the cost increase of the tea, that McDonald's taxed the "sweet tea twice." I had no idea what she was talking about - I had to ask how much it was, she said $1.79, I gave her $2. She immediately started howling in pain, doubled over....when I asked her what was wrong "I have a pinched nerve" then started howling again. she doubled over started pointing at her hand....it was surreal. I've seen toddlers fake it better. I drove off, didn't get my change, dumped the tea out for fear of what she'd put in it. I hope she put the $2 to good use. McDonald's "feedback" is an endless loop of "contact us" - then it takes you to a store locator, then to a page about store hours (it stated they closed at 12) but no place to add feedback. When I clicked on "contact us" - the loop started gain, store locator, store page - no way to leave feedback. Time for me to stop going through the drive through for tea.....tomorrow I will purchase an ice tea maker and avoid McDonalds all together. read more

I use to go through in the morning drive thru and had no problems. The two women who are always working both windows are great. In the afternoon and particularly the later crew, is awful. Most times, they have an excuse that they're not taking orders, due to lack of help, I've even got a drink that looked as if it sat for awhile, ice melted and it was not filled to the top. Not only that, going in to eat is another problem, because the dining and play areas are filthy! This McDonald's has been in business here in Loveland for 39 years, I would hope that they will make a grand sweep and change this restaurant for the better, or close it down! read more

So dirty! Heath warning for anyone eating here. I expressed concern and just got excuses from management on how much they care. Children's play area and birthday area has years of filth that has not be cleaned. Management and owner clearly don't care about your experience base on the dirty conditions of this restaurant. IMO they also don't care about your health and need to be educated on what kinds of viruses are living in their restaurant. Food, dirt, dust, cobwebs, grease, all over restaurant including food prep area which can be seen from customers view. What can't we see? Where is the health department and McDonald's Corp on this? This is the most efficient, clean and consistent McDonald's I've ever been to. The staff are nice and generally seem to appreciate working there. The orders have always been correct, and the drive thru line moves so fast I feel like I'm slowing THEM down. I've only ordered ice cream once, but yes the machine was working. Whoever is managing this location should be in charge of the region or all locations lol. I'm giving this five stars on the McDonald's scale. I've told myself over the past few months to grant some grace for folks working in food service these days. But, Wednesday, November 11th, 8:45pm will be the last time I go to the McDonald's in Loveland, OH.  (And I've gone here multiple times per week to be supportive of local businesses.) I ordered a McDouble, Med , and a drink for dinner.  Nothing special. 1) Food (so bad I took pics): The burger was burnt and cold; the fries were cold and barely half full in the container; the drink managed to come out correctly. 2) Service: at 0 touch points was I ever thanked. Not when they took my order, took my money, nor gave me my food.  They also didn't give me my receipt (which is why I'm posting here and not McDonald's customer survey site). 3) Management: Woman who claimed to be Manager but said she "don't have to give her name" when I asked was unbelievably rude.  When I saw my fries were barely 1/2 a container and cold (I always check my order before pulling from window--missing or wrong items too many times), I waved at woman working the food window (Mgr.) to let her know and to ask for hot . She looked at me 2x and turned her back to me both times--obviously, purposefully ignoring me. I pulled forward and went inside where she rudely told me I had to get out--not allowed inside. (I thought "lobby closed" on big sign just meant no eating inside. There was no sign on the door indicating no admittance and door was unlocked.)  When I told her I had just come through drive-thru and repeatedly tried getting her attention, all she said was she didn't see me and "get out".  Well, "not seeing me" will be true henceforth.  I don't know if there's a new owner, but this place was never this horrible across all areas: food, service, and management. (Environment: Almost forgot--someone threw their burger on the sidewalk going toward the door--guess I'm not the only one with a bad experience.) Don't go here if you want McDonald's food and to be treated like a valued customer. read more

This particular McDonald's has employees on the front registers with no masks on at all one girl with a blue bandanna had her mask underneath her chin. I stood there for a few minutes and watch the back end where people are actually making the food and there was not one person that had their mask on properly they are all underneath their nose! Obviously I left and didn't get food so I cannot review on that part. I was the only customer in there wearing my mask. read more

Health warning!!! If I could give this McD's a minus 5 stars I would. I'm not a huge fan of McD generally speaking but it does fulfill a need on occasion. Anyway, after a quick happy meal dinner for my 5 yr old, she insisted on going into the Play Place (I loathe these filthy habitrails but said yes this time). After about 10 minutes of play, my daughter said she wanted to show me something, which turned out to be POOP smeared on one of the slides. GROSS! She had it on the outside of her pants, having slid through it! Double GROSS!! I quickly instructed her to get her shoes on so we could wash and leave, but before we did I stopped at the cashier to inform them of the disgusting conditions of the PP and need to close it. This is where the -5 stars come in... It took about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was standing at the empty ordering counterand then the cashier informed me that they were down in staff and there was NOTHING she could do about the Play Place at that time. I lost it and proceeded to inform her of the health hazards of human fecal matter in a restaurant... and asked for the manager. The manager was sloth-like in his reaction to this information. Did not apologize nor provide any indication that he would "manage" the situation. I took my daughter to the bathroom to clean her up and when I returned, the manager was still behind the counter and the Play Place still had not been closed. I then LOUDLY announced that the store had sever health violations and would be writing a review and contacting the health department. He then put on gloves and said he was going to go clean it. I'm sure whatever cleaning was done was superficial at best and will NEVER allow my kids in one of those again (and now they understand why). This store gets a lot of business being next to a school, but has serious issues and would never recommend going there to anyone. This whole experience may have sealed the deal for never returning to any McDs, and especially not that one. read more

This is by far the worst McDonald's. The worst part is it's the only one closest to my house so it's convenient. It seems to only be operating by teenage kids who would rather have kept their unemployment then returning back to work. Not only is it slow and every time I go they always miss an item, they smoke cigarettes in the drive thru area. Won't be returning back. I don't expect much from McDonalds...but I just had an awful experience here. I know I shouldn't judge a store on one experience...but, I AM JUDGING! I ordered a Large #10 (10 Nuggest fries and a drink.) And, I ordered a plain double cheeseburger for my dad. As I left the drive-thur I realized the following things: 1. No cheeseburger. 2. Medium Fry (Not large like I requested) 3. No Straw 4. No Napkins 5. Regular Coke, (not Diet like I requested) Seriously...WTF McDonalds!?
