Visited this restaurant trying to get my child a kids meal and they wouldn't allow me to get fries instead of Apple slices. We fell for that once and found the apple sliced to have a nasty preservative​ on them that tastes nothing like apples. This is the only McDonald's that does this. The store was also dirty at the time. read more

Have been here a couple of times to let the kids play in the indoor play area and have been thoroughly disgusted with the cleanliness of the kids area both times. The first time I thought it was maybe a fluke and I gave them another try this morning (kids were begging to go!). A mistake! At 9am the bathroom meant for kids was trashed.....I mean trashed which means that it was not cleaned from the night before (there was only one other family there with us that early - they were equally as disgusted). I couldn't even take my child in there to go potty. This was the same experience we had the last time we were there. I took pictures and will post them if I can. I would avoid this location if you at looking for a play area for the kids for sure. read more

Would've given 0 if I could. Said they were short staffed 30 minutes before closing but there were two employees outside on a "break"

I frequent this location at least weekly. Never had any glaring issues until now. When I drove up to pay I hand over my payment and instead of getting the change immediately like usual the cashier decides to spend half a minute to text before finishing up with me. Then I get to the next window and not a word is said, not a "here you go" or "thank you for ordering with us" not even a response to my "Thank you", just complete silence. Thankfully my food is plain like I asked, but the marketing had me think the "new" chicken sandwiches are any different from past ones. That last ones on me, y'all work on your customer service, this is basic stuff. I most likely will be back, grudgingly. read more

I wondered why this location had such low reviews. Tonight we figured it out. We went thru the drive-thru for a soda & a couple of menu items. Should have been a quick stop. They have the double drive-thru so it's supposed to be efficient. Oh...my...goodness. We were stuck (trapped) in that car line for a good 20-25 minutes. Couldn't imagine what was going on in there, but it soon occurred to us that there were only 2 people working in there managing the drive-thru & the dining room (both were open). The employees who served us were professional & courteous despite their situation, so I appreciated that very much. When we finally got our order it was hot, fresh & correct. This issue here is clearly a management one. Do better, Loveland McDonald's! No excuse for putting your staff in that situation. I don't know why you had only 2 people running entire restaurant but that just doesn't cut it. If you're the manager, step up & help out. Thank you to the 2 team members for doing a great job under the circumstances. You are appreciated by your customers. You deserve better support from your management team. read more

Filthy, nasty mess.Manager "Tommy", is a prissy person. Works children for less than minimum wage.Says it's his store he can start teenagers off as he wishes. Is not a CORPORATE store. Recently remodeled, but the play area is still a nasty mess.Restrooms are never cleaned.Went in early morning to get a cup of Java, had to use restroom, had stains in toilet, and toilet paper all over the floor.Told manager, and he sent a teenage kid in there to clean. This is 2nd time in couple weeks they messed up my order. I usually don't go to McDonald's but occasionally for a treat for kids. Last time their cheeseburger happy meal was actually chicken nuggets (guess McDonald's messed it up with someone else) but my kids ate it so no big deal. This time I ordered a large fry-it was about half full, but old fries. Not hot/crispy. You could see the grease glistening there was so much on them & they were mushy not crispy like they are supposed to be. read more

Two days ago I stopped here to get food for the kids. They screwed up the order by charging me for 3 large fries when I ordered two. They gave me two chocolate shakes instead of one and a strawberry. Today. I go for a burger and a small fry. I wait in line forever and when I finally got to the window, I noted the time. I spent 8 min. at the window waiting. I finally get my order, one burger and small fry and the fries are cold. Not even lukewarm, cold. I understand 14 year olds work here but seriously, spend a little more money and get skilled labor. This particular McDonald's has the best manager. I don't know how long he's been there ( I hadn't been in a while) but he's really really quick, friendly, accurate, and keeps everyone on the ball and cheerful. They should put him in charge of the whole corporation! He's turned a dreary old McDonalds into a reliably quick and clean and yummy fast-food stop. Filthy. Constantly filthy. Food lays on the floor for hours and the play area is a disaster. The drive thru messes up any "special" (like asking for yogurt instead of fries in a kids meal) order at least 70% of the time. Eat breakfast there a lot. Coffee and the Egg McMuffins are hot and tasty. Coffee equally good. Service is fast and courteous. Usually the morning FOX news channel is playing. The only down side is the design of the new building. No thought was given to the direction of the morning sun. On cloudless days the sun wipes out more than half or the seats during the breakfast hours. A simple overhang design would block the sun and still leave the windows unobstructed. read more

We enjoy this McDonald's the most in this area. Is it the cleanest place~ no, but it's definitely not dirty. The play area is a lot of fun for my 2, 6 and even 8 year old! Service is always pleasant and sometimes even impressive. Food is fast, kids love it and they even have free kiddie cones with all kids meals (something other locations do not do), but you have to request prior to leaving. read more

the worker that gave me my uber eats food scolded me for being an hour late when i arrived two minutes after the order was sent to my phone. she then proceeded to be rude to children asking for their food and when a new worker came in for his shift she loudly said welcome to hell. infront of children. she was not wearing a name tag and her mask was pulled down to her chin so it wasn't even covering her face. read more

After reading several negative reviews, I can say I came here with low expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered food through the drive thru, and the staff was courteous and even apologized for our wait time (less than 5 minutes total) Our order was correct, minus the BBQ saice for the nugges, and hot. Since I have 2 kids under 4, we order food in the drive thru and then go inside to enjoy the play area. The play area was relatively clean, I was expecting much worse from the reviews I had read. I, twice, saw a young employee sweeping the floor and cleaning tables. Still some stray fries and straw wrappers remained, nothing to get worked up about. The kids loved the play area, 2 large slides and lots of climbing obstacles. All in all, a good experience, we'll definitely be back. read more

Loveland's service at McDonald's just keeps getting worse. Now today I went to get my kids and grandkids dinner. The drivethru line was already long. After I placed their order it took forever to pay and get the food. I had three cars ahead of me and when the car directly in front of me seemed to be having trouble getting their order and two young employees talked to someone in the car twice before the car pulled away. A few cars behind us had honked their horns. We had all been waiting for quite some time. When I finally was able to pull up to the food window the young man asked me about my order, handed me the drinks, then said he would get the food which took a few minutes. I kept raising my hands to let the car behind me know I didn't know what was taking them so long. When he handed out the food and I placed it in the seat next to me I then turned to receive (I thought) my grandson's happy meal but the window was closed shut. No response. So I stuck my hand out the window and waved trying to get someone's attention. No such luck! I had to honk my horn to get their attention. There were teenagers working that particular window - at the same time! When they opened the window a female teenager asked me what I needed I told her I had not been given my grandson's happy meal so they looked over I guess the receipt and said they would put it together - which should have already been done! So it was another few minutes to wait for that meal! I spent (as well as other people in their cars) almost 30 minutes to get my kids meals. Ridiculous! Worst service ever! read more

I also do not have great expectations from McDonald's. However, I do expect decent, friendly service. This location is the worst in the Cincinnati area. The employees do not care. The management is clueless and have a poor, entitled attitude. They could care less about the customers. The General Manager has less of an IQ than the grease used to make the fries. His boss, Amy, is equally as inadequate. From my conversation with her, it is clear that she does not care about the experience customer. She did not care that she lost my business or the other two people who were treated poorly. I will never visit this McDonalds again and I encourage everyone to avoid this horrible location. read more
