On the outbound leg of a driving trip, my friend requested a late lunch stop. After getting through a traffic delay in Macon, we pulled off I-16 here. It is within a half mile of the interstate. Parking wasn't a huge problem, but it appeared that you could get stuck on one side if the drive through line backed up (which it was starting to do). I parked on the pick-up-window side where there was more room. Following the recent trend, this McDonald's uses order kiosks. 3 of the 4 kiosks were out of service, though. They have also introduced some new system where you are told to pick up a plastic 'V' with a number on it so that they might bring the food to your table (where you should display said 'V'). However it also spits out your receipt with an order #, so you can just pick it up at the counter yourself. I'm not sure if the new table-related delivery is to reduce congestion near the counter where people wait on orders...? Other than the single-queue for ordering, things proceeded fairly quickly. I just got some fries as a snack. We came just after the lunch rush, so everything was somewhat in disarray (I'm assuming this isn't the permanent state of things). Things were relatively clean, though. Options can become sparse further south along I-16, so this place may be a good option for a quick bite before going further. read more

Service is too slow. I went through the drive thru. It is 1pm on a Monday and they do not have any sodas. They only have sweet teas to drink. This is bad. The only person who smiled was the lady who I paid the order. read more

Located right off of I 16 and near a couple of large businesses so it can get pretty busy around the breakfast and lunch rush. I opt to keep my associate interaction at a minimum, as I usually don't have a very pleasant experience. So on my visits I choose to use the order boards or the mobile app to place my orders. Both are super easy to use. The app also gives you access to mobile coupons. read more

The drve thru serves about one order every 5-7 minutes. Just be sure you have enough time.

Deviated from my normal burger to try a chicken sandwich today...horrible mistake! 1) The texture of the chicken worried me that it wasn't cooked BUT it was white so I continued through until... 2) I reached an area of complete FAT! (pictured) Who even sells this crap?? Ugh #starving. Even the fries seemed as though they'd been sitting out a while. If you miss stop here, stick with what McDonalds does "best"...a burger. Garbage location, at night they refuse to make/serve coffee, each time they say the machine doesn't work. Since I work nights I am guessing the staff cleans the machines early and refuses all orders past a certain time, nothing else explains the fact that the machines been broken for 6+months. read more

Management and owners are offensive and do not follow posters on wall. They overcharge committing false advertising and if you call the Frees, owners, they side with employees not customers. Don't go to McDonald's off exit 6 go to the 2nd street one instead. Much nicer employees read more

Owners rude. Workers served a SUPER HOT to the touch cheeseburger to me for my 3 yr old. Luckily I got it first it almost burned my hand all becoz I asked for the cheese to be melted. Manager and Co manager no better. Friendly service. Owner was on site checking in with customers to make sure all was well. Restroom clean. Food dependably McDonalds.

Terrible service. It took 15 minutes to receive my 10-count nugget meal. Completely disorganized system and staff not friendly.

As long as you don't mind waiting a very long time and then figuring out they just never made your order it's about as good as a McDonald's gets. read more

This location is has a very slow drive thru. They never have your food ready. They ask you to pull up all the time and wait on your food. We use this location at night and the night shift doesn't have it together like the day shift does read more

I don't recommend going here for breakfast. My pancakes....EPIC FAIL!!!! They were cold, hard, dry, and the middle was frozen. I was furious! I know to go to ihop or Waffle House for now on. Also, they have touchscreens and one of them was on. I heard the girl whisper "I ain't telling her it's not working" and then saw her staring and laughing. wow seriously?! 15 minutes waiting and at the second window someone asks, "what did you order?". Come on man! And when I finally got the food (which was offered with a robotic apology) at 19 minutes the English muffin was burnt and there were pieces of egg shell. Worst fast food service ever. read more
