They had the right color for being fried and crispy but they were limp and soft. They are clearly are fresh cut from large potatoes but really need to be fried longer to get that crispy crunch you'd expect. Told the server that and was told to ask for the fries extra crispy. My nuggets seemed like they had just been fried, and waffle fries were great as usual. It was sweet and friendly that all the staff answer "my pleasure" when you thank them.
