Person taking the orders was difficult to understand and when I drove up he asked me if I wanted some kind of sandwich, couldn't understand what king given he wasn't very clear. But thought what the heck I'll take a chance. It was just easier to do that than try to explain to him what I wanted as he really didn't seem to know the menu that well given the rest of the order I placed. ' The good news was that the 'surprise' sandwich was their fish sandwich which actually was pretty good. The fish was well fried, nice and crispy with a nice coating of batter on it. Not what I expected but was very good. It had cheese, pickles and their special sauce. The bun was very fresh as well. Ordered fries, drink, and a chocolate swirl Frosty. Fries weee a mixed bag of crispy and limp. Let the crispy ones sit too long and they also went limp. When you got them crispy they were very good. The Frosty on the other hand was a waste of money and calories. What I thought was going to be vanilla with a chocolate swirl end up being vanilla with a chocolate swirl of something gritty and not very pleasant to taste. Definitely would say bypass the Frosty. The rating purely is down graded by the service at the order 'window' and the Frosty. Would I come back to this location again? Probably not given all the other choices I'd have within the radius of this location. read more

I just experienced the absolute worst visit at this location. I go to the drive through and ask for a baconator the way it comes, just the sandwich. I get asked how I want it. My response is, how ever it comes ORIGINALLY. I've never had it any other way. The associate says something about a double triple something. I repeat, how ever it comes ORIGINALLY. I pull up to collect my burger and before I pull off I notice it has one patty. So I said it again that I wanted it how it comes in the meal. What looked like the manager mumbled something and closed the window. So I park and go in. The manager calls the guy over who took my order instead of approaching me himself to resolve the issue. I had the associate look at the menu and showed him that that's what I ordered. He just kept repeating that it's either a single double or a triple. Then he walks away and goes to prepare my order the manager came over and I tell him to ring me up for the difference. I get my order and head to the car. I open and notice that it only has 2 pieces of bacon. So yup, I go back in. The associates seemed like they didn't want to help me at first then the manager comes over and opens it to show me that it has 2 pcs of bacon. ( its supposed to have 6) I look at him with all defeat and just left. No way was I disrespectful or loud. I was extremely patient I waited in a small line for my turn. I even paid the difference. I didn't want anything for free. I'm still at a loss as to why my simple order came down to this review. Please do better read more

I took out a couple of sandwich through drive in. Fortunately there was only 2 cars in front of me. System was efficient. Order in the speaker, pay in the next window, pick up in the next window. Spicy chicken sandwich was good, but plain. Jalapeno popper chicken sandwich was the spicy chicken sandwich with jalapeno and bacon added. It gives a better flavor. I love the frosty. Food here is pretty standard from what you would expect at any Wendy's. I came here for a 4 for $4 meal grabbing the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger that had fresh ingredients, fries that were a little too salty for my taste, 4 piece chicken nugget with ranch dipping sauce and a Dr. Pepper to fill up my stomach before my drive to Agawam, MA late last night. Was able to enjoy my meal in the dining room while there were sections that were closed off. The place was clean and maintained as the night was pretty quiet besides the drive thru. This location is pretty busy during the peak hours being on a busy road in Manchester, I've seen cars waiting for the drive thru so best to come during off hours to grab a snack or a frosty. Would have grabbed a cold dessert but didn't have the time, but usually do; a nice way to end the meal...and get the salt out of my mouth. read more

I came here on the go late afternoon on a Thursday. We ordered the $5 giant JBC meal with crispy chicken sandwich. Typically meal for two, right? We went through drive through and totally forgot to order a cup a chili. When we got to the window the lady said she didn't know if she could give up a cup of chili ???'s on my face. Five stars for the lady on the cash register during the lunch rush today, 11/10/2021. I think her name was Leighann. It seemed like the person responsible for handing out the food to guests wasn't paying any attention and was just handing bags of food to whoever. A man approached the pick up counter and said he was there for a mobile order for Richard. The lady then handed him two bags and said it was for him and walked away. He looked in the bags and told the cashier Leighann he was missing a few items, and the cashier promptly realized that the two bags were actually for me, not a mobile order for Richard. I also noticed this cashier being very helpful to other guests who were confused. She was doing the job of 2-3 people and running the whole front counter. Give this woman a raise! read more

No. Just, no. Went through the drive-through here when we were pressed for time. All three people in the car said it was their worst fast food experience in recent memory. The food was bad: the fries were cold and not seasoned, the sandwiches were a mess, and the sodas were flat. The service was bad: forgot to give us straws for our drinks, and there were no napkins in any of the three bags. Would give one star, but grateful that no one got food poisoning. What can I say, I love Wendy's! My wife love Wendy's and my children especially love Wendy's (aka the nugget store)! When the inevitable Fast Food War begins me and the fam will be the first to enlist to the Wendy Warriors. BigMacistan and the Burger Kaiser don't stand a chance with their inferior previously frozen circular patties. Equip me with a Dave's Double and make sure those edges are a perfect 90 degrees. Don't get me wrong, I love double D's but to many will create a Battle of the Bulge on your waistline. Luckily they offer a plethora of salad option that will get you back to fighting fit. My current favorite is the Mediterranean power salad, lettuce, grape tomatoes, feta with a mix of quinoa, white bean, and roasted veggies with your choice of grilled or crispy chicken. You can even choose the Nuclear Option with Dave's Spicy chix, just be sure to grab yourself a Frosty for and subsequent fallout. My little troopers love the nuggets and you can customize their kits with apple slices and Honest Company juice boxes, and don't forget the toy... Wendy is pretty good fast food. Much better than McD or Bk. So the deal breaker with any type of fast food place is the customer service, efficiency and accuracy. This particular Wendy had a huge drive thru line so I went inside. Two customers ahead of me and I noticed it was taking quite some time. But then I noticed it was only one person at the front who was both doing cashier and providing food. This is usually two - three people job. Someone usiallly rings you up and another person responsible for making up the order. And this was the manager too. Maybe bc he was the manager he knew how to be courteous. For some reason the two customers ahead were dumb as door nails. One customer asked diffeeencd between some fries sides. Seeemed straightforward one had cheese sauce the other didn't. But the manager patiently clarified and quickly filled order. Other customer looked like they were breast feed on fast food but acted so bouigie. Wanted two salads and asked if chicken comes and wanted full salad. Duh it's fast food - all salads one side. See menu comes with chicken. And then she didn't understand combo. Are you for real. Wow first awful wedneys I've been too. We were there last night around 9pm may 3rd 2017. The girl that took our order was rude and charged us the wrong thing. Ordered a spicey chicken and she kept yelling at us Asiago chicken. We said no just normal spicey chicken. So we pull up and she walls away and a guy comes to help us. He was nice. The girl was heavy set and nasty oil nappy brown hair. She charged us for the wrong sandwhich and drink combo and we got a plain chicken sandwhich not Spicey and nothing on it. So we went to sonic and no problems excellent service. We went to the movie and it was 1 am when we left. Only wedneys was open and we wanted a water. It was 1:30am. We pull in and they turn all the lights off. We can see 3 people inside and they don't close the drive through until 2am. Just awful customer service. I've written this report and sent it to corporate too. If they can't do the job then these people need to be fired. read more

A friend and I decided to stop at this Wendy's before we went to see (what turned out to be a terrible film, adding nothing to the franchise's canon) Alien: Covenant. We were both in the mood for fast food, and Wendy's is a consistent supplier. Inside, I duly took note of a prescient sign hung upon the wall: "THIS IS A G-RATED RESTAURANT. WENDY'S COMMITS TO BEING A WONDERFUL PLACE FOR FAMILIES." Interesting, I thought, as the soundtrack of the restaurant wormed its way into my ears. Remember that song from Shrek, the one that bumped it up to a PG? "I'm too sexy for my pants." Not exactly a G-rated tune, much less a pointless euro-parody one hit wonder. I thought that maybe this Wendy's could have redeemed itself, as the staffers quickly changed the track after hearing me voice my opinions to my buddy. Unfortunately, it got even worse. Rick James: Superfreak began to play. A G-rated restaurant? That song (undoubtedly a classic) is barely even clean enough for a PG-13 audience. "Kinky" is in the chorus. Says a lot about the G-rated environment this Wendy's pretends to uphold. I might even purport that the MPAA never even bothered reviewing this location. read more

The food was pretty standard wendys food. The issue and reason for the 1 star is the sheer disorder of the establishment. I came across this wendys on my way to Boston and it was undoubtedly the worst wendys experience I had. I waited on line for 20 minutes before getting my order taken even though there were only 4 people ahead of me. And even after I got my order taken. I waited an additional 10 minutes for my food to arrive. The biggest problem I had with this experience is the fact that while on line, I counted 9 employees... 9 freaking employees. Why does it take 30 minutes to serve 5 people. There was one cashier, 3 cooks, one drive through operator, and 3 people filling French fries. Essentially, People stood around and did nothing. Management needs to get a grip and improve how they run the restaurant. Otherwise this would've been a great experience as everything else was pleasant. read more
